I appreciate your comments. I think if they apply for the two week extension we as shareholders should demand a change in management. Three qtrs in a role and they cannot deliver earnings on time - enough is enough. the board will have to make a change if they want to avoid lawsuits. The shareholder cannot have a management that cannot meet basic requirements to be publicly traded company. I am working on a couple of large shareholders to push for a change if they miss this date. It is so sad that this management team has let us down. This the best business model I have seen in 20 yrs - I believed too much in the model and did not look more closely at the management. There were too many signs that they were not the team to protect the shareholders. We must unite and pressure the board to change. I bet someone buys them for .50 now. Someone is going to get a good buy at our expense. The shareholders always get screwed and are the last ones to know. I think this group of shareholders know pretty well what is going but we will probably get screwed if the board does not do something immediately. Have you ever noticed when companies change management the stock usually goes up. It couldn/t hurt here.
