If you actually spent time analyzing this business you would understand the complexities. Did you know it actually is a developing business structure in Vietnam??? It's their rules, not USA rules. You comment about this like you actually have some idea of what has been going on for the past several years. That's why you are getting comments you don't like from people that have actually done their homework.
