With all due respect, it may be true that WRII has menial assets or operations that may lead you to believe it is not a shell.

I have spoken to the owners, it is being legally considered a shell.

The WRII trading vehicle as it exists in no way is related to any transaction that is connected with ONMC or the incoming Barite Corporation.
