I've been sitting on the bid for almost 2 wks and have bought zero so far. If you want any it's gonna cost .0003 unless something changes. I've had a position in this POS for several years now. Made some real good money on it when it ran to 1.50 but also got stuck with a block and wasn't smart enough to get out completly. Trying to average down now so I have a chance to get even if it ever moves again.
OK so I guess I'll wait for the volume and price to pick up
before I buy any. Thanks
Actually almost all buys at .0003 admittedly not much volume.

Mr. Dart, you called it exactly the last time I asked. Would you mind taking another look and providing a current opinion?
Thanks and Regards
There was a time not so long ago that I did not believe that NEOM would survive. That opinion has changed of late and I now see it as a real possibility that NEOM may make it to self sufficiency and perhaps even profitability. I am posting my most recent attempt to understand the current share structure. This is a screen shot of a live spreadsheet that I am keeping current as closing prices change. I would welcome any feedback regarding it's accuracy. I would note that the fully diluted count is coming down as trailing low close PPS is going up. The announced but still outstanding financings are not included in the totals.
Listen closely to what this guy is saying. Same guy that Bena is referencing btw.
http://www.ctia.org/media/multimedia/sa/index.cfm/mma/ctia-press-release-bar-code-white-paper-purpose
I am of the opinion that this development will be a huge win for NEOM and the 2d barcode space in general. Afterall haven't we wanted (dreamed about) cross carrier functionality forever?
Isn't this what CH was telling us we need? Frictionless ecosystem?

To the board contributors: Now that I am no longer TRYING to take a position in this stock, I will refrain from pointing out the obvious financial problems that TYRIA is experiencing. The CD's do need to go however, to give the stock a chance to trade normally. If that occurs, this stock and company has a real chance to thrive.
I was very encouraged by CEO's response to my inquiry regarding CD's and that was the primary basis for my decision to aquire shares.

Mr. XXXX
Thanks for your inquiry. We are in fact diligently working towards a plan which will enable us to redeem and/or refinance the outstanding convertible debentures with YA. We are very sensitive to the potential that these instruments have to diminish and hamper shareholder value. While there can be no assurance that we will ultimately be successful in our efforts to remove YA, we have made their removal one of our highest corporate priorities. Thank you for your interest in our company.

Subject: Inquiry
Hello sir, my name is XXXX and I am a private investor. I have been researching your company and have become intrigued by the potential value vs. the current market cap. I am considering making a substantial investment in the co.’s common stock but am hesitant for one reason, and that is the basis of this communication. From company filings it is clear that you have a financial commitment to YA global. I have past experiences with investments that involve convertible debentures issued to YA and know that their relentless tactics can and do in many cases destroy shareholder value. My question is that it appears that you may have the resources to seek alternate financing and would like to know if there are any plans to retire the convertible debt due to YA? I’m sure that you understand the dilutive effect this relationship has on your stock and its corresponding value. Any response to this concern will be greatly appreciated and I am looking forward to making a long term investment in your success.
Regards,
XXXX

Not sure when, but it will not be later than the date that Judge John E. Sprizzo of the Southern District of NY enters an order requiring them to do so. Hopefully by then they will have more to "pay" with. Favorable ruling = game over

TRYING to build a position in that I have all I want for now at .0002 and am TRYING to get more at .0001. I do believe the company has potential and is undervalued but YA has a strangle hold on the share price. I have learned the hard way to be very leary of stocks that involve YA. As far as YA being much better off if the stock goes up, that would be debatable, I agree they stand to see better returns but will have less shares. IMO they will take what they can get when they can get it.
Regards,
Here's my guess--YA/Cornell or an affiliate, is shorting the stock all day to anyone that will pay .0002 and then covering their short position (delivering converted shares) after hours with shares they have converted at a 10% discount to the lowest close for the prior 30 trading days (currently .00009) . IMHO YA convertible debentures need to be retired before this stock can trade freely. I am trying to build a position here but refuse to play along with that game. Please refer to this post.

Not sure how you can say there is no dilution here when it's very obvious from the filings. Excerpt below.
The holder shall be entitled to convert in whole
or in part at any time and from time to time, any amount of principal and
accrued interest at a price equal to 90% of the lowest closing bid price of the
Common Stock during the 30 trading days immediately preceding the conversion
date, as quoted by Bloomberg, LP ("Conversion Price").
During the six months ended June 30, 2008, the Company issued 626,111,111 shares
of Class A common stock for repayment of $70,100 of principal on the convertible
debenture held by YA Global Investments, f/k/a Cornell Capital Partners. The
aggregate principal value of the debentures at June 30, 2008 is $1,591,500.
As of June 30, 2008, the Company is in default on all of the debentures and is
currently in negotiations with YA Global to cure the default.
Probably YA/Cornell conversions.
Date has been changed back on the CC. It said 19th this morning and now says 17th. Nice proofreading!

Not looking to bash this stock, actually thinking about jumping in, but it ALWAYS pays to know what you're getting into. They stand to make more money if the PPS goes up but will take their gains regardless. GLTU
So far, two hedge funds are leading the way in investing in death spiral deals. Over the past 12 months, Cornell Capital Partners has emerged as the top investor in death spiral transactions, sinking $175 million into 42 deals. In second place is NIR Group, which has invested $77 million in 40 transactions.

I agree--do the math 5% of 147 million is 7.3 million. that is apparently the maximum that the debt holder can posess at any given time. Sell 7.3 million and convert another 7.3 million at 55% of the low 3 day average for the prior 20 trading days. As long as volume supports it this can be done every day. It will not take 185 years to dilute this thing to the max AS.

Quotes from the last filing Jul 2007, This stock is being heavily diluted by the holder of these convertible debentures. No way the OS is 147mm. Anyone know who holds these instruments?

JP, the more I read the document the less certain I get. This is a form letter but do you think that terminology is specific to this case or just a standard part of the form template?
What do you think about sending an email to AB and seeing if he will give an opinion as to how he feels about the strength of our position regarding this case?
Regards,
Reading through the patent reexam documents and came across this in person interview recap. I had not seen this before and was struck by the terminology and I quote " A fuller description, if necessary, and a copy of the ammendments which the examiner agreed would render the claims patentable must be attached". This document was written to the patent holder by the USPTO. It is dated 8/19 and available on the USPTO site. I might be reading something that isn't there but that sure sounds promising to this layman.
