You both raise valid points.

Most OTC Mj stocks have trouble exceeding .10. Some can't even break .01!

However phot needs a form of financing.

Could this perhaps be the biggest factor in the move to WA?

Phot also needs a lift back to the OTC.

Yes I have read the countless articles - few stocks return from greys and do well - etc etc.

Suspended and still beating out most others, what does everyone make of that?

I remember .06 levels - where my original investment was. Not there yet.
