MINE. Agreed. My math tells me approximately 36% i.e.(70% of 51%.) of profit per bottle..whatever that is.Coffee boost should bring in twice as much judging by percentage of profit (approximately)70%.
With that being said, the profit margins of each product will determine which is the better revenue earner.I'm not privy to what the margins are but it may well be that the margins on vitaminfizz are twice as high as coffeeboost in which case it will not matter which product is more widely accepted since the revenue potential will be the same.
I'm having a difficult time understanding what you're saying but I'll just leave it at that.
no he did not say anything about RS and never has.
If I remember correctly, what Level 5 got from Vitaminfizz LP is sole distribution rights. Vitaminfizz seems to still be owned by Vitaminfizz LP. What will happen to the distribution agreement will depend on the termination provisions of that contract. Too early to speculate though IMO.
Here you go again with the "I just talked to Vanis" nonsense. Did he tell you again that there is going to be an R/S? Stop being ridiculous for once.
MINE is/was Powerbrands way to go public.
How do you arrive at this conclusion?
Minerco is an old company that's tried many different business ventures - all failed.
Like many other successful companies have.
Powerbrands is running the show here; not Minerso.
It seems that way doesn't it? Well that's because Powerbrands entered into a brand development agreement with MINERCO last year.
Minerco is just Powerbrands shell to raise money and give them a public traded company.
Again, how do you know this? Are you aware that Powerbrands has other clients besides MINERCO.
Ezra has already said all of this
Where and when did he say all this?
- you sheep need to read between the lines and look at the big picture. Vanis doesn't have a clue about the beverage industry, it's all the scam man...Darin Ezra.
Not worth commenting on IMO.
I hope you realize that the company is not going to ONLY sell products through Amazon. In fact, the Amazon sales it not what is going to bring in the needed revenue. If you read yesterday's PR carefully,it states categorically that Amazon is to allow the MINE fan base to try the product before the product is more widely available.
I agree with you that most purchasers on Amazon would be shareholders and their relations but that's by design. As far as the shipping cost goes, its a non issue because I don't see it stopping product enthusiasts from ordering. Much ado about nothing really.IMO
I suggest you read 8-ks and PR's from say May of 2013. Better still, read the 10k/Q more closely. It's all in there but the gist of it from my understanding is that
level 5 was created as a subsidiary of MINE when MINE switched focus from green their project in Honduras.
MINE owns about 70% of Level 5 which contracted with powerbrands to develop Rise and Coffee boost among other things.
Coffee Boost and Rise were tested on the market briefly.
Level 5 acquired sole distribution rights to Vitamin fizz during that time from Vitamin fizz LLP a partnership consisting of Ezra and other heavy weights. Part of the deal gives level 5 about 50% of revenue from sale of level 5 and allows vitamin fizz LLP to appoint a member to the board of Level 5 (that person is Ezra).
We were told during the cc that coffee boost and RISE hard launch had been delayed to piggy back on the hard launch of Vitaminfizz to cut costs but note that this also allows the sole level 5 products of rise and coffee boost to utilize already existing vitamin fizz distribution network (i.e.from when it was on the market a number of years ago). This is what will happen next month if they keep to their timelines.
In short Coffee Boost, RISE are solely level 5 products so I expect MINE to get at least 70% of revenue generated from those products.
THC seems like a JV with a yet to be publicized company so we don't know the details of that arrangement yet.
Vitamin creamer well, it appears the owner of the patent is getting royalty payments as part of the licensing agreement but its a product that will be developed and marketed by level 5.
level 5 will get 50% of revenue from vitaminfizz sales.
That's MINE understanding of the events that have taken place here in the last 15 months. All IMO of course. Others may know more.
50% for V-fizz but you forget coffeeboost, THC and Vitamin Creamer. Are you claiming MINE only gets 50% of that too? This issue has been debated ad nauseum.
You think the owners of Vitamin fizz will give them the sole rights to distribution and access to their distribution channels at no cost? Come on man you're better than that.
So what happened with your R/S prediction before the conference call? Remember that? You claimed Vanis had told you personally...?
A cursory look at pps of OTC and even some of the so called blue chip stocks prove that it's not just about math. Maybe a little emotion/hype/anticipation doesn't hurt.
Holding takes discipline too. It all depends on your ground rules for trading.
Last summer MINE went from 002 to 007 mainly because of anticipation of Rise and CB hitting the market among other things. It tanked to 0.0012 from those highs and remained in that area for months regardless of all the progress the company was making.
Those who trusted their DD held or averaged down while others bailed. The rest is history and history will repeat itself except this time the lows will be much higher than 0.0012 and the highs much higher than 045 IMO.
The only question is how long it'll take to recover. My guess is that it won't take too long. Why? Well when radio and tv ads about Vfizz and Coffee boost hit and people start trying the products, MINE will get more awareness than any trading group or groups could ever provide.
Dude. What was A/S and O/S of MINE this time last year. If you can answer that question you'll realize that what you posted is not accurate.
No doubt there will be some conversion but not to the tune of 1 billion shares.
Not arguing with your trading strategy-to each his own. I'm just pointing out to you that your reason for adopting that strategy could be flawed.
In any event, it all depends on your average at this point.
GLTY as well.
Please read June 2nd 8-k item 5.03 to answer your questions.
The language of the PR is a little misleading I agree.
You may not find much info with the FDA. It seems they're still trying to perfect the science at the pre-clinical level. Clinical trials involving FDA will take place after i.e. if and when they are successful at the pre-clincal level.
There's nothing in the PR to show that the device is available on the market for immediate use.
Relevant language from the PR.
Evidently you don't understand what you're saying or are being deliberately mischievous.
He didn't sell anything. Just swapped common shares for preferred class B shares.
Increase in A/S is different from increase in O/S..the latter having a dilutive effect.
I agree with you on one point only which is that I'd prefer they stick with one project but that doesn't seem to be their business plan and Vanis alluded to this at the conference call.
As far as the A/s increase, I was shocked it was by 1 billion but it was all in the 8-K so it makes sense IMO.
There are 2 million Series B shares. The company is obligated to have enough common shares to cater for conversion of series B if and when that happens. The initial conversion price per the 8-K is 0.02.
Each series B share converts into $10 divided by 0.02 = 500 common shares.
2 million x 500 = 1 billion.
The good thing about the series B shares is that they are held by what appears to be friendly holders so it's not like company has to worry about a note coming due at a specified time.
All IMO
The PPS is that of common shares which is different from class B shares. Class B shares have a fixed price of $10 per share (Refer to previous 8-k).
Class B shares have their own restrictions/benefits etc. but no price fluctuation and does not affect price of common shares. IMO
In any case it's huge either way.IMO
That's the Price for the Class B preferred ($10 per share). So the way I read it he bought 105000 class B shares which amounts to over a $1mill. IMO.
Add that to the millions of common shares he owns. Now that's some real investment.
Agreed. This board has become known for pre-mature pumping which hurts longs in the long run.Cool heads please.
I'm actually not concerned about that. I think what's happening is that the owners of the brand want to use a publicly traded corporation like (MINE) how it will be received after the test run in 2011.
If it's not well received, they come out with their reputations more or less intact with little liability/negative effect to their other businesses.
If however, it succeeds, you'll see them assume a bigger role in level5/MINE, including ownership interest and managerial control not to mention partaking in the appreciation of the shares of the company.
That's the way I interpret the famous "giants in the shadows" portion, several PR's ago.
What makes u think they used funds from the loc to pay debt?
Please read the last 5 or so 8k's for a better understanding.
You couldn't wait for the "dump" could you?..lol
JMJ may have the funds for litigation but Minerco and most start-ups don't or would prefer not to commit resources needed.
As far as the Sec goes I don't know if this type of activity falls within their jurisdiction.
If shorting is not illegal in and of itself, it would appear to be a mere breach of contract. IMO
So your assertion is based primarily on JMJ's past behavior? That's all well and good but it is still contrary to the terms of the agreement.
Not sure why they'd expose themselves to liability in this manner.
I suppose they figured start-ups won't commit funds to legal battles.
What you're alleging seems like a breach of contract on the part of JMJ if they are indeed "shorting" MINE.
Per the agreement, JMJ has the right to refuse payment of the outstanding amount after 90 days of the effective date of the agreement (which is long past) so their refusal to negotiate does not seem to be a big deal however shorting MINE common shares is a different issue. IMO
So how do you know they're shorting MINE?
Paragraph 9 of Agreement with JMJ.
I agree!!! Let's all be patient and ease off the pps and news predictions please.
We saw these games in the 0015's its just someone or some people looking to accumulate at lower levels...probably the same people who come here every morning to scream "TIMBER ALERT".
I suppose BB is the "Silver tongue" basher on the MINE board. She must be raking in quite a bit to spend that much time on here.
MINE advise for today is don't feed the board trolls.
Only respond to genuine request for information, clarification or updates not disingenuous spin of facts and wild speculations.
It will only result in a waste of your time.
On the flip side, it adds to # of daily posts so why not...lol.
You missed my point. Ask all the questions you want but in this instance I'm saying there's the potential of making a mountain out of a mole-hill.
