Well we need to give them a little more time. It is sad you only give it a 25% chance of recovering. I do not think BD can run the company. If he was your allie the stock would be doing better. To have the company representatives meet with him and piss him off was not a smart move. It was probably the most costly mistake this comapny has made for the shareholders.
Your right we have to give them until the end of April. Problem is they have no credibility with the shareholders and others on the street. When you lose credibility it takes time to get it back. More fluff PRs will not cut it anymore. They need to put numbers on the table and contracts. I still question if this management can do it.
I recognized last fall that there was a power struggle going on with this company and it was between BD and his cronkies and the company. I was one of the first to state this ego power struggle. I would not ask for a management change if this management team kept the shareholders informed and delivered on the PRs and claims. I wish if they do not change management they would put a new team in to handle these issues. It has all been talk no action from this management team. If they had conference calls and been more informative to shareholders I would be more patience. BD is very smart and I have figured out what was going on before anyone else here. But management should never have even talked to this guy. So now we are paying the price. Richard Wahl I believe is the person that gave him the shares. I am still trying to figure out what this deal was all about.
I agree relationship will be key to this business in Russia, Mideast, South America and other areas. They need to turn them into $'s. I agree I have a concern for the shareholders. I hope they can pull a rabbit out of a hat and for the shareholders. A little more time will tell the story. This is the best business model I have seen in 20 yrs. The question will be if management can turn it into something great and for the shareholders.
I appreciate your comments. I think if they apply for the two week extension we as shareholders should demand a change in management. Three qtrs in a role and they cannot deliver earnings on time - enough is enough. the board will have to make a change if they want to avoid lawsuits. The shareholder cannot have a management that cannot meet basic requirements to be publicly traded company. I am working on a couple of large shareholders to push for a change if they miss this date. It is so sad that this management team has let us down. This the best business model I have seen in 20 yrs - I believed too much in the model and did not look more closely at the management. There were too many signs that they were not the team to protect the shareholders. We must unite and pressure the board to change. I bet someone buys them for .50 now. Someone is going to get a good buy at our expense. The shareholders always get screwed and are the last ones to know. I think this group of shareholders know pretty well what is going but we will probably get screwed if the board does not do something immediately. Have you ever noticed when companies change management the stock usually goes up. It couldn/t hurt here.
What people say on this board does not effect the stock. IM does not read MBs. I watched him for a day he does not waste his time here. He does make his decsions on people that are financial people like Richard Wahl, Eric for GioSolar people that are in the trenches with the money. These guys never read the MBs but determine the faith of a company. Get real the people here might own500k of stock total. Like they are going to move the stock with 100 share orders and even 1000 share orders get real you are dreaming.
At least I went down there last August to understand his operation. I talked to his people that worked for him. I got a first hand idea of how his operation works. Please tell me where his office is??? I have always said he is a great trader and market timer. I have developed many lists of stock indexes from his suggestion. He has been pretty much right on for the Chinese stocks and financials SKF. I doubt you can find some as good as him for trading & maket timing that is free. Please tell me his setup for his office and where are his pets???
I never listen to him on his recommendations - pumped stocks. LNGT -Giosolar I knewn were dogs because of my technical background. LNGT - if you have ever done development work with fortune 500 companies you know how the development cycle goes and the testing and time table. I know it was all BS. I can talk to anyone I want. I have to say I get more from him then I get from the NNRI company people. I talk to many people to form my opinion on stocks. It is funny how little you know. Jim Hock met with IM last March and he pissed off IM to the nth degree. Just bring up his name to him I did it once and he let go. Boy so this company is so clean??? Like IM and they tell you they do not pump the stock. If they are so honest they would not be going to con men and felons so check your facts before stating how great this management team is. The old saying your guilty by association with the people you keep. So knock the crap off that this management team are Saints. The problem is the are not truthful with the shareholders. ST he is not a pumper? He is on the IM's site - I think still is. Oh he is a Saint too like NNRI's management. Association ?? so he is associated with a con man and a felon. So the management is clean here. If they were so smart they would have done a complete background check and caught this one issue and made him disasscoiate him from IM. Any good fortune 500 manager would have done that. I learn the real story by talking to many different people. You learn at my age egos before good business sense. 9 out of 10 times this will end up being how things play out first. So get off your butt and start to call the enemy and you will find out your side you are supporting is not so clean. Sory to say we are at the mery of me egos and this has been driving the stock down. I doubt we would be down this much if NNRI had not pissed off IM.
So you are recommending that the company be bought out which they have been denying. So what is in it for you with you 200k shares. Sounds like you would get screwed unless you have a special deal setup for supporting this management team unconditionally.
As Eric told me that handled Giosolar (similar guy to Richard Wahl) back in Sept, NNRI was missing two things - 1. a investment banker type that knew how to controlthe stock & price and 2.financing. He was right on both of these issues. I did my DD on Giosolar and knew they had nothing that is because I have a technical background. The management team could of hired a better investment banker type to represent the company than just like a nerd like ST(I can get away saying that because I am a graduate engineer and have dealt with all types of technical people - Iknow when you hire a nerd for a job or some other type.) This was their first major mistake. Even IM was right on this one issue two. Then they should have hire a real NY PR firm. If they had they would not have a stock price they have now and have to take shitting financing. The management is to blame they went out looking for pumpers. They talked to IM and then they got into it with him and pissed him off. That was not too smart to piss off a Jew. They are real fighters. Look at Israel and their military. They do not take any shit from anyone. It is Jewish hertage to fight like hell. Boy did they blow that one with IM. The list goes on.When they say they do not pay for pumpers that is not true look at ST. They have only themselves to blame for the stock price. Excuses Excuses. First off if IM is so bad they why did they engage in talks with him. So they are not truthful here. They had representatives meet with IM. If these managers were so smart then they would not even gotten near IM. These are facts that cannot be denied. The list goes on they cannot deliever on their PRs and ST saying the stock was under priced at 7 and should be in the 11 range back last year. If I was management I would be a little concerned.
Only a few potential investors might read these boards (I mean a very few) and decide not to invest. Most on any of these boards our investors in the stock and are looking for more information to see if they want to hold for the long term and if they think they should sell and come back in. ST is paid by the company. He is no different than a pumper. At least most pumpers disclose they are getting paid by the company and they make it very clear in an easy area to find it. I had to complain to the company about his unethical conduct. Then he did disclose but it is hard to find and it is not very well written. For a company that says it passes everything by their lawyers I am shocked they never did it for him. If they did they would have a much more detailed disclosure statement. This management does not have their hands clean for dealing with pumpers. They can say what they want but in front of their peers their statements would not how any weight. Like I say we need for a management change if they miss this dead line. This would be 3 qtrs in a row missed. If I was on NASD after 3 in a row I would think twice before uplisting them. They have only themselves to blame. We are paying the price and we need to start looking to different avenues for change. The first is a management change then the next avenue would be in the courts. They would not have a pray in hell there. I want to give it a little more time. I still have not seen a better business model in 20 yrs for a company. I guess I missed judged the management. I try to meet management before investing in a company. I think these guys are probably honest but they appear be fish out of water for handling the stock price and shareholders. These are fortune 500 managers that are a breed by themselves. They have no sense of urgency. When you call on fortune 500 companies you learn real quickly they expect everyone outside the company to meet deadlines but they can make exception for them. This is the road I see them going down unless there is a change in management. Backgrounds tell a lot about managers. Keep up the good work.
I have someone almost lined up with 500k that is getting interested in a change of management. It sounds like you are going let them have " another excuse because it is difficult" With shareholders like you and let the management not deliver on anything they say we will never get our money back. I guess you are what management and the board love a shareholder that does not make any of them accountable. I sad to here you will keep cutting them breaks. I believe if for 3 qtrs in a row they cannot deliver earnings in a timely manner them they all should be let go. I wish I could say it was difficult to GM or GE so I could not get my parts delivere on time to keep a production line going. I am sure they would say thats ok we know it is difficult. lol.

Well we need to get organized if they fail to deliver on the earnings (their track record shows they are continually late for the 2 & 3 qtr results)on time. The shareholders that are going to make up excuses for them like it is tough will just give this management a free pass on everything they do. Is this how you raise kids no consequences for bad behavior?? These shareholders that what to do that are never going to get their money back. These guys blow it this time it is the last straw. So let me know which shareholders what a management change if they fail here? I am going to the annual meeting and I am going to push for a change so we have some hope of getting our money back. We have a good case of doing it. It looks like Kingtrophe has it all documented of all of the things that could violate SEC rules and laws. With this information we all know we can pressure the board to make the changes. We will never get our money back if these guys do not deliver the earnings on time. This would be 3 qtrs in a row. How could the NASD list a company that cannot release the earnings on time. I am sorry to hear it is difficult to do the audit - well get new managers that can get the job done. When I was a supplier to GM & GE if I did not deliver product on time to keep a production line going I could not use the excuse it was difficult. The consequenes were high - $100,000 hr for every hr the line was shut down by me. So do not give this management any more time or excuses. If I shut a line down I would be fired ASAP. So lets start to look at this like any well run business if they cannot take the heat get rid of them. I have no more patience for this management team. They have not been truthful to the shareholders. If they had I might give them 2 more weeks but they have pattern of missing and not delivering anything.
It is my understanding that they have two days to do it like well run and managed companies. These companies meet the SEC requirements. If they miss the requirement then I think we should start thinking about a management change at the annual meeting. They have not deliveed on anything they say they are going to do so far. If they miss the date - then they have lost all cedibility with the street and investors. We need then to push for management change that delivers on what they say they are going to do. Right now if they need more people and need to spend money they need to get the job done. These guys remind me of Fortune 500 managers. They never have a sense of urgency. I think we are going to need a change of manager that get things done. This means not Fortune 500 managers - managers of small to midsize companies. These guys make things happen. I will give them two more days then I will be calling ever hr on the hr to everyone in management to get them moving and wanting to know when the annual meeting will be so we can voice our concern for a management change. Their game is getting old. All we hear is how good the management and how hard they are working. I worked for a top General Motors manager when I got out of school - he told me you have to work smarter not harder. I am beginning to question how smart these guys are. I will give them 2 more days. If we give them another 2 weeks then what next will they ask for next to slip??
I was trying to figure it out how someone could get this much russian information. It has to be someone living there to have all of the contracts and know how to do it. Boy I was not smart enough to figure it out. Boy you are a smart guy.
In the meantime we are paying the price of egos that are out to show one another. We have been caught in this pissing match and the shorts. Unfortunately the management team just does not know what to do now. they have some involvement but I am not going talk about here. If the dust settles and the management wins this business the stock might turn but it will take some time now.

I doubt it, he has out played this management once they pissed him off and his ego kicked in. I seriously doubt he will get caught if he helped to move the stock down to prove to management not to screw with him. He had his boys do it if he was involved. He is good - like the mob - extortion.
We will know shortly. I know their PR guy truely believes in this management team. A couple more weeks will tell the story. I give it a 50/50 chance this management team change change the direction. As IM stated to me 98% of pk sheet stocks & OTB do not survive an attack.He is one that knows first hand. So only 2% survive I think he is an expert on it since he spent time in pockie for the Feds.

Yesterday's volume and actions seems to indicate the people in the know know something like there will be an extension or that the people doing the financing are having their buddies short the hell out of the stock to get a better deal. Management has no leverage now and they will just have to take what they get offered. The sharks will be coming in soon and pick up a steal for a great potential. Then the people that said how great the management team was will have to explain to me again why they were so good. This looks like the typical GM & GE ways of finding something great (new technology or product from small co.) and then working them over to buy it for a song. This company has great potential but I now realize the price is in the gutter and the chances of a turn around without outside buyers is unlikely. I would not be surprised IM is involved in pushing the stock down for his buddies or other investment groups to buy it cheap. If he is involved they will never prove it because is so much more street smart than this mangement team. This reminds me of Fortune 500 managers being taken my the street smart people in Times Square when it was scum 20 yrs ago. These street people are cleaning there pockets. That is how I see this playing out. The question is will we have a chance to break even? That now is the 64k question. I will never invest a significant amount unless I personally meet the management. I am lucky I have been able to meet some of the CEO now that I am out in SF. I met the CEO of COIN and he is sharp and has connections. NNRI will never be like this company because they do not have the street smarts to get the stock where it should be. We will see .25 or less if they ask for and extension. I give that more than a 50/50 chance.

You might be right. Since he is in Russia he knows the real story. He might be getting out before it goes to .10. He knows the real story. He knows it is never coming back. He is no different than IM. Another pump & dumb artist. The company cannot say they were not involved - I bet there will be a class action suite next month.
It looks like this has been a pump & dumb stock that was a planned deal now that I look back on the past yr. We are just working on hope now which never works in investing.
I doubt the anything management put out will do anything to the stock. IM told me that the Russians are going to take care of the it (stock). I asked him what that meant. He said it meant what it meant. I personally have said this stock would be bought out for cheap. It is my bet I will be right. I bet we all get bought out at .50 cents. When the company denied this everytime I brought it up I am begonning IM will be right the russians are going to take care of this the stock.

T-6 and counting down to see if we have lift off. I sure hope it does not blow up on lift off. I am just hoping that there is not too much damage to the PR & credibility for the company with the stock so low. We will know shortly if our odds were better at the casino.

King is just pointing out one area of weakness in the management. Like I have said it is in the communication with shareholders - I give them a F-. We will see shortly if the other areas they are good in. I do think they probably are good there. When you are 60 you are not up to speed on the new media. I am 50 and I do not have a Ipod and would not know how to work one or do I care. Maybe they just figure if it is a pk sheet it will all be a waste of effort to do much PR until it is uplifted. I am willing to give a couple more weeks. We all might be surprised. I might buy more.I will let everyone know because it always goes lower so you can get a better buy. lol
We all appreciate what you have done for us here. I thnk the biggest thing that you have brought here to the MB is that management admits they have made mistakes. It takes a big man to do that. I just wish they would have had a few conference calls for the investors in the past 1 yr. I think if they had done that we would not be questioning them so much. I think that has been one of their biggest mistakes. After reading you post and talking to you I feel better that this is a group of management that is doing the the initial work that a younger group of management could not do. I also get the feeling they know when to past on the leadership to a new group of people. I get the feeling they are not on an ego trip. If they are like the my deceased Dad who told me that true professionals know when to seek professional help and if they are doing that we probably will be ok. You hit the nail on the head they are 60 yrs old and have the relationships that younger guys do not have but they are out of touch with the new media to keep shareholders informed. We will know if they have down there work soon. I think they are smart enough to know that they have to deliver the 10k results within 90 days required they will have bigger problems. It is called credibility.
Your right we need to sit back and see what happens when the audited earnings come out. Hopefully it will stablize the price until they get uplisted. Then we will have to see if the company can bring in enough buyers to break the manipulation and move the stock & company forward. The next30-60 days will tell us if we will get even or make some money. We have waited longer than 60 days - most of us so a little longer is had but in the big picture it is not that much time. The pai will still b there.
I agree. I think he should do both. I hope the company wakes up and realizes ST is becoming a liability like IM.
That is a great idea. I will print that off. We should call and stae that we will not buy your stock until IM is eliminated and say we are going to post what we know on the different MBs. Also state we have a large following of people that believe the same way.

Scorry it is obivious you do not understand business even though you say you do. If you are a truely an ethical guy you do not associate one bit with an unethical person period. ST shows his real colors buy by just being assoicated with IM. If he had any ethics he would have disassociated himself along time ago with IM. So wake up and smell the roses before you defend ST. It is obivious he needs all the business he can get even if he has to be asociated with IM. I do not defend IM. I think he is a very good market timer. Agree, ST in my opinion is just like IM but dumber. IM just stays on his site and does not go out to pump a stock on messange boards and does not disclose. IM does not discriminate n who he lets on his free site which ST as a paid consultant by the company. Scorry needs to wake up and smell the roses. Management is far from perfect and so is ST.
How little you know about Barry. Barry lives in protected estate that is gated with security. They check everyone that comes and they have to get authorization from Barry to get in. They are very close with the police so I doubt you would get far. You probably would be arrested immediately. So please do a little more investigation before presenting a plan like going to his place. I did I known the complete setup of his estate where his office is and etc. This is the dumbest plan you have stated here. On the management I have never praised them. Shorts short companies that do not deliver - one like putting out press releases that state goals that or not accomplished - 100M new contract, spin off shares, monthly updates & etc. Companies that have pumpers too. Short short for a reason go back and review the performance of the company.
I would love to load up if they did not put me in the hole. You have great stories re enforcing how big this market is for the russians. I just hope NNRI is part of it. If it is we can make some money. This is the big 64K question about NNRI. What evidence do you have to make you think NNRI is part of these deals?? I sure hope so, but right now we have no proof except just heysay. I sure hope for all of us longs they are part of this growth.

On NNRI I am going to give them until the end of the month to see if they can pull a rabbit out of the hat. Your point is very well taken. For a supposdly top notch group of Fortune 500 high profile people they sure have pulled some real boners.
Scorry look at the HP case. They had employed contract workers and they did not obey the laws of CA when they did work with HP. They were terminated. Discrimation is a big no no in this country. If you are representing a company you have to follow the same laws as the employee. He is a contract employee and has a website that has a message board for NNRI to be discussed. He supposedly some where states he is employeed by NNRI. That makes him a contact employee that has to obey the laws of the state which NNRI is incorporated. So me as a shareholder I am being discriminated by him for my race or something. I will be checking with the organization in Chicago that has no tolerance for this. They made a call to my school district once and boy did they wake up. I am begining to wonder about this management. They cannot not talk about the stock price or do nothing about it according to them but them they hire a contract employee who does not disclose he is aid by the company to go out and promote the company. Then he discrimates against share holder that want to express their views. He calls you and tells you to not express your views. Then the company puts out mis reprentative PRs stating they have business and then it never exists. Then they tell us we are going to get spin off shares we never got. Boy I sure hope the board reviews this stuff. Any fortune 500 company would never do this or they would have put a stop to it ASAP. I hope the Russians start to realize this management team might be good at implementation but they sure lack the ability to deal with the shareholders. As Kingtrohe states they can hand the stock price better with a better MM. No one can explain in 5 minutes from the company where all of the shares are and who holds them. Like Kingthrope has stated to me a good MM know exactly where all of the shares are and who holds them. We cannot get a clear explanation on this point. We do not know when we will have an annual meeting. The list goes on. The board needs to get a new set of people in that can handle these issues. If this management team cannot handle the shareholders and stock price. I sure am worried about them handling the operational aspects of the company as it grows. I sure hope the board knows this is the next step in growing a company. I sure hope they put people in place that can handle the operations - they need people that can tell the workers the true story and handle all of the certifications that go with a plt like ISO requirements and all of the nuclear certifications. Right now I am losing faith in this management. So what do you think? I have no problem with ST if he follows the laws of the company that they are incorporated. I sure bet the companies you have worked for would not tolerate this behavior for a minute.
