Believe we will be seeing many PRs over the next couple weeks of acquisition of companies mergering in. This is seriously about to get wild. Load the boat and hang tight. Definitely a great one to hold for awhile. Very excited to see where this goes!!

Throughout this transition of moving their companies into this shell they will not be sec reporting so won't see an 8k. Once all mergering is completed and audited, we will see an 8k like no other. When that day comes, this will blow past a dollar. Honestly imo we will see that day come before mid December. Believe Mergering will be complete by mid November, 2 to 3 weeks of audit process, then summit SEC filings after that! This CEO doesn't mess around, very quick and on top of his stuff with the right lawyer behind him.

Tells us they are highly involved with the mergering company. Unfortunately I can't find one source on the person. If you look at the filings the name is listed two different ways under a Ms. And then a Mr. I'm mobile right now and don't recall the exact way it was worded. Therefore, we all may be seaching for the Wong name. (Lol)
Big brother mentioned there is no connection to Evergreen, however if you read the ABVN filings you will see Allied Plus Limited is off the table for abvn and no longer a subsidiary. Abvn was originally for his personal consultant business. ASPL was the subsidiary connected to One Belt One Road and connected to Evergreen. Same officers even listed as Evergreen's officers. My opinion on what will happen given the information I have to go by is a spin off of ASPL involving Evergreen. All links of companies I mentioned are above. Mr. Wong could have complely different plans for this ticker, but that's what my money is on. Start of new quarter and 10q coming up, so hopefully have new information soon!!
