I agree--do the math 5% of 147 million is 7.3 million. that is apparently the maximum that the debt holder can posess at any given time. Sell 7.3 million and convert another 7.3 million at 55% of the low 3 day average for the prior 20 trading days. As long as volume supports it this can be done every day. It will not take 185 years to dilute this thing to the max AS.
