Think about it for a minute. SEO owns less than 50% of ERHC. He owns 100% of Chrome. If you had a great deal in front of you, would you do it with a company you only owned 50% of, or with one that you held 100% of????

No way is SEO going to GIVE us over half of any great deal, nor would I in his shoes.
