Sooooo...all this time it has been said that it was the SEC's fault there were no new shares issued.

But now Copper King says these two things in an update....

" If we can keep them funded, our New Mexico mine will start shipping ore within the next couple of weeks. We can then get the new Copper King shares issued and show those mining operations in Copper King financial projections."

So to me that translates into "Give us more money and we'll issue your shares" ... for those of you who have been 'donating' to this company via private channels (IF in fact that is still going on which I have no idea one way or the other).

And...

"We could have issued the new shares long ago, but we want to build a successful mining company not a stock play."

And that would be all well and good if you guys hadn't been blaming the SEC all along and saying you had no control over when the shares would be issued.

As I said all along...I believe this is a scam.

Hi Chuck....Nope. Nothing. I've even checked the spam folders on my computer and on the Comcast servers going back to the beginning of October. Nothing.

The only thing I can find is the auto reply message I got when I sent the initial email. Which is another thing that also missing. My sent mail folder is emptied from my computer once a week and I may have forgotten to take that email out of there.

Hi everybody!!! Sorry I haven't been around. Lots going on...some good...some not so good. New health problems...old money problems...family drama. Lost all my contacts on my cell phone thanks to a 'genius' at T-Mobile...lost my settings and favorites on IE9 thanks to a geek-squad idiot who didn't even fix what I called him for. What a f%#@ing mess these last few months have been.

And you know the old saying about getting old is for the birds? Well I think I've finally figured out what kind of birds they've been talking about all these years...Buzzards.

I just wanted to check in and say hello...once we get stuff settled in here I'll be able to be back on on a more regular basis. I miss you guys!

Hi guys. Just a really quick update. Hospice has been here almost every day due to Claudia's rapid decline. It started out with 2-3 weeks and now they're talking days. We've been bombarded with people since Friday and I haven't had much time to do anything.

Now I completely understand why Claudia never had her family (meaning her kids and her ex husbands family) come over to visit all this time she's lived here. Believe me when I say...I fully expect an episode of cops to be filmed here before this is all over.

The only thing missing the last few days has been banjo music.
