Maybe someone has the ONEV Buy button on "auto-pilot"? eom
Has anyone caught on that One Voice adds a brain to systems that fail at that critical customer service level..
Another 1st, 2nd or is it 3rd gen vr package without a brain. The name Vlingo only get you halfway there. This is what 4th Generation VR/AI is for. Way to go ONEV! Look where Vlingo falls short of ONEV patented products and processes...
http://www.informationweek.com/blog/main/archives/2008/08/mobile_voice_se.html
So, the service was pretty useful, but the Vlingo-powered voice recognition is far from perfect. For some reason, my girlfriend wanted to watch the new X-Files movie, and that devolved into an argument into how old David Duchovny was. I asked my question and was greeted with "How old is dave couch."
Sure, you can always use the keyboard to enter searches, and I did find it adapted to my speech after a while, but the voice recognition isn't completely there yet. (Duchovny's 48, by the way.)
But even more disappointing was the lack of GPS integration to find nearby locations. I was using a capable BlackBerry Pearl, and when I asked for "pizza," I was given a whole range of places in the city. You can rest assured that if I'm at the point where I'm audibly searching for pizza, I want it to be as close as possible.
If it only had a brain! HEY ONE DOES!!!!!
4th Generation VR/AI finally has a home! GO ONEV
ONEV Streetdeck PRODUCT Update:
As Streetdeck works towards their new look I find it intersting that the 1st What you can do with Streetdeck Topic is the ONEV you tube video of the ONEV Streetdeck product DEMO..... This was posted on the Streetdeck forums as of 7/29/2008 after they were acquired...
http://www.streetdeck.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=63
This device beats any car set up I have seen to date.
Pretty sure the count is 14 NT out of 36ish 10Q/10K total filings. SO under 50% have been filed with an extension, not late.
Not that unusual considering the, extended, "Developement Stage Enterprise" phase.
Pretty big error, claiming all have been late when not one has actually been "officially" late. If your interested I am sure you can find some details on what an Extension means on the SeC website.
Good Luck 2 U!

I dont think the Intel Onev Mid Poster or ONEV presence at Intel IDF is speculation. If you watch the video from teh last show I think its an Aigo MID that uses a Voice Command to play a song... The BENQ MID has had visible "Voice Command to Kick of Usage" for sum time.
Have you asked ONEV? I ahve not had the chance. Why not give it a go and ask about it and let us know what you find out. Maybe Adam knows he was there,, Buy and try product and do sum SUper Duper DD for the Board!
This may seem old to many but I think its still ongoing along with MIds and probably more...Voice Command & Control thats accurate without training is a great productivity tool.....
Its just a quote from ONEV Success page. "One Voice has been selected by Intel to port One Voice's voice control software to Linux for use in the medical healthcare industry."
Was this the preamble to ONEV being taken to shows and pitched with INtel MID's? When will we see the "medical healthcare Industry" product? My guess is info on this project is also blacked out ....Non Disclosure Aggreements......

Another car coming out with VR, any one know who's or what it does or does not do?

"What is new or notable? Significant in this class, the Fit will offer an in-dash navigation system with 6.5-inch screen and voice recognition, tilt/telescope steering wheel, and USB audio input.
When will it be available? Fall 2008."
We have evidence of Intel and ONEV working on a medical device together. This intrigues me as did the fact that what Vlingo is missing ONEV already does and is patented globally...
http://www.echo-news.co.uk/news/local_news/3588736.Hospital_admin_staff_worried_about_reshuffle/
However, Mrs Stone said: “Southend Hospital is introducing some new technology to improve the way we communicate with GPs so that patients’ records are instantly available wherever the patient is being seen. This will lead to some changes in administrative processes.
“However, we do not envisage that voice recognition software will be introduced for some considerable time.”
The new investors are just that, "NEW". This is an old pattern of securites price manipulation. Last August a "Strategic Fail" of over 5Million ONEV Shares started the PPS decline. If you listen to whats being uncovered its easy to see it was more than 5 Million shares, a result of the "Daisy Chain" game. Nope its not a coincedence....
Did anyone hear that fizzle? Its another 1st, 2nd or is it 3rd gen vr package without a brain. The name Vlingo?

You need to look at the facts. How many share are "daisy Chained"? Why is the Market Cap so out of whack? PLease keep you personal attacks to yourself.
http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/Trader.aspx?id=RegSHOThreshold
As defined in Rule 203(c)(6) of Regulation SHO, a “threshold security” is any equity security of any issuer that is registered under Section 12 of the Exchange Act, or that is required to file reports under Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act (commonly referred to as reporting securities), where, for five consecutive settlement days:
There are aggregate fails to deliver at a registered clearing agency of 10,000 shares or more per security;
The level of fails is equal to at least one-half of one percent of the issuer’s total shares outstanding; and
The security is included on a list published by a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
A security ceases to be a threshold security if it does not exceed the specified level of fails for five consecutive settlement days.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has amended Regulation SHO to eliminate the “grandfather provision” effective October 15, 2007. Please refer to Regulatory Alert #2007-086 for complete details.
On January 2, 2007, a Regulation SHO Threshold List for NASDAQ and OTCBB stocks was not published on NASDAQTrader.com. As a result, certain original published Regulation SHO Threshold/NASD 3210 Lists listed below have been modified. Please review General News 2007-022 for complete details.
Certain securities included in the July 7, 2006, Regulation SHO Threshold List published on the NASDAQ Trader website should not have been included. Firms are advised to refer to NASDAQ's General News item and review the revised list of securities subject to the Regulation SHO requirements for July 7, 2006.

Then why the need for "failure to deliver shares" of oNEV so regularly to depress share price? Why the 24/7 runmor mongering about project with INtel, Motorola, Telemx and many others?
The SEC letter I have, in reply to my concerns, does not mention anything even close to what you are suggesting.
Are there any Fortune 500 Investor Relations Employess, that might be involved with ONEV, traveling today? Really surprised there have been no more updates from U on these topics...
You continue too avoid the obvious.eom
Did you notice the user said the BENQ MID used Google Maps for the GPS portion that was not functioning? Hmmm and Google has a patent that is a Subset of ONEV's Seems like the BENQ MID, or any other MID, could have a Voice Search like no other.... Coupled with more bells and whistles than "SYNCH" has set up issues.....
Gotta RUN
Peace
Yes IRIS I watched the video I posted. Do u have a point? What kind of usage does "Voice Command" kick off?
Is this your only investment? What else do you post about?
Tip of Iceberg/freshwater! The only thing we have seen official about VR on BENQ MID is "Voice Command to kick off usage". Sounds alot like ONEV Command and Control. I had not seen this You TUbe video on the BENQ MID, no VR but no slideout key board either... I want one of these things even more if it has a Voice command and control interface.....
Actually, I have a hand signed letter from my last communication to the SEC. It does not say anything even remotely close to what u have just suggested.
Can U not find a legitimate reason for any one to "fail to deliver shares". The note is not a locate, those shares do not exist unitl the note is converted.
If a Convertible Note Holder wants to hedge those shares they have to actually locate the shares and borrow them for the short. The note says its ok to do that not circumvent U.S. secruities regulations.
Gotta Run
Peace
If that is the case why would anyone fail to deliver the shares they own,...allgedly? Please elaborate... Why the need to "fail to deliver"?
The Stock tranfer says 0 hold up. Company say 0 hold up. Yet some joker continues to "fail to deliver" the shares they are selling. If this is not securities fraud/manipulation than what is.
Retail shareholders cannot even hedge yet some market maker, funder and acredited investor or a combination of continue to use this abusive practice. This is Unethical, immoral and illegal.
8 days until we here from Anand abou tthe Intel Ultra Mobility Group. Will we get more than a slide and a guess about whethr that song played by the watermelon salesman was ONEV 4th GEN VR/AI COmmnad and control interface?
I'd guess yes based on the slide and poster... Intel took ONEV to the show and they did not go "Dutch" I wonder who made the poster?
O/S still at 976 millioon level, just got off the phone with Stock Tranfer Agent. There is no hold up on ONEV shares. This is illegal activity, in my opinion, folks.
Why the need to fail on delivering ONEV shares? There is no hold up at company or stock transfer agent. Its unthical, immoral and illegal. This is the most obvious case of intentional securities prices manipulation via Counterfeit shares and 24/7 propaganda campaign.....
Correction: This is what my unofficial letter to the SEC looks like:
To whom it may concern:
Once again market makers and or funders and acredited investors are using "strategic fails to deliver" on ONEV shares. This is the most disgusting practice I have ever witnessed. For years now I have verified none of these shares are being held up by the compnay and or stock transfer agent. In spite of numerous complaints to the SEC and FINRA the abusive practice of NAKED SHORTING ONEV sahres continues. This abuse is coupled with a 24/7 rumor mongering campaign, the most disgusting display can be foung on www.ragingbull.com ONEV board.
Please help me help yuou make a difference. What do you need to stop these folks from counterfeiting shares of a comany I own?

Is this exactly what the SEC and FINRA are talking about? Seem like criminal activity with only, weak, civil penalties to date. It changed for ther banks what is being done to sstop the counterfeitring elsewhere?.
ONEV has survived insurmountable odds to get here folks and they have landed some great deals. A result of years of research and developement as a Development Stage Enterprise! What is the government going to do to protect our system and companies?
http://www.sec.gov/foia/docs/failsdata.htm
I will be making formal complaints to SEC and FINRA this week against ONEV market makers, Funders and acredited investors.
The chairman of the SEC need to know how ONEV shareholders feel about intentional failures to deliver ONEV shares again.
CHAIRMANOFFICE@SEC.GOV
Stand up for our rights. We cant even short to hedge and these corrupt folks are shortng and not even delivering the shares for years now. That is counterfeiting.
I will be making a detailed report to the SEC on the matter this week. I encourage others to do the same. SEC and FINRA need to now how we citizens feel about this cpounterfeiting of shares.

TELEMX/ONEV Contract signed 10/2006 you do the math.eom
ONEV facts. These facts fall into several categories.
The financials are the easiset to grasp as they are spelled out in the filings. Yet for this whole year we have heard about the A/S being breached.
Gee it hasnt been breached and anyone looking at the facts knows why.
I hope attacking another faithful shareholder of ONEV has made your monday a funday? It does appear to be what u and many others live for, thanks for building mine and others ego's by placing us on such a high pedestal for all to see
Thanks VENO, thats a much different picture than others have painted. Par for that course I guess? Its nice to know there are others shooting for the "eagle" as well!
A hole in One? Nope just One Voice.....
What did the disclaimer say before he started talking? Pretty much all of them say, forward looking statements are for a particulair moment in time not forever.
The share count was not raised to 1.29 Billion until 4th QTR 2006. So IRIS has wrong numbers and dates and you are guessing at dates and what you remember.
I take notes and have spreadsheets.
Your number is right here, IRIS. These are your words: "Remember the we'll never exceed 300 million shares statements?!"
The company never made such a promise. The compnay never had an authorized share count of 300 MIllion either.
Are your, repeated, google comments that embarrassing that you must continue to grasp at these straws?
The new A/s is not 1.3 billion either its 1.29 Billion with 10 million Prefferred Shares authosrized, yet not issued....
IRIS mid 2003 the A/S was raised to 250,000,000 adding more fuel to your claim being entirely off base.
Do you read or listen to the disclaimers? There are great examples of big banks making comments about not needing capital and then having to turn around and raise capital.
It was explained in detail on CNBC last week.
At no time did the ONEV CEO say the A/S would never breach 300 million. The numbers you have used are not even correct.
No Iris I do not remmember Dean Weber making such a promise.
"Remember the we'll never exceed 300 million shares statements?!"
Can you support this statement with any evidence?
ONEV CEO made no mention of Strategic Investors buying those shares and that data is 2 years old. ONEV CEO mentioned the remaining convertible Debt being purchased without an increase in the authorized share count. (2million+ Revolving Credit Facility is, possibly, all loan & 0 convertible note with a plethora of options...)

Does anyone here know anything about this Google Voice Search patent being a subset of the ONEV patented process?
http://blog.onev.com/blogsite/2008/06/voice-search-patents.html#more
"Subsequently, Google was issued a voice search patent and had a difficult time narrowing their patent around One Voice. Enjoy reading..."
Then the CEO came out and publicly stated the google patent is a subset.
If google narrowed their patent "around" the ONEV patent that leaves ONEV in the center of it all.
I see Google acknowledging 4th Generation VR/AI and having 2 significantly reduce their claims to get their own style of Voice Search patented around ONEV's existing patent/s
I also see this as a sign of the ONEV arket Cap being way out of whack just like the CEO said in the conference call last at the end of July 2008.
Veno what do you think about Dean calling Googles patent a subset of ONEV's? I dont see Google trying to walk all over ONEV.
I see Google acknowledging 4th Generation VR/AI and having 2 significantly reduce their claims to get their own style of Voice Search patented around ONEV's existing patent/s

Doctrine of Equivalents
"A legal rule that allows a court to hold a party liable for patent infringement even though the infringing device or process does not fall within the literal scope of a patent claim, but nevertheless is equivalent to the claimed invention"
How can you state or think Google went in a different direction? They did not and they highlighted why what ONEV does is needed in the process.

Reality says the original contract, with TELMEX, is not even 24 months old. Lets not forget the contracted product grew before the fisrt launch with Telnor. Cant wait to see how the next rollout starts!
No Iris I have read the patents and understand the process. For google to do the Voice Search they descibed requires the process ONEV patented. Recently the CEO even stated the Goog Voice Search patent is a subset of ONEV's.
Read the patents look at the flow chart of the process and then start experoimenting with the product and then do some more research with real techies..... Let me lnow what you find out....
IRIS you are just stating things you are not providing any facts. We know they raised at least 239,000,000 and allgedly eventually earned 100,000,000. Nothing more nothing less.
Does One Voice tech do more than Tell Me's? YES
"Anyway, Tell Me is a pretty cool voice recognition information network which has traditionally been a privately held company in the Bay Area. Microsoft announced today that they have purchased Tell Me."

COMPETITIVE LANDSCAPE
---------------------
One Voice is the industry's first and only provider of 4th Generation voice
technology. The evolution of speech technology can be broken into four
generations as follows:
GENERATION 1 systems require minimal processing power and storage and are often
used in embedded devices. These solutions can typically recognize 20-30 words or
less and are usually founded embedded in electronic devices such as phones,
toys, etc. Due to its limitations, this technology is typically used for limited
command & control functions or applications. Companies focused in this space
include Conversay and IBM among others.
GENERATION 2 systems expand the recognition capabilities seen in Generation 1
increasing the vocabulary to potentially hundreds of words. These systems
frequently use menus to support the delivery of content as seen in Interactive
Voice Response (IVR) systems for airline reservations, banking and Voice
Portals. Due to the use of menus, these systems can typically deliver a maximum
of 6-8 areas of content horizontally and 3-4 layers down in the menu trees
before running the risk of "user overload." Companies focused in this space
include Speechworks International, Nuance Communications, Preferred Voice,
HeyAnita, Bevocal and TellMe among others.
GENERATION 3 systems expand the recognition capabilities significantly to
hundreds of thousands of words. The systems can support continuous, free-form
transcription of voice into text. These systems are typically used for desktop
dictation applications running on PC's in the sectors of word processing,
medical and legal transcription. Companies focused in this space include IBM,
ScanSoft and Philips.
GENERATION 4 systems take the capabilities of all the previous generations and
adds powerful expert systems and Artificial Intelligence capabilities to allow
the solutions to not only recognize words, but also understand their meaning.
This opens the doors to higher degrees of personalization, more robust system
interaction and more advanced applications such as Voice-to-Text Messaging on a
phone and full Internet searching. One Voice is currently the only company in
the voice technology sector that offers 4th Generation voice technology.
