I've been away for a while. Can someone please explain this? Especially the 2nd part

"According to investor relations, those additional shares were brought to the market by GGII shareholders from the previous iteration of the company and nothing to do with the restricted shares generated by the Hempacco acquisition. A reduction in the restricted OS is the EZ fix."

"The increase that you are seeing on OTC Markets has nothing to do with the shares held by Hempacco. As they have previously indicated, they have no intention of selling any of their shares nor can they for at least a period of one year from the time they were issued the stock. The increase is all stemming from old GGII investors, some that have held the stock between 5-10 years, and have decided to sell."
