Huge Benefit for IVOT acquisition Prosperity Ventures!

The transaction, which is subject to due diligence, the usual and
customary conditions, and entering into a definitive agreement, is expected
to close in August 2007. It is anticipated that Prosperity Ventures
will merge into a wholly owned subsidiary of iVoice Technology.
Jude Kleila, founder of Prosperity Ventures, stated, "No one in the
world understands the designing and engineering of screen enclosures
better. We are providing a high tech solution to a mother nature problem."
The STRONGHOLD(TM) SYSTEM is the first and only method for building
screen enclosures that is proven to be 100% compliant to the Florida
Building Code 2004 and Aluminum Design Manual 2005. The STRONGHOLD(TM)
SYSTEM inspired our development team to author a change to the Florida
Building Code in December 2006. The STRONGHOLD(TM) SYSTEM has revolutionized
the design and engineering of aluminum screen structures. With 3-D
finite element analysis we can analyze the stresses placed on screen
enclosures, all the way down to every 6 inches of every member, every
connection and every screw or bolt used to put the enclosure together.
Prosperity Ventures and its staff are dedicated to exceeding the
building standards and customer expectations through exceptional service and
dedication to excellence. We strive to continue being on the cutting
edge of research and development.
Jerry Mahoney, CEO of iVoice Technology, remarked, "We are excited to
be working with Prosperity Ventures." Mahoney added, "We continue to
work to find and complete acquisitions that offer excellent growth
potential, that are in viable and stable market segments and have management
teams committed to success."

great day all. good things coming I believe
GSIEF Chart Comment
All headed green.
Enjoy, and thank you to everyone that showed patience here.
dtstx
You are very perceptive.
Going for a Halls mentholatum :)
I'm sick that some folks lost their shares today in this massacre, did you notice how easy the issue moved late in todays session on very low volume at each price level.
The marketmakers have the shares they want now, we go much higher from here.
My only hope is that folks learned not to pile on and fade the bid when the mm's take it down to flush out shares.
All the best to you and yours.
cautionup:
I have made screenshots of all the posts he made on this and other boards.
Neil
help on the way
great job with your adds today
:)
Krunk and others: Comment on ZIPL
I spoke to Pinksheets.
The word "lawsuit" was never mentioned in any conversation with any shareholder. They (Pinksheets) would never expose themselves to legal liability if they were to ever make a random comment about a legal situation about a client stock of theirs. The cannot do it and would not. Any comment like that could be deemed detrimental to the stock involved as proven out here.
I have reported this incident to an associate at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The word "dispute" was used, the "dispute" is that Pinksheets added the new info to the Pinskheets company info page on ZIPL and then had to remove it.
The attorneys involved demanded that they remove it as the public had not been informed via a press release about the forthcoming merger.
ONMC
Did you learn something today sellers ?
The marketmakers stole your shares in the low teens
Look how easy this moves now
Congrats to all who stepped up when there was blood in the streets...
I'm sitting at .023 on the bid folks
why dont you want to sell to me ?
lol
mason
yu called it
but
the question is
were you able to open a position at the level you had called ?
ONMC
if you want to sell this
put your shares on the ask and get out of my way
ONMC
so they scared you folks out huh ?
big mistake
adding here
good luck and health to all
krunk stoxxx
kindly pm me with the name and phone number of the person you spoke with at Pinksheets. I will call the CEO of Pinksheets myself and find out why someone there would tell you that.
In all of my years, Pinksheets has never made any comment such as that to me, I have researched hundreds of stocks with them.
Thank you for your cooperation.
dtstx
then you know how it moves easy with buy order flow
congrats, your timing is impeccable
when the .04's are out, we run here
Zoomie:
Folks just are not going to believe the size of this deal when they release the details
They had a heads up, then had days and days to buy it at these prices
Live and learn..
ONMC Level 2 & Chart Comment
Ready for next leg up, money flow turning:
gold
there is no way they have level 2 and sell this one,
if they have level 2 and are selling it, the billing address for their trading accounts is Bellview mental facility, NYC
ONMC
Hold your shares or put them on the ask to sell if you wish to part with a few.
We have the float, its crystal clear, moving on very small trades now.
Folks that sold will be sick when this takes off, its just a matter of time.
Anyone with level 2 can see how it is trading, folks that are selling must not have the level 2 capability.
cdn
chill man
worry about companies that constantly put out pr's to mislead investors.. GSI puts out informative pr's without any fluff..
GSI is a solid play, the float is gone.
Yes, its true it has been awhile and I am waiting too, but sometimes good things take awhile to develop.
If you want to vent, I am here for you on pm's.
There are some other picks going now too, so I don't have time to post everywhere.
Again, contact me whenever you wish, I am here.
All the best to you and yours.
ONMC chart, comment
Despite impatient sellers attempting to derail this one, it proved strong once again, still made a higher low.
I guess I may never understand penny players not willing to hold for more than a few days. Oh well.
Very nice chart.
Bullish.
Chill folks..
The link on Pinksheets showing the club name should have never been activated until the company released the info about the r/m in a PR.
Someone uninformed or ignorant of fair disclosure rules obviously jumped the gun and the info was listed giving us the heads up that the merger was underway.
Attorneys must have gotten wind of the pinksheets disclosure and had it pulled until a PR is issued. It should have never been there in the first place, but it was, so we are privy to information not available to the general public.
Its a simple as that, chill out and let the company get the r/m done, PR it, when they are legally able.
ONMC Huge accumulation going on here:
Expect ask to fade and bid to strengthen from here, profitakers are gone for the most part, don't forget we alerted this at .02, many are sitting on 100% plus gains.
This is going to be a really hot item, accumulate if you are able.
All the best to you and yours.
Oh ok, that explains it.
bull
Yes, its true that it can and does happen on occasion, but not in this specific case. The ONMC merger with the Barite operations is the sole subject of discussion here.
I appreciate your posts about specific examples of such activity, however, it does not apply here to this case and I will not allow folks to be led to believe that it does.
Your incorrect implications about the forthcoming merger that you believe involve two different trading symbols are unecessarily confusing folks about this very simple everyday transaction.
If you have a position in another stock, kindly consider posting in that forum.
Let it go.
bullcents:
I am perfectly calm.
I have received numerous private messages today asking why ONMC would have WRII involved in this transaction when the fact is they are both completely seperate trading vehicles.
The suggestion or implied thought that both public vehicles would merge together in this transaction is incorrect practically and factually.
Yes, it is just a message board, but many visit here and make investment decisions with their hard earned money.
Therefore, it is my duty as board moderator and the person responsible for alerting the stock to my folks to accurately report my findings as they relate to the subject issues.
Thank you.
bullcents:
Again, with all due respect, I don't know why you are splitting hairs here, no use really. Whether WRII is a shell or not has no bearing on this transaction.
It is a fact that WRII has no connection whatsoever to the Barite ONMC transaction being discussed in this forum.
I have verified this with both ONMC and WRII management.
I have a duty to report my recent and valid findings to the current shareholders and the board itself, I have done extensive due diligence on this. I alerted the stock as a r/m value play.
As to your comments on whether WRII is or is not a shell, I have no interest in whether WRII has duly reported to the SEC that they are or are not a shell. It is not relevant to the ONMC merger discussion here.
Again, I respectfully request that all future discussions about WRII take place in the appropriate forum. All posts about this will be considered off topic.
Thank you for your cooperation.
bullcents:
With all due respect, it may be true that WRII has menial assets or operations that may lead you to believe it is not a shell.
I have spoken to the owners, it is being legally considered a shell.
The WRII trading vehicle as it exists in no way is related to any transaction that is connected with ONMC or the incoming Barite Corporation.
All the best.
dapper
You are very kind, happy to have you with us.
Really appreciate your strong support, slowly but surely we are making some progress finding value in the low caps.
All the best to you and yours.
ONMC Ibox updated:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=22139877
bullcents: ref: shell
ONMC is the shell that is being utilized for the Barite company and assets.
WRII is a completely different shell that can be used for other purposes, it is not connected in any way, shape, or form to this transaction.
The fact that that same man is the signing officer on two different Form 15's is not relevant to this ONMC-Barite reverse merger.
WRII is a seperate entity.
Hope this clears up any confusion.
ONMC DD added to Ibox:
What is Barite and why is it important strategically speaking?
Source: US GEOLOGICAL SURVEY
"The United States is a net importer of barite, a critical mineral for the oil and gas industry; more than 80 percent of current domestic consumption of barite is imported from China. Nearly all of the domestic production of barite comes from stratiform deposits in Nevada. The "modern analogs" approach adopted in this review can contribute to improving deposit models and the long-term resource picture in the United States.
USGS source link: http://pubs.usgs.gov/bul/b2209-h/
My notes:
According to my sources, this Baritepacific company that is reverse merging into this ONMC shell has about USD 850 million in proven barite reserves on their properties in Mexico.
The major cost of importing the majority of barite for the oil drillers is the cost of shipment from China. The shipping cost will be much less from Mexico, as it may be done by truck and the distance is much less to say the least.
Enjoy.

Informative and helpful links added to Ibox.
More to come.

TA
Gaps back on lower volume per respective price point.
Trend up, this after needless (technically speaking) runaway gap fill from chartists theoretical "exhaustion" rally.
Folks had a good chance to accumulate yesterday.
Translation:
Flippers are mostly out, trend up from here on less volume.
jersey
I wondered how long it would take a bright mind to find that :)
In the meantime, our good folks here have all had a chance to pick up shares at half price or less while the flippers did ther thing..
All the best to you and yours.
cdnkid
All is proceeding well here, the float is bought up, the company is moving forward.
All this at a time when the domicile will be changed and the issue itself will print.
I would expect the company to report to the shareholders soon if one follows the guidance in the recent Chairmans message.
Hope all is well with you.
Have a nice evening.
