no. it means i was quiet and not rubbing it in when it was tanking.
i told you before, i dont want to see anyone lose money. i even wished you luck.
it means wait until tomorrow and this nose dives because people will see through yet another bogus acquisition and pr. how many fairy tales can someone throw out there before someone says, wait a minute? you acquired who? who? the fourth who in a row? who?
this is my opinion. do your own research
its all true! your right!
problem is the the truth is about bogus companies that only exist on paper in the back of a filing cabinet in his lawyers office.
the problem is NO NUMBERS or EVEN PROJECTIONS
the problem is : whoever heard of these acquisitions? Who would buy a company with NOTHING TO OFFER? NOT EVEN A CUSTOMER BASE OR PHYSICAL ADDRESS? AND PAY FOR IT WITH STOCK?
problem is: these are forward looking statements, meaning: we can tell a lot of lies and make up reasons for it after we clean out your bank accounts when you buy our garbage stock. all we have to do is say oops, sorry. looks like little jimmy doesnt have a college fund!
this is just my opinion. do your own research.
i cant wait to see the open
i can see smoke on the wings now. a steady, smokey downward spiral and a big ball of flames when it hits .0001. thats where this is headed.
watson/carnes keep dangling that carrot with more and more double talk and bogus acquisitions.
wait! be strong! buy more! wait for news! i have to laugh.
the hilarious part is if you scroll through my posts i listed this BOGUS company as one of the BOGUS acquisitions candidates. i called it. i predicted it.
this is just my opinion. do your own research.
just wait.
there will be huge fees paid out to "consultants" i.e. stephen carnes, larry powlicz and company. no money left to pay the bills.
bankruptcy!
this will be belly up by mid summer if not sooner. the only thing left will be all the bagholders.
this is just my opinion. do your own research.
im not very interested in losing money. anyone who cant see through this stock obviously is. good luck. your going to need it.
this is just my opinion. do your own research!
real nice pr, i have to admit.
yeah right. are you serious?
ive kept my mouth shut for a while, but this pr means nothing. they acquired another po box. this time in nevada. oh boy. wow. some real meat here. another website created in january 08 and a po box.
still no numbers. this is the only part of my post you can take as advice: dont hold your breath waiting for them.
another acquisition with:
zero revenues
zero brand recognition
zero tangible assets
thats why this sputters up and goes back down after each pr. this time i bet it settles under .001 until the next pr and bottoms out at .0001 for good. OH STEPHEN AND JAMES, YOU CAN FOOL SOME OF THE PEOPLE SOME OF TIME BUT NOT ALL OF THE PEOPLE ALL OF THE TIME.
look at my posts from before. i named this company as one the possible next acquisitions. its bogus.
im falling off my seat here. you have got to be kidding me.
"accelerating operating efficiencies and synergistic revenue development". BIG EMPTY WORDS about a company that exists only on paper.
and what "regulatory clearing house" are they clearing this with? i didnt know po boxes and bogus websites were under such regulatory scrutiny.
have you noticed all the commentary comes from watson, and not the ceo's of the companies that were acquired? what happens to them? or the employees? nothing. they are bogus. thats what.
this is my opinion. do your own research.
what if?
you'll probably never see the revs. IF you do they wont be what was expected because of the "acquisitions" or some other lame excuse. po boxes and vacant websites cost huge money to acquire you know. especially when your overpaying a friend or should i say accomplice for something with zero brand recognition, zero revenues and zero assets other than a po box and 6 month old website.
looking at the acquisitions i would say each is worth probably no more than $2000. the most expensive part being the design and registration of the sites. then the $10 dollar a month po box. somehow this will be jacked up to 6 figures for each acquisition and paid for with stock sales to unsuspecting investors. thats usually how this kind of shady thing plays out.
yes im still here. the person you all love to hate. i'm still here pointing out the coin has two sides to look at.
this is only my opinion. do your own research.
your post only bolsters my argument that if this info is readily available on the nevada sos webpage, what are they hiding at the transfer agent?
320 million outstanding as of november right? that leaves 330 million to dump into the investors hands during the runs now doesnt it? time and time again we have heard "wow, look how the buys outnumber the sells! go guard dog go"! and that is assuming you are correct. the investors would be none the wiser as to where the shares are coming from during this period of "non disclosure" at the transfer agent. true or not? as long as the shares they are selling are within those parameters the investors do not know until after the "non-discloure agreement" is lifted, correct?
have i dealt with nda's? yes i have. on more than one occasion actually. which is why i know the claim that the transfer agent needs to sign one is bogus. ive already explained what they are for. there is no need to require the ta to sign one if the sos freely disseminates the information to the public. it makes no sense whatsoever. unless the ta was at the negotiating table why would they be sworn to secrecy? i hate to keep debunking this bogus claim but it keeps being thrown at me.
i highly doubt anyone cares who is acquiring these companies that exist merely on paper. oh, im sorry on the web and as a po box. sorry i cant forget to list their assets. no one was paying attention as no one had ever heard of them until the pr from guard dog. a six month old unknown website and po box with zeros in the asset and income column is hardly a hot, sought after commodity.
this is such a tragic comedy here. it really is.
do your own research. this is only my opinion.
i am shocked at the nonsense. nda? this is not, and i repeat not, the same thing at all. not even close.
third acquisition was cash and stock? i wonder how much cash and stock was needed to buy a post office box and six month old website? i have more in my wallet than both are worth. you have got to be kidding me. the website probably cost a few hundred, but maybe cheaper. after all they had about ten of them made for appearances. if you want to convince the investors to buy this garbage better have a website in addition to that po box! it looks legit. no customer base, no brand recognition, zero revenue. what could this have cost that they needed to use stock in the play? this is laughable.
another possibilty is the person behind the merger candidate is in on it with you, takes the shares and dumps them on unsuspecting people who think "wow, these must be worth something. they took them as payment during the merger".
just an opinion.
i wasnt dodging your point.
in fact i feel as though mine has been dodged.
the only info the ta has on guard dog is share structure
if the updated, current info is available at the sos web page why is the ta gagged? unless they know something watson doesnt want you, the investor, to know. all the nonsense about keeping merger details under wraps, is just that, nonsense. dont want anyone to know what that po box and piece of paper you just exchanged with your buddies cost? pullease. who acquires companies with zero customer base, zero brand recognition and no physical address? who? someone trying to dupe people, thats who.
this is hardly a transparent company. you cant make that claim and hide pertinent information from your investors. forget about it. transparent this is not.
also they can pr anything they want as there is the forward looking statement disclaimer at the end of every one. meaning they can later say "oops, we meant to do that but things came up, had to pay this had to pay that, unforseen expenses, etc and now we're insolvent, sorry".
the truth be told
i dont want you to lose either. just asking questions that need to be asked to keep the game fair. no one else wants to ask them so i am. good luck to you.
have a nice day. this is only my opinion. do your own research.
first of all
i never claimed any such thing. what i am saying is the ta being gagged means they can do whatever they want behind the scenes without the investors being aware of it. any experienced investor worth his salt knows that. any inexperienced investor can look the information up.having a gagged ta with the info readily available on the sos webpage is like having an unlisted phone number then printing it on highway billboards. it makes no sense. your saying they are hiding the share structure to protect the mergers in progress. and your also saying the info is available on the sos webpage. couldnt whomever they are trying to conceal this info from do the same as you and go to the sos website and find it out? see how it doenst make sense yet? its pretty crystal clear. also, i personally know professional salesmen who could sell ice to an eskimo. it reminds me of how some have prettied up a gagged ta on here. an experienced penny investor telling people a gagged ta is a good thing is LIKE your doctor advising you to start smoking because its good for you. it is not only wantonly wreckless, but completely false. THERE IS NO LEGITIMATE REASON TO GAG THE TA. PERIOD. ANYONE WHO SAYS OTHER WISE HAS A BIG AGENDA.
secondly
raising questions about whats going on with this company is not libelous nor slanderous. questioning the past dealings and connections of the players and or bringing them to light does not fall into that category either. "allegedly" is a powerful word. certainly any questions raised about the credibility of the company, its officers, its business dealings or practices both PAST AND PRESENT are fair game on an investment discussion board are they not? what would be the point of the board if we couldnt discuss these things? it seems as though a few on here want to gag anyone who questions anything on this company. what is the motivation behind that i ask?
have a great day. this is only my opinion. do your own research.
i removed the "vulgarity" on this, its a legit question:
again the question remains if this information is accurate on the sos page then why gag the ta? share structure is the only info the ta has. they have no clue what or how much guard dog is allegedly paying for these po box mergers, and are not involved at all in the merger discussions or negotiations. this is pure nonsense. gagged ta means something is going on behind the scenes they dont want you to know about, like dilution for instance. there is no way to know where the shares your buying are coming from when the ta is gagged. there is no other truth than that. they can do what they want and shareholders have no clue.
all that pr says is they were preparing to do it, it doesnt say they did. it also is a "forward looking" statement which means if they didnt they are off the hook for pretty much lying to the investors. can you show me the pr that says they actually did it or announced that action was completed?
you had better look into yours as well. the ta is still gagged.
ok. first of all the os was supposed to be reduced. not the as. then the ta was gagged. thats the reality here.
that is so new clients, new vendors new whatever dont come in and steal info to use someplace else. formulas, processes, procedures. all covered under that. hiding financial info from your investors? different story
and for the record, those agreements take place to guarantee one company isnt trying to steal proprietary information from another during merger negotiations. not to hide financials from the investors or other companies. an example would be like company a has a drug to cure cancer and company b wants to by them out. during negotiations they sign a confidentiality agreement so company b doesnt get access to their info and then say forget the merger and walk away to produce the product for themselves. company a has to show company b the product to prove they are worth the money company b is paying to buy them out. it prevents theft of proprietary info, that is its intention. big, HUGE, MONSTROUS difference.
can you ask this
do the companies you merged with have a physical address? aside from po boxes at mail boxes etc?
is stephen carnes involved and if so in what capacity?
thanks
they didnt retire 9 billion shares. they just reduced the os and then gagged the ta. so who knows if they even did that. the ta is gagged, or in confidential mode as they merge with po boxes as some would like to put it.
no actually. i have been reading this for quite some time. very informative and good place to get info and opinions from every angle.
as i said, i was honest and admitted i own none of it after researching the players. follow the chain of my posts and you will read it.
today there isnt any volume, your right. like i said do a historical look between january and now. see what im talking about?
if true about the ir phone being a cell phone? do a reverse look up of the phone number. its a cell phone registered in reno nevada. jeesh. i cant do all the dd here! i cant believe no one has looked it up yet. when i research a company before investing i look in every corner, crack and crevice with a high powered light looking for rats before putting a penny into it. im actually surprised by that.
and po boxes as the only address for acquisitions is cheap too. hey, why have a physical address when you only exist on paper and the internet anyway, right? save some cash. add to shareholder value!
who is buying it? take a look around this board. you dont have to look far. "buy now!" "bargain deals right now!" "load up on the dip!" "this is gonna bounce or rebound, buy now!" that doesnt sound familiar?
what's suspicious about the investor relations line is its not an answering service, its a persons cell phone.
then you have full right to say you told me so when the ta gag is lifted. lets bet they will have excuse after excuse after excuse for not lifting the gag on the ta. you seem like an intelligent person. did you look up gagged ta on any search engine like i said everyone should do? find any positive opinions on it? this will probably be belly up before any ta gag is lifted anyway. "the mergers and marketing broke the bank. with all the consulting and marketing fees we had to pay to legends business group, powelicz and carnes, we are now insolvent. sorry." that is more likely how this will play out.
whoa. easy fellas. you can look into what i posted, the links and connections and coincidences but if you want me to do your research i will have to respectfully decline. use any search engine and combination of their names. you will find a wealth of information. i never said i would post any of that info, just gave you ideas on how you can find it yourself. as far as dilution goes, please explain the exponentially larger amounts of buys over sells in the past few months? not today, when volume is down. go back to the end of january and look up until now. please dont tap off its an mm or their games and dismiss it as such. thats a real easy quick and blind answer. when buys outnumber sells the likely answer is dilution. the shares are coming from some place arent they? and if not out of the hands of investors where i ask? with a gagged ta one can only speculate. but they needed to gag the ta to keep these monstrous huge mergers under wraps didnt they?
when i began doing research on this yes i did call. but it doesnt ring. it goes directly to voicemail. so i looked into that. it is a cell phone in reno nevada. then i saw all these people saying oh i called and got right through. but i kept calling. never left a voice mail but called. numerous times. always voicemail. and that is how my research snowballed into big red flags popping up every where i looked. carnes, micro mammoth solutions, legends business group. there were so many coincidences and ties to all these players it was impossible to ignore.
as much as everyone would like to say so or think so, i am not a basher. call me an advocate. an advocate of getting both sides, or three sides as i said, of the story out and getting multiple perspectives in play. how can a discussion on guard dog appear at all impartial with only cheerleaders leading the way? their are legit issues that need to be addressed, and some here have displayed serious dismay with me trying to shed some light on this company, its business practices and the cast of characters behind the story. i can understand why, believe me. however i cant sit back and watch things the way some can. do i own any of this? no i dont. there is some honesty for you. the reason i dont is exactly what i outlined here. i put the info that people can search on their own out there. i even say dont take my word for it and do your own research. which everyone should. this is a message board. everyone has their own agenda for posting what they do here. mine is fairness. what is the pumpers agenda?
yes, im sure everyone is wearing off the edge of their seat waiting for the next merger announcement considering the quality and obscurity of the last three nonexistent companies that were added to guard dogs portfolio. yes, the anticipation is killing us. who' is next? id ninja? regional commerce services? id baron? vanguard defenders? the only thing that is merging here is post office boxes. they are saving money by not having to flip the 10 dollars a month on po boxes everytime one of the "companies" is acquired, thus adding to shareholder value.
if someone can post a link to just one legitimate site, just one mind you, that says a gagged ta is ok, normal and business as i usual i will take back everything i said and stop posting my opinions on this. in fact, i will join the guard dog cheerleading squad and help with the pump if that happens. fair enough?
first of all:
why is that no one attempts to stifle the people on here who keep pumping this? but any dissent that comes along is dismissed as "bashing"? there are always three sides to every story, and it usually goes like this: yours, mine and the truth. what matters is how much yours or mine touches the truth.
secondly, and on topic of guard dog:
if these mergers are all cash deals, why does the share structure matter? why hide it? no dilution? then let us see it. there is never a legitimate reason to gag the ta, unless your trying to dupe the investors. anyone who doesnt believe that can simply use the search term "gagged ta" on any search engine and see what the opinions are on that. dont take my word for it. look it up. far more will tell you something is going on that isnt in your best interests. if gagging the ta is a legit process part and parcel to "mergers" or "acquisitions" please explain to us how that is so. every site i have come across searching that term has said it isnt good. period. no legit reason to do it. please explain how you arrived at your conclusion. i put the resource out there for people to look it up themselves and how i drew my conclusion, and even went so far as to say not to take my word for it, please explain yours or show us how to find opinions that say otherwise. it would be greatly appreciated.
thirdly:
i never said to buy or sell. im voicing my opinion. no investor worth his salt will take the ramblings of a perceived "basher" to heart and make their moves based on it. i may be wrong. i hope im wrong as i dont want to see anyone lose out. but the bottom line is zebras do not change their stripes. these people have a checkered history. some have been investigated. caveat emptor is the phrase of the day when it comes to guard dog. thats my opinion. not fact. anyone who does the research may or may not draw the same conclusion. however, to say a gagged ta is normal business as usual is just plain spreading misinformation.
someone earlier had compared guard dog to apple or microsoft and i almost fell of my chair laughing. companies started in a garage and who wouldve guessed! huge successes! one big difference here is neither founder of those companies had a history like the cast of characters in this tragic comedy. and let me tell you something else: carnes and watson have allegedly done this before, and zebras NEVER change their stripes. sooner or later the sec or some other branch of law enforcement will catch up with these two. you can only do what they allegedly do for so long before someone is knocking on your door looking for answers.
just my opinion. do your own research!!
why the gagged ta then? if the info is gagged at the ta and it is readily available on the sos site then why gag the ta? because its a scam.
just my opinion. do your own research.
the problem is the only ones selling when it was in the 006-7 range was watson and company. have you noticed that all the people on this board who were supposedly buying in the 003-007 range and telling everyone else to buy as well dont seem too upset that this is tanking right now, and are actually encouraging people to buy more? hold out! stay strong! buy more! also telling you what a deal it is to get in now? one would be ignorant to not take pause and question that and what motivates people , if what they said is true and were buying in the higher ranges, to encourage anyone to buy in when they are clearly in the red on this. again, being in the red is assuming they were buying in that range and not selling. if they were selling they are very green and taking your money when you buy in to the hype, or pump as it is called. just an observation. and very much an opinion.
the only green your going to see is dilution. watson and company dumping. i found this and quoted it off a webpage that offers investment advice. however dont take this as advice. this is only my opinion.
"Gagged" transfer agent is one which has been instructed by the company they are working for to not release information, such as the share structure. This is NOT a good situation. There is no legitimate reason for a company to gag their TA. It is almost always done to hide dilution. Without knowing the current number of outstanding shares, an investor has no idea if shares are being sold by the company. Concurrently, without knowing the number of authorized shares, the number of shares that can possibly be sold is not known either. Companies that practice this scam will often issue press releases, or other investor communication containing excuses for having the TA gagged. Unknowing investors will buy these up, and continue holding shares, or even buying more. We absolutely do not recommend touching a stock with a gagged TA, unless you are experienced with penny stocks, and it is purely a short term momentum play.
that sounds like grdo doesnt it? that pretty much explains all those buys over the past few weeks doesnt it? see you at .0001
this is only my opinion. do your own research.
