Just sent Bruce a suggestion to add a Q & A page to the website so he could post updates, clarifications, etc within the fair disclosure rules. Others may want to request to the same so it may facilitate it happening.

I can't find the link on the website to sign up for the email. Says it's at the top of the home page, but isn't.

After flatly denying any intention to go private last spring during the proxy fight, Ferris can be guaranteed a lawsuit if he tries it anytime in the foreseeable future. If necessary, I will file it myself.

The retail product is the STOCK, and mgt is taking appropriate steps to market that product, which I applaud.
Magic
Thanks Teeroy, I stand corrected. Will make a note of that link for future reference.

Schneid, I thought the 300 systems were priced at $300K+ each. At one time, someone posted a price list here, but I failed to keep a copy. With the recoil kits and the threatfire addons, I would expect this announcement would total at least $800K.
Anyone have clear info on priceing??
TIA, Magic
Not only to regular army guys miss a lot, EVERYBODY misses a lot in a real firefight. On average, at least 75% of rounds do not find their intended tarket in a shootout with an armed adversary, even by trained law enforcement.
A lot to be said for volume. It is my opinion that a body hit with almost any caliber will terminate an attack.
My daily CC is a .380, replaced with a 9mm in more dangerous environs. But that's just me.
Magic
So then they switched to 9mm Barretas. ???
Overkill??

Pepsiman, well said, and I think you speak for many others, including me, who have been here for many years and have no plans of selling before oil is struck in the JDZ.

MZEI - Rosterman, I've been building a position for a while now - millions of lives will be saved by this product as it completely destroys MRSA, etc that cause the hospital acquired infections.
The bedbug eradication is a sideline application. This company will be the poster child for "disruptive technology", imo.
Magic
Umbra, you are on my list of the 25 folks I would most like to spend a day talking with.
Magic
Anyone else expecting that the bedbug treatment will require two applications for complete eradication? I have a hard time believing that a single treatment will destroy the eggs, tho it would be stupendous if it did. I am considering inquiring about a franchise, so this is not idle curiousity for me. Maybe someone with an open dialgue with mgt could inquire??
Personally, I am much more impressed and invested because of the proven hospital sterilization application. The potential for saving thousands upon thousands of lives, etc is overwhelming.
Magic
Westeffer, since you like new technology plays, take a few minutes to look at MZEI, Medizone. That have just started to market a machine that kills all types of Hospital Acquired Infection organisms using an ozone/hydrogen peroxide mist treatment, and now tested by Perdue Univ and proven to eradicate bedbugs as well.

This could be huge!!!!

Here's the peer reviewed article info on the MRSA, etc kill process:
PEER REVIEW MEDIZONE INTERNATIONAL
Hospital Acquired Infections Breakthrough: AsepticSure™ Disinfection Technology Receives Glowing Peer Review
Posted by Medizone International, Inc. • May 10, 2011 •
Publication in the American Journal of Infection Control of a paper supporting the unprecedented microbial kill-rates of AsepticSure™ - an ozone vapor-based fumigant achieving =6 log10 reductions for C. difficile, MRSA, VRE, E. coli and other deadly bacterial pathogens - signals a promising new phase in the war against hospital and healthcare associated infections.
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA – May 10, 2011 – Medizone International, Inc. (OTCBB:MZEI) (OTCQB:MZEI) announced today that the highly efficacious properties of its newly-developed disinfection and decontamination technology, AsepticSure™, have received mainstream validation by way of publication in the prestigious American Journal of Infection Control
The research paper – co-authored by Drs Dick Zoutman, MD, FRCPC; Michael Shannon, MA, MD, MSc; and Arkady Mandel MD, PhD, DSc - reveals how Medizone’s AsepticSure™ system, using a proprietary ozone-based process, creates a highly reactive oxidative vapor with high-level antimicrobial properties across a broad array of infectious disease-causing pathogens.
The methodology outlined in the peer review article involves the blending of Medizone’s patent pending combination of low dosage ozone gas with hydrogen peroxide vapor at specific relative humidity.
Full decontamination i.e. 100% microbial kill-rates measured as minimal reduction rates ranging from 6 – 7.9 log10 was achieved in all bacteria and spores tested on steel discs in a test chamber as well as on cotton fabric. The same degree of efficacy was repeated in Medizone’s 81 cubic meter full scale test room and then duplicated in a 90 cubic meter hospital room.
Dr Shannon, President and Director of Medical Affairs for Medizone commented, “This synergistic effect was noted for all 4 vegetative bacteria we tested – MRSA, VRE, E. coli and P. aeruginosa – to the point where 100% decontamination levels were consistently achieved within 30 minutes of exposure.
Bacterial kill-rates of this magnitude are unprecedented in relation to the relatively low concentration of ozone and short durations used. So too are the 100% kill-rates achieved with the spores of C. difficile and B. subtilis (the study surrogate for Anthrax) NB: 6 – 7 log10 reductions were attained under identical test conditions with only slightly longer exposure periods of 45 – 90 minutes respectively.
CEO Edwin Marshall, added, “The publication of these findings in a prestigious peer review journal is a pivotal moment for the future of AsepticSure™. It is also a historic moment in the 125 year long search for an ozone-based disinfectant that not only meets all mainstream standards of efficacy and safety, but outperforms them!
Going forward, the validation of the science behind AsepticSure™ paves the way for Dr Zoutman’s presentation to the World Health Organization-sponsored ‘First International Conference on Prevention and Infection Control’ in Geneva at the end of June. It also underpins the many other national and international medical conference presentations planned for this year and beyond.”
Marshall concluded, “Given how close we now are to the launch of AsepticSure’s global commercialization phase, the publication of such a ground-breaking study in a peer review journal of this caliber is hugely exciting for the company, its shareholders and the market sectors that stand to benefit from it.”
This is the product that kills MRSA, etc and is hitting the market today, and now tested by Purdue and proven to kill bedbugs as well. The sky is the limit. A huge mulitbagger in the making, imo.
International Award-Winning Vapor Mist Technology, AsepticSure™, Poised to Eradicate Bed Bugs from Hotel and Travel Industry, Worldwide
Miami Beach, FL, August 10, 2011. Medizone International, Inc. (MZEI:OB) (MZEI:QB) announced this morning at the FIME Medical Purchasing Show in Miami, that its AJIC peer-reviewed, ICICP award-winning hospital disinfection system, AsepticSure™, has just demonstrated resounding effectiveness against bed bugs.
Medizone’s President and Director of Medical Affairs, Dr. Michael E. Shannon stated; “As announced by Dr. Zoutman in his presentation this morning at FIME, we’ve now conclusively demonstrated that AsepticSure™ is ‘more than capable’ of killing bed bugs.
Given the unprecedented global resurgence of these hardy, increasingly pesticide-resistant insects, this is an immensely exciting achievement for AsepticSure™, both from a scientific and commercial perspective – and over the next few months our new entomology research program will determine the optimum parameters for maximum efficacy within minimum practical time frames.
It would be fair to say that in view of AsepticSure’s already proven and unparalleled capacity for sustained >6 log (99.9999%) microbial kill rates against a vast range of pathogens deadly to humans, we can’t help but feel extremely confident in this initial finding and the huge potential it presents.
As of this moment, we have our sights firmly set on meeting the exacting requirements for practical applications for the hotel and travel industry in the months ahead.
It’s an absolute certainty now that yet another major market has just opened up for this innovative and benchmark-setting technology (AsepticSure™).”
CEO Edwin Marshall added to Shannon’s statement by saying, “To put it into perspective, our only real competitor in what is essentially ‘an insecticide-free war against bed bugs’, would be the onset of another ice-age! After all, aside from toxic insecticide applications, only extreme heat or cold can effectively kill bed bugs.”
Marshall added, “Medizone International’s engineering, research and development teams have shown outstanding creative talents in developing AsepticSure™ technology in the most adaptive manner possible. While the government variant (intended for building remediation in the case of biological or chemical attack) contains a number of different components required for the specifics of that application, it appears that the hotel and travel industry variant will require only ‘minimal tweaking’ of the existing software in the hospital production unit. From an economic standpoint, it doesn’t get better than that!”
In conclusion, Marshall summed up by saying, “On the basis of AsepticSure’s bed bug test results-to-date, the global hotel and travel industry are going to be able to ‘sleep a lot easier’ at night in the very near future.”

Buy order finally filled. Let er rip now!!!
Magic
Shhhh! I'm trying to buy more right now.
It does look like a big seller tho, AUTO has 92K+ offered at .24
Magic
Krom, my theory/question should have related to "indigenous" status, not "indigent", tho I have no doubt that I mispelled it in my original post.
Magic
I see mz beat me to that.
Krom, the deal also includes some producing properties onshore and offshore:
Oando's interests in the Oil Mining Leases and Oil Prospecting Licenses are held through direct and indirect subsidiaries located in Nigeria. The Oil Mining Leases and Oil Prospecting Licenses are a combination of producing, development and appraisal and exploration assets and are in respect of oil fields located in onshore and offshore Nigeria (including the Niger Delta), the Nigeria Sao Tome and Principe Joint Development Zone ("JDZ") and the Exclusive Economic Zone ("EEZ") of Sao Tome and Principe.
Magic
I believe SEO was fully aware of the Oando move weeks ago when we purchased the first lot of Exile shares. There is a plan afoot, and i suspect it revolves around "indigent" status, among other things.
Magic
Mike, thank you for sharing that. I have sent it to my 40 employees so maybe they will save my life some day.
Magic
Damn fine work there longtimer. Thank you very much for you considerable efforts in finding and sharing that info.
Magic
Man you sure are in a rut. I bet if I asked you what you wanted for dinner the term "share buyback" would come into your response somehow.
Magic
So you think it has nothing to do with the failure to find commercial oil in the first 5 wells???
Magic
pete, et al. That said, most of us knew we were gambling on striking lots of oil, and getting good odds, we thought. Had 2 or 3 of the first 5 wells hit significant oil, we would have been immeditely handsomely rewarded for our bets. So now, since we didn't roll a 7/11 on our first throw, we're trying to roll a 3 to move forward. We may be down, but not out yet. I knew what I was getting into from the start, had my doubts about the "toe thrust" zone's prospectivity, and placed my bets anyway, so no complaints, just somewhat diminished hopes. I have no doubt at all that SEO feels very much the same way.
Magic
I vote we wait for second quarter numbers first, then consider revisiting the buy back issue then. Blow-out revenues and profits may very well alleviate the shareprice issue, and if cash is such that a buy back is feasible, it would have a much bigger effect if revenues and profits are what generates it, rather than an obvious attempt to shore up the sp.

ps: audit news would be great also!!!

Medizone Intl (OTCBB:MZEI)
Intraday Stock Chart
Today : Thursday 7 July 2011
Medizone International, Inc. (OTCBB: MZEI) (OTCQB: MZEI) proudly announces that its flagship disinfection technology, AsepticSure™, has won a prestigious international award for innovation. The award was received in a competition recently held at the World Health Organization's first International Conference on Prevention and Infection Control (ICPIC) in Geneva, Switzerland.
Queen's University Professor, Dr Dick Zoutman presented the research findings pertaining to a paper that he and Medizone International's President, Dr Michael Shannon, recently had published in the American Journal of Infection Control. The research paper demonstrated the superior anti-microbial efficacy of Medizone's AsepticSure™ disinfection technology. Just three out of fifty-five research projects entered in the competition sponsored by the Innovation Academy, received an "Innovation Award of Excellence" -- AsepticSure™ was one of them.
"AsepticSure™ received high marks on all five evaluative criteria" stated Dr Shannon. "It was considered transformative, impactful, pioneering in its scope, strategic, sustainable with an expected long-term positive impact -- and Adaptable in that it could be applied to many different settings within the health care system."
Dr Shannon concluded, "Independent endorsement at the World Health Organization level confirms what we have believed from the beginning -- AsepticSure™ is in a league by itself in the area of biological decontamination."
Medizone's Chief Executive Officer, Edwin Marshall added, "Given the recent peer-reviewed Publication in the American Journal of Infection Control supporting sustained = 6 log(10) microbial kill rates, followed by glowing recognition just received in the journal Canada NOW, and most recently this WHO-associated international award for innovation, one thing should soon become clear to everyone in the medical community...
... The production launch of AsepticSure™ is going to offer hospitals and critical care facility operators an unprecedented opportunity to address the task of lowering infection rates within their facilities, with technology that was not even considered possible just a few short years ago."

Adding to my position today. This is going to take off when you least expect it. imo]

No offense, but both of you need some "intervention" when it comes to understanding balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow anaylsis. I am not an accountant, but I am a corporate controller with a lot of experience. It would take me about 30 minutes in a closed room to get you up to speed, but doubt I could do it at all on a chat board. May I suggest you find someone you know locally who has the knowledge and common sense to explain this to you. It would be very useful to you.

toxic, I believe the July 4th reference was just an analogy, something to the effect of: if you expect to see good things coming for this company, you probably expect to see fireworks on the 4th of July. I do NOT think BOB meant that anything would be happening with the company on the 4th, Just that he fully expects good things to happen in the forseeable future, just like he expects to see fireworks on the 4th of July. People are just setting themselves up for disappointment if they stretch and read more into his analogy.
Magic
I've said all along I think it is 1MM per location. Look at the quantity of units they use for each location.
Magic
EZ2, et al, I think the 4th of July referenece was simply a way of saying that the upcoming revenues, etc, for MMRF should be obvious. I did not read it to mean that any "event" would occur on or near the 4th.
jmo, Magic
Think about it for a minute. SEO owns less than 50% of ERHC. He owns 100% of Chrome. If you had a great deal in front of you, would you do it with a company you only owned 50% of, or with one that you held 100% of????
No way is SEO going to GIVE us over half of any great deal, nor would I in his shoes.
