problem is the the truth is about bogus companies that only exist on paper in the back of a filing cabinet in his lawyers office.

the problem is NO NUMBERS or EVEN PROJECTIONS

the problem is : whoever heard of these acquisitions? Who would buy a company with NOTHING TO OFFER? NOT EVEN A CUSTOMER BASE OR PHYSICAL ADDRESS? AND PAY FOR IT WITH STOCK?

problem is: these are forward looking statements, meaning: we can tell a lot of lies and make up reasons for it after we clean out your bank accounts when you buy our garbage stock. all we have to do is say oops, sorry. looks like little jimmy doesnt have a college fund!
