With this information I have a few questions I was wondering if anyone here could answer.

-in this complaint, is there proof that Growlife was unwillingly manipulated?

-if the above is true, will this help to absolve Growlife of wrongdoing? If so, is the sec required to make such an admission?

-what of the grey market? The wonderful history lessons here have shed a realistic light on how hard
It is to rerun to normal trading from the greys - however - have there been others able to resume trading via mergers, etc that we haven't mentioned yet? Sure some tickers have returned, but is there a list that have returned in more obscure ways?
