Anyone not buying in to SHMP at this point is going to miss the next leg up. The 10q confirms the stocking of the La Coste plant has begun and Iowa in March...further, they have begun the hiring of 50 employees in Iowa and the completion of a processing center for the harvests that begin the third quarter.
To give you an idea of how large these facilities are, the la coste tanks take up the size of a football field with twenty, iowa's Webster City plant has 280 tanks of the same size.
NS became the largest ras company growing shrimp in the US when it acquired these Iowa assets.
They have plans for expansion to double the size at La Coste and into other states, which wil take more capital, but that is the language of management that expects successful product and demand for that product and huge revenue to justify expansion.
NS is a winner.
Agreed. To dollarland we will go. NS is a winning company. They just moved up like gangbusters in a couple of weeks just on one pr of shrimp going into nursery tanks at a first facility. Cannot imagine where it will be a few months from now.
NS has multiple generators at its sites what a ridiculous statement that in the twenty years prior as a shrimp farm they wouldn't with the amount of harvest they grow.
How does one stop a 24/7 basher on SHMP who is somehow A MODERATOR and posting non-stop ugly commentary and denigrating "jokes" about the death of a company partner who recently died??? Many people have used the report function with no response from anyone and no removal of these posts, much less this individual from this role as a moderator on this page.
GHS credit has been built into the pps for a while..
The preferred shares are a drop in the bucket to what is now held by shareholders, many long, and many who can be found on the Natural Shrimp Investors Page on facebook who share the latest updates on this very quickly expanding company that just bought out the Veroblue facilities making it the largest aquaculture company to grow shrimp in the US, not to mention its partnership with Ecoponex that has just closed on a deal to build a facility in Puerto Rico with plans for other locations.
They now own 280 tanks in Iowa and Texas. To give you an idea of how massive the amount of shrimp they will be able to produce...the Texas facility alone is the size of two football fields and that holds 40 tanks.
Aquaculture, the tech and the product, is the fastest and most exciting growth sector at the moment and all such companies are on the rise, but NS had its patent approved in 2019 that is unique in that it cleans debris and kills pathogens and other diseases with unique electrocoagulation and oxygenation approaches. These processes have proven effective with over 95% survival reported when prior technologies have not been able to maintain at most 50 percent, and usually under 25 percent.
This is a huge breakthrough in this field and no one but SHMP has it.
BUY NOW or miss the shrimp boat.
SHMP is an OTCQB, SEC reporting company. That means it is NOT pink sheets.
OVER SOLD! BIG BUY TODAY!
Already moving off bottom after its unbelievable rally.
Get ready to fly up again.
Ongoing news coming for shmp and the entire US aquaculture.
US Aquaculture stocks are all trending higher and NS is now the largest facility of its kind for producing shrimp in the coming year in the US with its additional Iowa plants bringing a total of 280 tanks in addition to the Ecoponex partnership facilities planned for multiple cities with a deal just closed in Puerto Rico!
Once we move off these prices we will NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN! Imo. Don't miss the shrimp train...if you were even thinking about it now's the time to ignore the noise and DIVE IN!
Great buy before the New Year and news...Picked up another 15,000 shares.
Links to publicity on NS You saw today PLeASE! Thank you so much!
Morning will be great day to buy Natural Shrimp...quick run up overbought stock Wednesday, modest pullback to normal rsi levels today...check your charts...tomorrow opportunity before markets close at 1 pm!!!
Aqb is at $10 a share already...Texas NS is already a mega larger aquaculture facility with its veroblue buyout in Iowa and just closed on the ecoponex partnership for Puerto Rico
Avoid deliberate misinformation regarding Natural Shrimp's ability to join the NASDAQ by simply reading fhe requirement postings on the Nasdaq site.
Here is the direct link.
https://listingcenter.nasdaq.com/Assets/Initialguide.pdf
Scroll down, middle column under 5505 b capital markets requirements...shows the option for the $2 tier that requires no revenue but a minimum requirement for company value.
This is one of three options to register a company on the capital markets tier.
SHMP DOES QUALIFY FOR THE CAPITAL MARKET $2 5505 b tier
Here is the link from NASDAQ again with that info in the middle column under capital market requirements. scroll down.
No revenue required by the way! It qualifies and then some for all requirements inder that tier.
There are three ways of qualifying fir the capital market tier ...this $2 closing fee manner of qualifying does not require showing revenue at all, but is based on company value of $5 million and other factors like number of shareholders etc. with which they already way surpass the basic requirements.
https://listingcenter.nasdaq.com/Assets/Initialguide.pdf
Natural Shrimp does NOT need 3 year revenue to qualify for the 5505 b capial markets tier of masdaq. I just posted the grid from nasdaq under my last post. Scroll down. Here it is again.
https://listingcenter.nasdaq.com/Assets/Initialguide.pdf
$2 NASDAQ pps scroll down to 5505 b under Capital Markets tier
https://listingcenter.nasdaq.com/Assets/Initialguide.pdf
There are three columns, the choice for Natural Shrimp would be under that middle column.
It's always good to GO TO THE SOURCE nstead of relying on deliberately posted misinformation
This tier is not based on revenue in the last few yearsvit's based on value of the company and other factors, all of which makes NS already uber qualifiedand then some. Scroll through those requirements.
NATURAL SHRIMP will be accredited a NASDAQ company within the first few months of 2021.
ALL GREEN SHRIMPALICIOUS RUN ALL GREEN Ho Ho Ho!!! Another partnership struck to build a megafacility in Puerto Rico with Natural Shrimp technology announced today...Good news keeps coming. No stopping the run up in pps and a plan to uplist within four months to the NASDAQ!
Naysayers gnash and groan while opportunity for profit still remains for those who board the shrimp boat for this ride. Buy on a dip if you can or not....tomorrow may be a great day to buy SHMP because it is only going to rise.
Oh, and AQB, to compare, touched $10 a share today with nary a percent of the number of facilities in the works, nor a product that takes 26 weeks to harvest, like shrimp. Their FISH is genetically modified...NATURAL SHRIMP is, as the saying goes...NATURAL!
No matter your politics, join the GREEN TEAM for aquaculture...it may be the only thing we all agree on this year but what the hey!!!!,
And it is now the biggest ras shrimp company in the US!
Natural Shrimp is an SEC OTCQB reporting entity.
GLTA!!!
Natural Shrimp will blow past $2 and $3 imho with ease because it now owns such a large number of tanks it blows any other seafood ras company out of the water, if i may pun so boldly. AQB, a comparable aquaculture tech company, jumped up again yesterday over $9 a share and their main facility sounds like the size of the original NS La Coste site, and this after only one first (fish) harvest this summer, not to mention fish can take up to two years to grow while shrimp take 26 weeks. NS now has over ten times the number of tanks from when the original 2018 harbinger report projected the company at $2.19 a share after patent approval and first harvest.
Continue to post scientific explanations from the actual source that quite clearly explain the success of applying such science and 100% support the NS technology and why it works. As most people who access investor forums probably have at least a high school education, they probably understand enough of this to understand why the tech has succeeded. There are always people who don't, but they can always ask for things to be explained, like the most basic things like why certain coatings on metals lining a tank cannot conduct electricity, though water does. So continue the posting of Mr. Letizia's words verbatim. Thankyou so much for doing so!
TY it's an amazing company and I feel after a few years following and investing in it through its ups and downs and finally breakthrough tech moving into this next phase, it is a disservice staying quiet about it, not telling family and friends about it, and not alerting the public. It's too important not to succeed, and I say this not just about the happy investors sticking through the next number of months and years, but the benefits in being able to continue to access fresh healthy shrimp and other species grown inland while we attempt to clean up our oceans of plastics and wastes that have compromised a lot of our seafood . NS inherits along with the Veroblue tanks its networks, and they will likely keep barramundi in a few of these tanks both for supply that is in place and to study application of their tech to species beyond shrimp. And it hasn't escaped the notice of our own leaders, both Trump and the incoming administration, that green tech, clean energy solutions, (and yes aquaculture has been cited), are priorities.
The test stock of the patent equipment succeeded beyond their wildest dream. It was observed by Texas Parks & Wildlife. They couldn't even find one dead shrimp in the tank.
People do your own due diligence there are news articles about that first batch. It was its success that has procured them millions in credit and their move ahead to build out the ec units and expand the company like this. The many shareholders who have been with SHMP have watched the progress and stick with the company for this reason.
Be aware there are no rules barring deliberate misinformation on this board so always so your own due diligence, especially when there is such blatant opposite stories posted about crucial facts regarding Natural Shrimp.
It's better to stick with companies that are expanding and growing and whose leadership has shown integrity in their timely sec listings, their communication with shareholders, their verifiable physical plants and offices. If NS says they plan to uplist, they plan to uplist, just as they said they filed a patent, just as they said they would procure Veroblue, just as they just became the largest RAs ahrimp facilities in the US.
Everyone who saya they will uplist does not necessarily show the potential to retain their nasdaq status. Natural Shrimp will need to reach two to three dollars pps to uplist. They will likely reach that goal just by shareholder momentum in the next two quarters as shrimp are stocked and harvested. Then, their pps will likely continue to rise.
Know the company you invest in, don't go by their announcement they plan to uplist...all penny stocks "plan" to uplist. It's how they do so and should they do so that differs.
Anyone is allowed to post anything including deliberate misinformation on here. After a short while, common sense will tell you what to take as real info. That is why you should always do your own due diligence from multiple and legitinmate sources. The SEC is one place to check because you will find mandatory filings on there.
Natural Shrimp own 100% right to use the patent for shrimp so that no other shrimp company could use it, but they still were to split profit with f&t. Buying out the company gives them full profit/ownership of the patent, plus all contracts ongoing with other companies in need of applicable water treatment/technological development and build outs etc. and all profits from the patent's use with other species ongoing. It certainly is worth that, and the deal will be I believe anyway 3 million and the rest in stock, I thought the number was 5 million actually in total...don't know how that number doubled in that article...but even so 5 million and the rest in stock to own outright the technology is good for everyone from shareholders to the surviving Letizia family. I mean it doubles their profit from their own facilities to start. In any case the total cash output upfront is covered by the extended credit procured months ago with plenty of cushion for build out ongoing in La Coste and retrofitting the alder tanks.
The owner of f&t just died after a prolonged illness, and at this time there is a respect being shown in this regard. People need time to mourn, to settle his estate, and his family to be given respectful treatment. As Natural Shrimp and f&t jointly own the co developed patent and have been essentially working in tandem for quite awhile, the final settlement of this deal will be announced when it is inked, finalizing what they already agreed to in a letter of intent. There are not the moving parts involved in finalizing the f&t deal like the serious issues Veroblue went through to finally have its assets available. Mr. Letizia's repeatedly stated dream in his last days was the passing on of his technological legacy to the Natural Shrimp team who shared his vision of green aquaculture and clean waters in our futures. I imagine as well Natural Shrimp has the sagacious wisdom to finish one deal at a time, announce one piece of huge news at a time, as each step is pushing the share price higher.
It should be noted, as this stock, as all penny stocks, will be more volatile than blue chips, that as people have sold and then regretted and have had to chase the price up as the stock continues its climb toward Nasdaq numbers, that Natural Shrimp has been good on its words and plans, despite sometimes being a few weeks off of a projected move, like the signing of these agreements.
It's best imo to simply ignore the noise at this point, egregious and disrespectful posts about "peteygrams," referring to the recently deceased owner of F&t, and simply hold your shares. Everything is moving on track toward a very successful and profitable and expanding company.
f&t and Natural Shrimp TOGETHER developed the electrocoagulation vibrio suspension patent that took five years to develop and that is STILL the heart of their tech and build out of its ec units. It solved the problem of killing pathogens and cleaning waste and its test run produced shrimp with over 95% viability. Hydrenesis is another tech company they then worked with to address issues involving oxygenation regulation I believe...THEY all work together f&t tech WAS certainly NOT "discarded" as erroneously claimed and Peter Letizia, the mastermind owner of F&t who passed away recently, went to his end firmly soothed by his dream realized of cleaner seafood and cleaner water for the planet in the merging of f&t with Natural Shrimp, going beyond the co-ownership of the patent and placing his trust in NS to carry on his legacy. His visionary goal will always remain at the heart of Natural Shrimp's breakthrough technology.
Wherever did you see part of this purchase would be in stock? Here is the info regarding veroblue's manner of purchase. All cash (half in notes due in a few years).
https://www.seafoodsource.com/news/business-finance/naturalshrimp-agrees-to-buy-former-assets-of-veroblue-for-usd-10-million
The partial stock purchase is for f&t.
DO YOUR own research! Natural Shrimp's disruptive technology inspires false and misleading information that can come from foreign shrimp companies whose US shrimp sales have plummeted already from diseased and banned imports of their shrimp, from competitors in North America who don't have their technology, and from daytraders who want to scare people into selling their shares to get the share price down for their advantage.
Their patent was procured last year after five years of development of their electrocoagulation units. Prior to that they were like any other small shrimp farm with inconsistent harvests.
They have moved ahead to quickly ezpand because their patented system showed over 95% viability, an unheard of success, with its assurance of consistent harvests of fresh healthy shrimp to market.
The beauty of this technology is that any tank can be quickly and easily retrofitted to grow shrimp, which takes 26 weeks to grow to maturity as opposed to say barramundi that can take up to two years.
Natural Shrimp had nothing to do with Veroblue., a completely separate company, or its issues, the criminal activities of certain Veroblue owners involving stealing investor monies for personal use,in the millions, and leading to the bankruptcy finalized this summer in the Iowa courts.
Natural Shrimp took advantage of the opportunity to obtain the assets of these Veroblue properties estimated at around $40 million to build out, used by Veroblue originally, to grow barramundi, at a purchase price of ten million.
This move allowed Natural Shrimp to quickly expand its assets by 240 tanks, to be easily put right into shrimp production after retrofitting them with their patented ec units.
The move, using financing that had been in place for months, also showed a savvy choice by the NS team to quickly expand the amount of shrimp production without years of construction costs and delay that would have been a burden on the company and its investors.
And also now makes Natural Shrimp the largest land-based shrimp producer in the US.
DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE! NATURAL SHRIMP had financing in place months ago to cover expansion plans and buy-outs.
Their purchase the other day of Vero blue brings them 240 additional tanks in the Midwest.
Add in their state of the art Texas plant housing I believe another 40 tamks in facilities the size of two football fields makes them now the largest RAS shrimp facility in America.
And add to that their partnership with Econopex that is 100 percent financing a huge facility next to an Atlanta airport hub in which they will use the NS technology, with NS retaining 51% profits.
If you have done your due diligence, you know the recirculating ec technology they have patented showed 95% plus viability for their shrimp raised to maturity, really an unheard of success in a field in which no other land based shrimp operation has been able to do or maintain consistently because of inevitable disease and waste issues that crop up...the up-to-now choice by these other comoanies had been biofloc in its many guises that at best would produce perhaps a 50 percent survival but usually more in the 20% range.
Most, if not all, of those land-based companies therefore, over the last many decades, have gone belly up for this reason, none having developed a technology that could assure a disease and contaminant free environment and consistent harvests.
The success of this new technology emboldened the expansion of assets by NATURAL SHRIMP at this time in the US and the current lifting of stock price as people are investing, drawn to the potential, with juveniles entering the tanks in the upcoming first quarter and harvesting commencing in the second, and from that point on producing fresh to market bi-monthly and year round.
They will also commence internet sales direct to consumer.
Grow out usually takes around 26 weeks as opposed to raising certain fiah species that can take up to two years and shrimp is the most consumed seafood in America and around the world.
This is not only now the largest land-based shrimp company in the US, but a huge breakthrough in a green disruptive technology as up until now we have had to rely on most shrimp coming in frozen for one to more months from India and Eastern nations, much of it unfortunately contaminated by antibiotics and disease and often banned for import for this reason, and from farms that in the east that have been in open waters that have seriously polluted their environment, permanently damaging huge swaths of mangrove swamps and killing that vegetation that supplies a lot of the oxygen in earth's atmosphere, not to mention the huge amount of plastics these animals are ingesting in our polluted waters.
Land-raised natural shrimp will contain none of these pollutants..
To reach this point has been a long, hard journey for Natural Shrimp, which started off as a biofloc company, but after the usual issues turned to f&t, a water treatment company, and it took another five years to develop and then patent the vibrio suspension electrocoagulation-based technology, for which their patent was approved last year, with build out of those units,, which are easily put to work with existing tanks, by Trane technology.
Great news as far as I'm concerned they are right on track. No loss of sec status. Convertible debt well on its way to elimination. Huge revenue coming in.
fingers crossed!!
Wow great news!
The Big League Foods division expects to have products in four chains, T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, Meijer, and Big Five Sporting Goods in October 2020;
The newly acquired Eliot’s Nut Butters is already preparing for a product line expansion;
National Hockey League candy products are in development, with an in-store target to coincide with the start of the NHL season during December 2020;
The Pachyderm Labs division is now 44 products strong with an initial wholesale distribution launch through 20 distribution warehouses across 6 states;
Verus reduced its convertible debt by approximately 50% from approximately $1.3 million at the end of Q3 2020 to approximately $0.6 million as of September 18, 2020; and
The Company completed its authorized equity funding under its effective S-1 with White Lion Capital.
Super Q! They pulled this huge revenue growth with their smart acquisitions this crazy year!!! Kind of amazing.
WEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! ONE DAY TO GO!
Actually they don't need to sell stock to "keep the lights on" at this point as they are going into shrimp production with a mindboggling 240 additional tanks to the 20 they had a year ago (which is doubling at la coste as we speak) when they hit a dollar not to mention a couple of hundred more tanks for other species if they choose plus nurseries at both facilities...shrimp are at harvesting point at 24 weeks and yes f&t is being incorporated into the company so those contracts, some that are ongoing, means all the profit now does come into shmp for use of the technology.
As far as financing, they have for one thing 11 million in credit from one source. All of us have been following this company for a few years already financing is not an issue in any way at the moment.
Time to buy another million shares thanks guys! For giving them to me!
Thank you great news Q extended 5 days or so.
any 10Q news? I agree all the shorts will be sad when it comes out and they missed the vrus boat.
This isn't the 10Q has an extension been posted?
