I've had the Beyond Burgers around 4x now...I'm starting to buy them twice a week...you have to get a pan nice and hot (I've made these on a le creuset grill and the other day started it with a little olive oil in a stainless steel fry pan but had to drip off the oils halfway through cooking so I could brown them) and sear them on both sides so they taste superlative. I'm a BIG meat eater but I have higher cholesterol. The first time I had one of them it was so delicious and as good if not better than ANY beef burger I've eaten. I knew the first mouthful I'd never eat a beef burger again I like these better and part of the reason is I would eat two at a sitting and not get that bloated feeling of digesting meat after a meal (I also used whole wheat toast the first few times and then an English muffin instead of burger buns). I put sweet relish and ketchup on them and sometimes I sear bell pepper slices and add that. They are deelish. And with all that I got in on the stock too late and yes I'm selling today because the comments by some of these analysts is probably true the competitors may cut in...but I can't imagine any of them making a better vegan burger that actually tastes like a burger than this (haven't tried the Impossible Burger but really I can't imagine it comes close) if they have this patented in some way...alas...I didn't jump on it when a friend who is a vegetarian first commented on it.
CANB is otcqb their revenues are increasing enormously. Best to buy while it's this low and hold and stop freaking out over the difference in wholesale and retail prices showing up on different websites and other nonsensical things that have no bearing on the growth of this company.
WHOA!!! Tuesday is going to be big for VRUS.
CANB pricing and its growing reputation in the real world to make it a buy has been a question for me. Thank you for both explanations. Nobody has explained this so easily in the past year plus I've been watching this stock. If this is the low this is the time to buy I would think.
SHMP will soar this week and everyone knows it. They'll announce the quarantine is lifted and we're going to retrace to .21 to start. That's my opinion but it's sort of obvious the way things have been going.
It appears to be retracing to that .21-.23 cent mark that it was at last year before the rocket ride.
Power hour will be interesting. Nothing can stop an upward movement and people waited by the sideline thinking they'd get a bargain and now they'll be chasing. Silly...still a bargain. See you all at .05 or higher.
Here we go! Only way this doesn't retrace to the high twenties to 3s AND START TO FLOAT HIGHER today is people are sleeping...let's go volume VRUS!!!
Kroger's just put CBD products on its shelves throughout Texas. https://www.houstonchronicle.com/business/retail/amp/Kroger-now-selling-CBD-lotions-oils-and-creams-14368621.php
I don't like to call something a sure thing on otc but I agree on this...it will jump to .05 or higher with that next report. Maybe higher.
3 weeks until the next 10-Q! Anyone know differently? Can't wait to see the next numbers. We will certainly touch a nickel.
News=nickel a share step up. Patience. We're talking days, not even weeks or months.
Peter's not pumping he's just excited that he gets to do more research. Unfortunately, it is on SHMP's dime. They could care less about when and if they generate revenue because they never cared in the first place. There's always more testing that can be done while investors keep throwing money at some distant illusory revenue generating year round shrimp production. Now they talk about other species (wasn't the RAS system they developed supposed to have been applicable to other species in the first place without having to do more testing with more technology?) animals that take longer to grow than shrimp, let me add, and a quarantine on their facility that even if lifted at the end of the month haa put off first harvests to spring 2020, meaning no revenue until then, IF they bother by then TO harvest, means any investing now is just money going out to do more "testing" using technology that now makes moot the claim the VIRUS that allegedly came in with that last batch was the case. It makes MOOT their RAS system did what it was supposed to do.
Another partnership for more testing and no revenue deals? Am I reading this correctly? Is this the great news they promised this week? I'm experiencing deja vu, I think.
F&T and SHMP have differing agendas. Of course this "catastrophe" is a plus for Peter. He gets to test what does and doesn't work with a batch of viral infected shrimp and how to isolate them or cure them or whatever using water treatment. SHMP loses a half year of income because they can't sell shrimp they were raising for the first harvest, not to mention the outlay in time and money and feed. The dumbness, from the gitgo, with a shrimp company in business for ten years prior to the five they've been working with F&T, is not first addressing the isolation of larval shrimp brought in from outside the facility before introducing them into the patented system in the first place...saying they'r doing it now, in hindsight, is inexcusable...that was investor money down the drainpipe of a safety precaution that should have been part of the system set up before they ever went this far. A huge WASTE. And do they care? While investors have seen the value of their stock plunge yet again, unable to apply it to other assets that could help if they are feeling financially strapped and afraid to take the money out in the interim, these guys have been pulling their salaries year round without a care in the world, they didn't have to worry about infected larval shrimp because they don't seem too serious about reaching the marketplace with their livestock in the first place. Why should they! Shareholders keep throwing their cash at them!
So whenever it's convenient they say they're a technology company "perfecting" raising shrimp in a recirculating system pathogen free! Then there's the obvious they're a shrimp company that will make mega millions when they expand facilities all over the planet because they can grow and sell anywhere!
But in either scenario everything they do is WORTHLESS if they can't address the big problem of NOT introducing infected larval shrimp into a closed RECIRCULATING SYSTEM!
AND THEY REALIZE THIS NOW???
After how much was spent in the last number of months growing a first harvest for public consumption and sales?
https://www.seafoodsource.com/news/aquaculture/texas-official-says-inspectors-to-return-to-naturalshrimp-facility-in-mid-august?utm_source=marketo&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=newsletter&utm_content=newsletter&mkt_tok=eyJpIjoiTkRRNE1URmtabUppWm1JeiIsInQiOiI2M3FhOTBMZ2N4WFwvTFNOVU9YVWdGVG5QcDIxN0dsUEVna3lPdGNJVGRNcVVwS0ZtYjIxSzd6TjVjTDdkek41d0k0d29rU2lRU3FMdHNwelZ3M0RTdXZZbktaZEk4XC9HejdPZmhVKzQrY0pneEw4dUtpNmp5YjhybVlBdGVQdkZIIn0%3D
ARTICLE from Seafood Source actually contradicts statements that all the shrimp were destroyed. They are returning two weeks from the date they quarantined on July 30 to recheck and make the determination to "depopulate" at that time.
Purposely rephrasing of these comments about SHMP'S preferred shares are indicative of an attempt at deception, unfortunately, and are not helpful to anyone.
I would think they were destroyed, of course, but that was in the pr report so I assume there are shrimp in other tanks they will monitor for any indication the disease IS present in the shrimp that didn't come from that batch. Because of cross pollution, or any other reason.Or for some reason are keeping some alive for Peter's experimenting....I'm just reporting what was in that post that came from the Facebook page link.
Do you not see the language "terms and conditions," which were delineated in the earlier post? The impact on shareholders is QUALIFIED by the small print you don't see in that p.r.
Did you not read the fine print about the specifics of THESE preferred SHMP shares??? It was pointed out there was an analogy to puts, not that they are puts. Stop fudging the issue. If an instrument works in this fashion, shareholders should understand it and not have placebos applied. If they wish to invest they should know the real risks here and not be lulled into denial.
TPWD will retest the shrimp near the end of the month to determine if they are to come out of quarantine, according to a post linked from a trade source today in the facebook page. This was the shrimp to be harvested for first profits. Either way, the new crop of larvals come in next week and if their yet again fudged timeline has now expanded to 24 weeks to harvest (the last was 14 if you are keeping up with the shifting pr statements) the first harvests for profit are now pushed back to March 2020 in a best case scenario. So in any case, weren't there supposed to be 2 ec units going in per month to bring it to full operation by December in any case? Sounds like they never put in those additional June July (August?) ec units, another indication they knew something was wrong earlier than the public was informed...and an explanation for the unusual SILENCE. In any case, if the only issue was the infected larva because somebody wasn't doing their job to make sure that didn't happen in the first place when livestock was coming in from outside the facility (should be the prime "science" to deal with before the rest of this) perhaps by next Spring there will be a viable company...a lot of ifs, but in the meantime, the entry point remains too high to justify risk at this juncture with such a load of toxic financing and no revenue to show until next spring or summer. I remain amazed that with this week's massive market drop and the opportunity to buy in on so many quality assets, people threw more money at shmp after these announcements thanks to the "shmp enablers" group on Facebook. Gamblers in 12 step programs should probably be invited to lecture in there.
THAT'S fake SHMP news.
The SHMP facebook site, unfortunately at this stage, is indicative of issues on the internet of enabling bad choices through group support...it why we have so many other issues today that the world is reeling from because of people finding other like-minded people. While it started out to be a support group for SHMP by interchange of info, it has become a minefield if anyone voices obvious issues impacting the company and their investment.
No, the last PR was the shrimp were growing slow because so many stayed alive their density meant the feed had to be reassessed to keep up with their needs. Ergo.
Now, it's because they were sick???
The story now changes on the flip of what works best to keep people invested after the real issue was made public. Because the story HAS suddenly changed, and again, the suspicion of illness in the shrimp in March and April ignored when the TPWD gave the go ahead does NOT dismiss them from waiting so long to confirm the issue on their end.
To make money for whom?
Your quote: "It takes money to make money."
Yeah, for them! Not the shareholders.
Then OBVIOUSLY the system does NOT assure the facility can keep the water and shrimp disease free because SOMEBODY didn't take into account introduction of infected hatchlings when setting up their ELABORATELY planned and implemented and expensive system.
After being in the shrimp business for 15 years, it is MORE THAN OBVIOUS that before any shrimp are introduced into SUCH A NEW system, the health of the hatchling or any minute water introduced with them WOULD HAVE TO to be VERIFIED disease free ON THEIR END, not by the word of a SELLER.
AND THEY are accountable to the investors for THAT, NOT THE THIRD PARTY.
Sorry, but it is a really PAT excuse to simply dismiss out of hand their culpability in THIS particular issue arising.
Furthermore, they stated they suspected the issue back in March and April, and then let it slide because the TPWD didn't pick up on it??? SO the timing of all of this stinks like putrefying shrimp and again, no, this cannot simply be passed off as the responsibility of the third party in making their excuses to shareholders only a couple of weeks before what should have been the first harvest.
The only regret is not selling months ago, actually. And TY to the posts about the ins and outs of the specific toxic financing, which out of kindness the last posters bothered to post. Good luck as shareholders continue to line the pockets of the speculators that have done a brilliant job of milking investors so prematurely to this company showing profitability, if ever (they'd only allow it if it actually makes them more money than they've been making keeping the status quo).
The only good thing about SHMP is the number of people who have contributed to Mr. Letizia getting paid to work out issues with water systems that will hopefully help others who may actually bring seafood to market. Now he gets to experiment with combating a viral infection in shrimp on our coin. When such diseases hits the mangrove swamps they simply close operations and move on to destroy another part of the ecosystem, and in developed closed systems they always simply go out of business after going bust enough times because of this so there's a plus there if the issue can be solved in one site. Other shrimp farms don't necessarily have the luxury of an on site scientific team using the stock for experimental work. But ultimately, this investment is not in F&T Water, is it? Though smoke and mirrors has convinced some it is. The reality is nearly 100 percent of recirculating shrimp farms that have opened in the US eventually either close due to getting hit by stock wiped out continually by disease or the lack of profit and can't sustain it. And that includes some that have claimed to have the "new" technology that will put them over. And this has been repeated now now for decades...the dream of self-sustaining shrimp farms in such speculative bids was around even in the time of my parents' youth.
SHMP will sink for many more months. This is only a blip on the screen. Any announcements will just be fodder for day traders who will then push it lower until they show revenue, which is now pushed to MAYBE the middle of next year. If they "expand" before showing any revenue, they will be laughing all the way to the bank on shareholders' coin, not to mention the R/S that will be inevitable if they say they're going to upscale, and that will certainly be a 20 or 25 to 1 at this point. Except for the very eager Letizia who wants to save the planet, the rest of these guys, if you dig only slightly, are long time experts at playing stocks to make cash. They are already making nice money as salary, they can keep milking this and "expanding" this without resorting to selling any of their goods as long as they are allowed to by the cash handed over while they do nothing more than tease it along during and after a disaster, and then the rest of the time, if you didn't already notice, SILENCE.
AND THIS isn't the first time they've "expanded" with the 2016 loud pronouncements of their European "partnering" in Spain and elsewhere and then again...SILENCE. No figures ever of the income from there? Why should they bother, the next come on was the patent "test" even though they'd done such "tests" before but the timing this time was the actual miraculous announcement the patent had finally gone through...onto the next part of the "plan."
In any case, as I said, as long as you "enable" by handing cash over pre-revenue to a company that has no incentive to succeed by actually making money because everyone is making their millions, I remain skeptical of this being anything more than a day traders' dream during the actual fear days that the milk cow may actually dry up.
The TPWD has banned the sale of shrimp completely from their facility and the entire place is quarantined for an unknown period of time. I think they could safely say all the shrimp were compromised. They wouldn't have done this complete shutdown on the facility if all the tanks were in isolation to each other and they were confident the fish in the other tank were disease free. It is quite obvious all the animals will be put to rest and no harvesting will occur with any shrimp currently in the facility.
This means a first commercial harvest can't occur until close to or after the New Year when it should have occurred end of August if they were on their "plan." And that is ONLY if the TPWD lifts the quarantine within a week or two. The company can do nothing until the infected shrimp and water is gone and all the equipment is sterilized, not to mention additional equipment that would be in contact with that water couldn't be installed until the facility is up to par. https://www.intrafish.com/aquaculture/1834645/us-shrimp-farmer-placed-under-quarantine-after-deadly-disease-finding
Seriously, this is going to move soberly up as each report is filed. Very happy to have gotten in on this while it's under 5 cents. Can't believe it actually a company already spitting out revenue doesn't get better than this on the otc.
Sweet deal! This company is smartly run and growing and that needle is moving up.
Hope you're all noticing the steps up as their revenue increases quarter after quarter...how many otc stocks with product that people need and use look like this? None...every 2 and a half months it takes a bigger step up. We're in the middle of a cycle now. Very promising company. I am adding every time it dips. Right now you can get a big hold out of little risk and let it ride without losing sleep.
Added another 20,000. Great day for adding VRUS. Of all the OTC, VRUS is THE no brainer.
BUY OPPORTUNITY OF A LIFETIME!
Dr. Weissberg is a respected orthopedic surgeon in Long Island there's no reason not to believe him. Personally, I've reinvested into Canbiola. If a guy like this is endorsing and using the product, and explaining why it's as good as it is, I am sold.
May slingshot up now. Hit bottom with rsi. No DD necessary anymore for Charlottes WEb it's officially now in vitamin shoppe and the number one hemp oil across America.
Will rebound rsi was over 70 and hit bottom today under 17.5 pps.
The RSI went over the top overbought yesterday. This is a normal correction and a time to buy before the holiday.
Started at .01 bought through .03s and adding more.Volume may drop this week because of 4th of July but I am betting we're in .05s next week.
