If that were true and SFOR has been reported to the SEC as many have claimed they have done. How is the company still in business?
Can you show a single lie in ANY of their financials?
Are you inferring that SFOR will lie about how many copies of their software are being used?
So when they try to sell it to other companies they will want to say "We only have 100 endpoints protected by our software" instead of "We have 10000 endpoints protected by our software"?
Sounds like a bad sales model.
Note: The numbers above are random to make a point. I am not claiming they have any endpoints (except the 5 that I use).
20 samples a day at $400 is $8000.
$8000 X 5 days a week is $40,000 a week
$40,000 X 52 = $2,080,000.00 a year for one lab.
If the test cost more or less than $400 then adjust.
If they can test more or less than 20 samples a day then adjust.
You will have to keep in mind slow times of the year for testing and also high times of the year.
So the statement of "Wow dude, they processed 20 samples bro. Amazing. Lmao!" really does not state anything important. So what was your point?
Care to explain what "Ww is a subterfuge to pps" is about. What "deceit used in order to achieve one's goal." are you referring to?
And how is WW "keeping the stock price as low as possible"?
Since that was what the contract was for (use of name) what is the issue?
Getting paid for the use of a name sounds like a good deal. I mean, it worked for Trump.
Have they paid? No idea, but the question should have been "have then not paid when they should have paid." I don't know that answer either, but if it is a concern to you, ask EVIO.
Beautiful. Great post. Thanks.
The story mentioned 360 Coverage Pros and Secure CyberID partnership.
"We're proud to partner with 360 Coverage Pros to deliver our cutting-edge cybersecurity and end-point protection to federal contractors ," says Will Lynch, Founder & CEO of Secure CyberID.
and https://securecyberid.com/ is a channel partner of SFOR.
https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2018/05/08/1498439/0/en/A-StrikeForce-Reseller-Launches-Powerful-Comprehensive-Identity-Theft-Protection-Solution.html
So take that however you want. I see it as a very positive development. Kind of kills the "SFOR products cant be sold to the government argument" in my opinion.
Gee, if only GuardedID connected to a licensing server that could be audited. Oh wait, it does.
If only SecureID was connected to server that had users registered and is auditable. Oh, it is.
This isn't 1989 Shareware. Welcome to 2018 and the age of the internet connected devices. SFOR will know what is being used.
(Oh, please don't try the "If someone cracks the software and bootlegs it" scenario as an argument. I can write paragraphs why that is implausible in todays world. Especially in a Enterprise enviroment)
Cherio? Is that you?
I saw that, but that looks like a reference to the Aug 1 cert and not a new one.
EVIO Labs Massachusetts Accredited to ISO 17025. EVIO Inc.’s Massachusetts laboratory introduced the other day they obtained ISO/IEC 17025 certification from the < a href=" https://t.co/XTPRnexHAx" target =" _ space" rel= "noopener" > American Associatio… https://t.co/hZ8xPltxLS
— Weed Consortium (@weedconsortium2) October 31, 2018
The lab move started in Sept, so the Aug cert should be invalid correct?
is there an actual link to this announcement? I cant seem to find it.
Didn't that happen Aug 1 2018?
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/evio-labs-massachusetts-announces-iso-17025-accreditation-300690862.html
Or is this a recertification for the new location?
is this what you are referring to:
https://www.bankofamerica.com/privacy/online-mobile-banking-privacy/trusteer-rapport.go
https://www.ibm.com/us-en/marketplace/phishing-and-malware-protection
Oddly, I don't see "keyboard encryption" listed as a feature. Can anyone find it mentioned anywhere? I would like to see how they implemented it to determine if it actually infringes. For instance, does it hook directly to the OS kernel like GuardedID or is it at the application level.
EDIT: Found it mentioned in a PDF. It does not explain how. I will keep looking.
"Rapport blocks keyloggers by encrypting your keystrokes so that keyloggers cannot read sensitive information"
A price drop in cannabis would increase the sales of cannabis, but that would also increase the number of test that labs perform. So what is the downside for EVIO on a price drop of cannabis?
Yes, people in Colorado can grow their own and have been able to for quite sometime. But nobody does.
Please read these articles:
https://my420tours.com/many-dispensaries-denver-colorado/
https://www.denverpost.com/2018/08/09/colorado-marijuana-sales-2017-2/
Most people are lazy and they will not grow their own. If they did the number of dispensaries and sales would not keep increasing.
People can grow their own food, but they don't
People can change their own oil, but they don't
People can make their own cloths, but they don't
People can teach their own children, but they don't
People can eat healthy, but they don't
I could go on and on.
Amazon, BofA, and Samsung? Can you show me where you got these companies having anything to do with SFOR from? I don't recall them in any PRs, Qs or Ks, or tweets for that matter. (Not that I care about tweets or PRs)
FYI: He has 16,900 followers.

Just correcting your statement. I honestly don't care.
But that does not have anything (or very little) to do with CA going from 8 to 4 labs which is what we were discussing.
The PPS dropped and keeps dropping because the last 10-Q did not look good. Plus dilution is not helping
Changing the plan in CA from 8 to 4 labs probably didn't have much effect on the PPS.
From 7/1 tp 8/15 the PPS dropped 25% not 75% from 1.12 to .85 (approx.)
46 days to reformulate a major plan and notify the shareholders seems reasonable to me.
I hope he does not stop at 14 labs. Now is the time for EVIO to get enough labs to have a footprint in EVERY market that they can.
What private agreements?
The management consulting company that WW owns is in the 10Q. It is not like it is hidden or a secret. If you have a problem with it, you should not have bought the stock when you did your DD.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=12917878&guid=6wMMUKhdNGFWeth
During the nine and three months ended June 30, 2018 and 2017, the Company incurred total expenses of $100,000 and $7,858 and $114,317 and $35,530, respectively, for management consulting services performed by Newport Commercial Advisors, an entity fully owned and controlled by our Chief Executive Officer.
Did you even look at my post? The agreement was not private. https://seekingalpha.com/filing/3691838
Note: it is 14 labs and not 18 labs WW wanted by years end.
Lack of revenues only proves there were no paying deals as of the last 10K/Q
No 8K means there is nothing out of the ordinary to report. Money from channel partner contracts would not need a 8K. Those contracts have already been 8Ked.
Deals under a NDA may forbid an 8K.
Lack of anything legal can go either way. But claiming they don't exist just because there is currently no proof is also "mudding the waters".
I am betting on that they do exist. If I am wrong, I will loose money, but that is my choice to make.
I have no proof or disproof on what Kay has said about deals. Once there is a legal document stating either way I will believe it.
Lack of an 8K is not proof of no current deals. (done or in the works).
Lack of revenue is not proof of no current deals (done or in the works).
verifiable DD that completely disproves any of the, "deals done"
Have I said anything about "deals done"?
You are thinking about prohibition backwards.
Prohibition in the United States focused on the manufacture, transportation, and sale of alcoholic beverages; however, exceptions were made for medicinal and religious uses. Alcohol consumption was never illegal under federal law. Nationwide Prohibition did not begin in the United States until January 1920, when the Eighteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution went into effect. The 18th amendment was ratified in 1919, and was repealed in December 1933 with the ratification of the Twenty-first Amendment.[
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prohibition#United_States
Today the Alcoholic Beverages Industry worth $223.2bn
https://www.statista.com/topics/1709/alcoholic-beverages/
Yes, people can home brew, but that does not seem to effect the industry much. It is labor intensive and takes patients. You also have to deal with the mess and the smells (not all bad). Mostly it is a hobbyist thing.
Now:
Cannabis prohibition is starting to end. Yes, people can home grow, but most will not. I know I don't have a green thumb so I will not be growing my own.
As far as smugglers and illegal grow operations go, they will fade away the same as the bootleggers and moonshiners have. Also, since they are taking money away from the states from taxes, the states are going to crack down harder on stopping them. Before it was legal the states were not loosing money since there was no taxes on it.
Then once you look at healthiness of both, cannabis will be huge in the long run and EVIO will be there to help test it all. $$$$
So sit back, relax, and wait for it.
EVIO: The Future "Quest Diagnostics of Cannabis" (I still love the way that sounds)
I am still unsure what your beef is with Lusardi. EVIO has bought only two of their labs from him (I think).
The 8K for the package deal is here: https://seekingalpha.com/filing/3691838
1 year old labs with equipment could easily be worth $1m. Especially if the equipment had not been used (or slightly used) because the lab was not certified.

Please prove EVIO shareholders got ripped off or drop it.
I was really only commenting on the obscurity of the BAD DD. Basing facts off of a crappy google map image is just misleading.
You are quoting someone's paraphrase of Kay as fact?
Oh man. That's awesome.
He did report it to investors.
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/evio-inc-provides-shareholder-update-300697510.html
"One element of our previous plan that has changed because of new state regulations not allowing for sub-contracting or intra-lab transfers, is that we must operate multiple stand-alone laboratory facilities instead of a traditional hub and spoke model. As such we will be focused on deploying four full analytical labs this year instead of the two hub labs and six cannabis collection labs"
Found it.

The 18 lab number was decreased because the Hub/Spoke idea would not work because California changed the rules.
There will only be primary testing labs in California, No Spokes.
It was in a K or Q awhile back.
What was the date and time of the picture you posted?
6 cars on that date.
I didn't see a date and time on that picture. So it may have been a weekend or lunch time. Also, how do you know the cars in front are not SFOR's? Do you know who's they are or just guessing?
Very Nice. Plant DNA testing for $168 at 8 labs locations. Was that PDF mentioned in the PR? I like that PDF more than the PR.
I am actually curious if they will start a cannabis DNA database. Would be interesting to see where and who grows what strain and also to identify cross breeding and manipulation (GMO) of plants.
23andMe for cannabis plants. This sounds like a consulting/testing service to help growers identify and control bacteria in/on plants. Removing the bad stuff and feeding the good stuff. That should produce a larger and heathier yields for the growers.
I have not looked into the cost of the equipment for genetic sequencing, but 23andMe charges $199 for health and ancestry test. I would think this would be in the same ballpark (plus labor to take the soil, plant, and water samples).
Just a thought.
You should get that looked at.
