The PPS dropped and keeps dropping because the last 10-Q did not look good. Plus dilution is not helping

Changing the plan in CA from 8 to 4 labs probably didn't have much effect on the PPS.

From 7/1 tp 8/15 the PPS dropped 25% not 75% from 1.12 to .85 (approx.)

46 days to reformulate a major plan and notify the shareholders seems reasonable to me.
