Here's my guess--YA/Cornell or an affiliate, is shorting the stock all day to anyone that will pay .0002 and then covering their short position (delivering converted shares) after hours with shares they have converted at a 10% discount to the lowest close for the prior 30 trading days (currently .00009) . IMHO YA convertible debentures need to be retired before this stock can trade freely. I am trying to build a position here but refuse to play along with that game. Please refer to this post.
