Our emphasis on core LTL services has resulted in significant increases in on-time service and our customers are responding very favorably," said James Welch, chief executive officer of YRC Worldwide. "This transaction allows us to further simplify our portfolio and streamline our operations as we concentrate on regaining the North American LTL market leader position."

The completion of the transaction is subject to Chinese regulatory approval and expected to close in the second quarter of 2012. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

really a lighting company decided to venture in oil now. or wait could it be because they sold the patent rights to the lighting side of it people read and you shall be set free this stock will be traded on the cheap forever if you ask me but hey i hope it does skyrocket for all you guys dont get me wrong but i just read to much. if yrcw got this kind of attention that psru gets it would bounce back to a 1,000 a share kinda funny it can be a lost cause to but compare the 2 and then tell me you wouldnt be any worse off than you are here im not saying buy yrcw just saying compare it. they are done doing reverse splits and they make 16,000 plus is what there company makes in income per share so just imagine how much the shares would bounce if there next report is positive. and if history repeats itself it will be a great day. problem is they have alot of debt but one things for sure they will succedd before this stock. you could buy this company when it does lol. what do i know im a noob anyway this will probsably get removed or may not even be read all the way.

company earns 16,000 plus per share. apple only makes 169.00 per share i realize they are diluted but still just shows you that if you are patient enough this stock will pay off. i could be wrong but not likely. its a gift im always right. so buy and go long. short term traders good luck you will get burned on this
