Thanks for your inquiry. We are in fact diligently working towards a plan which will enable us to redeem and/or refinance the outstanding convertible debentures with YA. We are very sensitive to the potential that these instruments have to diminish and hamper shareholder value. While there can be no assurance that we will ultimately be successful in our efforts to remove YA, we have made their removal one of our highest corporate priorities. Hello sir, my name is XXXX and I am a private investor. I have been researching your company and have become intrigued by the potential value vs. the current market cap. I am considering making a substantial investment in the co.’s common stock but am hesitant for one reason, and that is the basis of this communication. From company filings it is clear that you have a financial commitment to YA global. I have past experiences with investments that involve convertible debentures issued to YA and know that their relentless tactics can and do in many cases destroy shareholder value. My question is that it appears that you may have the resources to seek alternate financing and would like to know if there are any plans to retire the convertible debt due to YA? I’m sure that you understand the dilutive effect this relationship has on your stock and its corresponding value.
