Ecig - one of the biggest fully legal trends profiting at the moment.
To give you an example, last year we had a specialty ecig store open up. They had 2 locations.
This year I went back and they advised there are now 5 locations.
I like using an ecig with a drink or two, but the store was always packed with froggy voiced veteran smokers looking to kick the old smoking habit and not die early to a terrible cancer.
Definition of (actual) lean -
Also known as “purple drank,” “syrup” and “lean,” sizzurp typically includes Jolly Rancher candy for color and extra sweetness along with soda and prescription-strength cough syrup. The end product is said to provide an instant, euphoric high.
People who are adults in the business world would be hard pressed to market such a thing. Sounds like they had a brief stint in Walmart, but where else is this sold?
The only relaxation drink I've seen around town is called superliminal purple stuff. This company was under fire for even resembling the dangerous form of cough medicine abuse. How is a drink named after the exact form of abuse expected to gain traction in the super cautious USA?
There was a guy who created vacation in a bottle several years ago and had made 8 million by 2009.
They need more or we just have another pump and dump.
I didn't hear that Trtc received any of those licenses.
Have they advised shareholders their plans to maximize chances to receive a license?
Last time I was on the elevator from .30 and sold around 1.15 on the hype train.
No doubt I'd like to make that ride again, but I'd need to be confident enough in their delivery.
We already watched Trtc shift gears from $1.41 price to .20 price.
Momentum will pick up nationwide, but will Derek Peterson be able to grow Trtc fast enough to capture enough of the market?
Until I consult with him, I am not swayed.
No, not normally. Unless a specific strain of hemp. Can't just be any ole hemp seed down the street.
So what's been going on here? Lost a ton of money here. Shares aren't even worth selling.
Are all investors banking that a relaxation drink named 'lean' will make it big?
Even if you get the rap gods themselves to sanction this, it won't be allowed to go viral in communities with a name like that.
It's just too bad 'zazzz' is such a terrible name for any product let alone a vending machine.
Are we in the 90's? Or perhaps letting our newborn toddlers name products these days?
I've been invested with this company for quite a while. It's one of the few I didn't sell during the great pot stock meltdown. I am feeling more that this was a mistake.
Sad to see a bunch of half rates posting to this board to pat themselves on the back for a stock that was relegated long ago.
I was once a staunch supporter, and made a pretty penny here. Unfortunately not job quitting pennies, but enough to carry on.
I won't defend the people behind the company, who knows what rock they've fled to crawl under.
I will defend its investors however, as many post how 'moronic' investors were so enamored with this stock.
In truth, the business plan was solid and the 'toxic' structure was in place as a temporary boost so they could take the market nationally. As we know, this did not happen.
But a historical rise did happen from .05 to .70+ and those who stuck out to sell at those levels truly won out the most.
With all the rest of the bickering aside, I challenge anyone here to find a stock that will net you that kind of return in such a short period.
Note about sunrise auto mall.
If you look up the dealership on Google, you'll see 36 Google reviews at a 4.8 out of 5 rating.
This means when future customers look up car dealerships on Google (happens every day) then they'll gravitate naturally to the dealerships with the highest amount of good reviews. The fact they have such a high rating bodes well for the future.
Last I was in this stock it was 1.40 - what happened?!
So you're saying it's even worse than we expected? I'm not looking to sell, just a straightforward answer. This seems like a lot of uncertainty.
So you're saying is that it's even worse than initially expected and they won't be able to claim Mj sales at all even if I'll gotten gains? This will make for some interesting financials to see what is claimed and what isn't.
Until it becomes federally legal, isn't it true that no company can claim mj sales? I understand they would be considered ill gotten gains for a public company.
Too bad they aren't private and we can't invest in them some other way. Right now private vs public is what separates the real Mj companies from the share selling schemes. Unfortunately the majority of scams are showing on the public side right now.
Well this would be a positive if the volume wasn't due to massive selling off.
Survivors of the titanic jumped ship in high volumes as well.
Sad to see these guys crippled at this time.
I can only hope this is true.
Ph0t had the same impression and we see what happened there.
Sad to see this one going the way of the dodo bird as well.
Show is over. Time to move on.
Invested here on a stock tip from a friend.
Now it's so low it isn't even worth selling...
The word 'scam' is used rather casually when no one really knows what happened.
There could have been fraudulent activities, but this wouldn't have meant the entire company was a scam.
They did have physical entities, equipment and indeed some of the more popular branded stores in grow culture - aimed at growers as a niche.
I'd do it all again and for that I am looking for our next big supplier to invest in.
Yup, what in the world is wrong with this company right now?
Get in!
So is there any truth to the transition? Did they really make it out?
With this information I have a few questions I was wondering if anyone here could answer.
-in this complaint, is there proof that Growlife was unwillingly manipulated?
-if the above is true, will this help to absolve Growlife of wrongdoing? If so, is the sec required to make such an admission?
-what of the grey market? The wonderful history lessons here have shed a realistic light on how hard
It is to rerun to normal trading from the greys - however - have there been others able to resume trading via mergers, etc that we haven't mentioned yet? Sure some tickers have returned, but is there a list that have returned in more obscure ways?
Yes, there were promotion and pump companies that jumped on the Mj stocks without consent of the leadership involved in these companies.
I even had a company from Washington state somehow get my number and call me to say, "hope you made some good money on our stock tip for phot, check out RNBI next bud!"
Guys never once called me in ref. to phot so no idea how they got my number.
I wonder what will happen to these suspended companies now that the third party manipulators are being brought to justice?
Wow I used to live in Bradenton. That's a pity.
What of the ole hot stock ace?
I also heard they were charged in the PHOT manipulation - curious how this will pan out.
Fitx where is your progress?!
How come suspended stocks are trading higher than your own company with this massive grow setting up in Canada?
Where is your progress???
He's only been saying that for the past year or so.
One need only to view wagon's post history to find he comes here everyday to share a downtrodden perspective of how things will go for phot's future.
In fact it's about the only board he posts on. Makes you wonder if it's a personal thing or an alternate motivation.
Regardless, his admission of a shining light here is the most surprising thing I've read here in a long time.
It better have bottomed, ridiculous low value right now.
Right there with you. After the phot suspension everything started sliding downhill.
The early Mj bubble popped and a new one will form.
Still, this stock should be valued at least .60 - .70 with their standard operations.
The Nevada license failure will hopefully be recovered from with a license in an alternate location.
This stock has always had bashers, as have most other stocks.
Dropping from 1.40 to .39 is kind of a big deal though and I'd assume more factors at play.
Hey scottrade lifted their no buy rule on phot so at least you can purchase shares easier. Same thing will selling - you have to call.
I understand most other brokerages will let you buy without a phone call.
It's relatively easy to make the call - if people want to buy then they will.
Can someone explain why this stock is trading in the .30's?
This is the only positive trading Mj stock I own today.
Still trading higher than most Mj stocks.
Food for thought.
Finally, news on financing.
My life has changed for sure with this stock! Invested over $1k and only 300 of it is left.
I can't imagine what they have coming that will dig out these losses.
You both raise valid points.
Most OTC Mj stocks have trouble exceeding .10. Some can't even break .01!
However phot needs a form of financing.
Could this perhaps be the biggest factor in the move to WA?
Phot also needs a lift back to the OTC.
Yes I have read the countless articles - few stocks return from greys and do well - etc etc.
Suspended and still beating out most others, what does everyone make of that?
I remember .06 levels - where my original investment was. Not there yet.
I learned it the hard way investing in the OTC Mj stocks.
They're paid and implanted to garner bearish or bullish sentiments. Very interesting mind games.
This company needs to be moving forward. Stagnating between 4 and 7 cents is not good for investor confidence.
Especially considering their ex partner phot is still trading at a higher value MONTHS after suspension.
He's going to need to bring the progress. Holding long since my buy in a very long time ago. Time will tell.
Nor has science ever let me down. Hopefully your belief in god and mine in science can culminate into good earnings.
Otherwise you're going to have to have a long chat with the big guy upstairs.
We absolutely did have some good times and I think we all made some kind of $$ depending on the actions we all took.
It was sad to see, because I was more involved as a customer to their brands than an investor to their stock.
I would have thought the brands would bolster them enough, but errors in management (whatever those errors were) seem to be unforgivable. Humbling experience! I kept 15k shares in there too, because why not just hold for years and see what happens.
Best of luck to all!
