Djk...sorry but this is one time I don't agree with your thoughts...which I must say is extremely rare.
Harry was very very clear about the reasons to do a RS. It wasn't a flippant comment or a comment to grease the skids for an imminent RS. It was merely a comment regarding what would be a sound case for a RS, other than some share-printing company that wants to line their pockets at the shareholders expense.
The pump/don't be in this stock comment regarding risk and being able to handle it is the same type of comment that seasoned investors make almost daily, i.e. if you can't stand the heat (risk) get out of the kitchen. It is my opinion that Henry never ever wants to be accused of pumping his company in order to increase the PPS.
Finally, Henry is about as real as it gets. He speaks whatever is on his mind and at a level that is understandable to everyone. No sugar coating, no fluff, and NO pump. Knowing how much effort it takes to do the things he is doing...we should be thankful that he took the time to even hold several CC's with any of us.
I think hinting/suggesting that there might be trouble in paradise only causes hardship for those that need confidence in their choices, not insinuations that something might be wrong with PHIL.
NOTE: You and everyone else is entitled to their own opinion. I just felt your comments, the way I read them, was a bit undermining to what I considered to be a very informative CC.

The NEW SHORTING RULE...could not come at a better time for PHIL and all other OTC positions. Effective date 3/19. You can read about it here. But the short version is it "will reduce the ability of the MMs to do what they do in the volume they do it. It will cost them more and reduce their liquidity, reducing how much and how many positions they are in."

My personal preference would be to see the filing hit on Wednesday or Thursday. Monday filings have short runs that are countered on most Tuesdays. Filing on a Tuesday normally faces downward pressure from the start. Wed/Thur filing allows for several days of upward buying pressure and makes it harder to drive the PPS down the following Tuesday.
Just my thoughts.

From my notes:
Auditor did not arrive back from India until Wednesday, so the filling was delayed.
Hopes to have the filing completed by Mon/Tue of next week.
After the filing there will be another CC after the filing is official.
Confirmed there "will be" a buyback...and some other arrangements have been taking place but are not on PHIL's books...so he could not officially confirm a buyback.
Confirmed the share buyback...also stated there might be more from other Subsidiaries.
Stated the information that will be in the 10K as well as the next conference call will be big.
He answered some questions...but could not give a lot of detail because of the question content.
He did a good job of explaining the current situation in my book.

Personal Comment: From everything I heard from Henry, I truly believe that the 10K and announcements will be absolutely HUGE. If I had doubt in the past...I HAVE NO ANY DOUBT ABOUT ANYTHING ANYMORE.

If you actually spent time analyzing this business you would understand the complexities. Did you know it actually is a developing business structure in Vietnam??? It's their rules, not USA rules. You comment about this like you actually have some idea of what has been going on for the past several years. I spoke with their Corporate Actions group at 0800 this morning. They are receiving many calls on the same subject...and they also said the T/A has not provided the data to them yet. Also stated that as soon as they recieve the share information they will begin updating portfolios immediately and will not wait for the overnight refresh to update the shares.

Djk0689 and FACTS...after the exhausting process of getting the 2019 fins reviewed, etc., will the remaining fins go through the same process, or will they be processed a little faster since the historical groundwork has already been laid?
Just looking for your opinion on the subject.
