Yeah, well I've got a lot to learn from you yet, Joe.
Joe, joined you today in YONG at 8.18 - 8.22. GLTA.
This is a very respectable approach to raising cash. It was my hope that CKGT would expand the share count rather than take on debt.
we both bought into this one today
It matters less to me this evening. I sold 70% of my CHIO today. I still really like the market and fundamentals but see too many red flags at this point.
Joe, one of the posters here gave me Ken Donenfeld at DGI. That's who I've spoken with so far, and he has been in contact with CHIO to field my questions. Would it be typical for an IR firm to field questions absent an agreement with CHIO, possibly for business development purposes? Either way, he's steered me to Man Hm Yum at CHIO. That's where I'm at, at this point.
CHIO IR has been prompt, straightforward and cordial, but is not authorized to utter a peep about Edith's departure from the board. IR has referred me to Man Hm Yum at CHIO, via his/her gmail account. I can find no records with this name associated with CHIO. I have emailed Yum with a restatement of the request for information on the cause of Edith's departure from the board.
Needless to say I'll be pulling back my CHIO position unless I get some direct and frank communication.
That said, does anyone else beside me think the support @ $1.00 looks artificial?
Thanks. Will let you know.
Not much of an update on my attempt to hail someone who cares about the investor doubt created by Edith's resignation from the CHIO board as disclosed in their latest filing.
I am in email communication with CHIO IR. He stated that CHIO is prevented from selective disclosure under SEC rules. I told him that CHIO had better figure out how to address the doubt seeded by Edith's suspicious resignation sooner than later.
I know several of you have tried without success to engage CHIO IR. Just thought I would update you on my attempt. Have voicemails into IR as well, when I reach someone will post back.
TNZ
Thanks.
CSP, you still have CHIO?
Who is the IR contact? Thanks.
CHIO: FYI- Since they have no IR, I am calling CHIO tonight US time/tomorrow am CHIO time to ask to speak with someone who can tell me about the resignation of their director per the resignation letter I put up on Joe's board yesterday. I'd also like to know if we are seeing insider shares being sold, I am frankly quite stunned at the pps action over the last week. Don't mind dealing with volatility but the drop to .95 on no news has me stumped.
I'm long CHIO at a .95 average cost as my 2nd largest holding.

Hey that's great, but what do you think about the chart?
chart still signals breakout.
Ok, it doesn't say much more than what was disclosed in the 10-k, but it sure says it.
Board of Directors

Ladies and Gentlemen:
I hereby tender my resignation as a member of the board of directors of China INSOnline Corp. (the “Company”) effective immediately.

Thanks Joe. Did you read the letter of resignation by the Director? All I have read is what was mentioned in the 10-k.
CHIO- Joe, any reason I should be worried about this co? I know you were skeptical about the communication issues with the director that resigned. I was quite surprised to see it sell off back to around $1- all insight appreciated.

OHHHHHHHH!!!!!
All male elk are bulls, females are cows. Earl is a roosevelt elk. His genetics allow him to grow to around 1200 lbs or so. I've let Joe know he will need palletized airdrops of feed in another 6 weeks. :)
Just reloaded my PUDA trading shares at 6.20. WAYYYY oversold.
Greetings SMVI folks. I'm in with you at .01. GLTA
my biopharma and china microcaps continue to get pounded. i'm well into my second full week of pullback; anyone else seeing the same kind of sustained retrace?
Come on guys. Look at how long the cup and handle took to form, look at the duration of the wedge down handle, and look at the overall chart. The stock is flashing BREAKOUT. Some volatility off the handle is a good thing. We picked up a lot of weak longs that need to be shaken out before the 6 bagger can occur.
Why I've loaded up at 2.30 - 2.50.
* Tovaxin has yielded a DEMONSTRATED Annual Relapse Rate of .20. THIS IS IN THE MOST FAVORABLE RANGE of ANY MS drug CURRENTLY SOLD ON THE $1B MS MARKET. That's right- Tovaxin scores a better relapse rate score than ALMOST ALL of the MS drugs which make up the current $1 billion MS market.
* Unlike many other drugs approved and currently marketed, THERE HAS NOT BEEN ONE ADVERSE EVENT RELATED TO TREATMENT ON TOVAXIN- NOT ONE. If you don't know of someone with MS who has been treated, this is SIGNIFICANT.
* 83% of Tovaxin patients were RELAPSE FREE at the end of 1 year on Tovaxin. 73% of Tovaxin patients were STABLE OR IMPROVED when measured for disability, and nearly one in 5 had A FULL POINT IMPROVEMENT in the EDSS scale used to measure disability.
* These are SOME of the excellent points that as an OPXA investor I expect to be more fully detailed in the months to come.
OPXA also has a fully detailed investor section at www.opexatherapeutics.com for further research.
Joe, are you negative on CHIO? Where do you stand on its future?
Added at 1.37. I'm with you, not the lowest I could have bought at, but had to take profits on two other stocks to add more here and had to wait for orders to close. I'm hanging way out there on CHIO, but a huge believer in CHIO's growth potential; I like CHIO's market, I like CHIO's fundamentals, I like CHIO's products and management. Expecting you all to do the same and double your positions LOL
All of my China stocks are retracing. It isn't just CHIO. This is nothing but a fear-based pullback, the market is hyperactive right now. After earnings is out of everyone's psychology, we will resume our march north.
Increased position by 30% on CHCG's dip today. Joe, agree with your DD about recovery play.
kewl, doubled my position in CHIO at 1.26, took my cost avg to 1.18 from 1.12 but appreciate you watching level II for us today, gave me addl confidence for my move in. watched the walk to 1.41 shortly thereafter. a move to 2 would be welcome as i have exceeded the amount i normally put into one stock here, 23% of my account. good luck to you also, appreciate your posts today.
what's Level 2 showing this morning gents?
A superior sized roosevelt elk wins a large harem. You, my friend, are gonna need a bigger deck.
Good information, thanks Justin. I'm in large, and believe the chart, revs and eps signal much higher things to come, but the communication issues need to be watched. Thanks.
Well, while we're all killing time waiting for Joe to post, :) I sold half yesterday morning at 1.42 and rebought this morning at 1.35, my Avg cost is 1.12. I don't see a retrace to the 1.20's as out of the question, as I suspect we need to shake out a few more weak longs. But then a solid base to climb to our next resistance. Beyond that? CHIO probably needs cash at some point- maybe Joe has looked into this and can share. Either way, I'm holding core shares for the long run.
Excellent. I can't access the link. Is this a paid service? What's the homepage link?

Tobacco Outlook 10/14/09
1014 GMT [Dow Jones] Credit Suisse upgrades the global tobacco sector to overweight from benchmark. Says tobacco prices are rising faster than those for any other US sector and are rising fourth fastest in Europe. Also adding money to defensives, having cut weightings recently in real estate, insurance and autos. Thinks earnings momentum over the last three months in tobacco has been better than the market and the sector looks oversold. Does not see the valuation as expensive any longer.
