They have since decided to go a reverse merger with a Pinky cause it’s accomplishes the same thing and they don’t need to raise money at the market so no need for an IPO

REIT funds will be huge even when the inevitable correction comes interest rates keep going up to derail Trump so in turn rental markets will go up
Hedge funds have been adding property to their portfolios since the last housing crash hence what EOMN is essentially doing
It’s a brilliant and safe money maker for these big dogs with billions at their disposal
Plus they have to give out a certain portion of their gains as a REIT so EOMN will be giving out dividends as time goes on
I’m holding this one for sure just hope it all pans out the way it looks from the outside"
