Founder you know what I think, since UPDV was delisted by SEC on April 14, 2010, I think the MGT Share holders traded their stock of UPDV for HTOG shares, thereby making HTOG the parent company of UPDV (This is just SPEC.). However if this did happen, I believe MGT may have made a big mistake, because this should have been offered to everyone. If they didn't just do a trade and had HTOG buy the stock from them, again then it's a mistake because it should have been offered to everyone. If they didn't buy any stock from MGT but siply purchased stock on open market, thenI would like to know how if SEC stock listing it on 04/14/2010?
If it's true on any spec that I made then we have a very good case against MGT.
Salmon; What are your thoughts?
HTOG web site list UPDV as a Sub of HTOG?
SEE this web site:

Look on lower left hand side of page.
Founder77; Where did you get your info from.
What changed was SEC pulled the registration on 05/14/10 of UPDV for non filing of 10Q.
I RECOMMEND YOU DON'T FILE WITH SEC. ONE OF MY OTHER STOCK (UPDV), PEOPLE FILED WITH SEC BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T FILE 10Q OR 10K FOR 2 YEARS. THEY WERE ASKED BY SEC TO SHOW CAUSE AND GAVE THEM 90 DAYS TO FILE. ON MAY 14TH WHEN THEY DIDN'T RESPOND, SEC DELISTED THEM (TOOK AWAY THEIR REGISTRATION). NOW NO ONE KNOWS WHATS GOING ON. IF YOU TAKE A LAW SUIT OUT INSTEAD, TAKE IT AS STOCK HOLDERS VS MANAGEMENT (USEING THE FACT THAT THEY DIDN'T FILE AND NO NEWS), THEN MAYBE THE JUDGE WILL FIRE MANAGEMENT AND YOU GUYS CAN TAKE OVER (I KNOW ALOT OF US WILL SUPPORT YOU).
Drax: Thats greeat, but that was back then. With UPDV and HTOG not filing for two years, we have no idea whats happened since then. Salmon: you said your group is near take over of HTOG, does that mean UPDV put some of the stock up for sale sine 2007?
Is there anyway of logging on to find out if htog still owns the land?
Samon are/is your group selling or still buying?
I assume that since your group was buying, that they did their homework and looked to see that HTOG still owns the land in Kansas (I ask this because since the 10Q hasn't been filed since UPDV got its greedy hands on this company, we don't know if the land was sold or not). Can you verify in any way that the land was not sold and still owned by HTOG?
TB:
Email me you email address to RSeg1@Aol.com. I want to ask you a question concerning something else which you might be interested in.
I would like to also. In another stock I own, there is a group of investors who retained a law firm to also start a class action law suit. I looking to sign up, I also asked for them to contact me as to who the lawers are so that I can call them to see if they are interested in UPDV as well. I'll let you know once I hear word.
Oddly on HTOG (Sub of UPDV) there is a group of investors increasing their holdings to make a take over attempt before SEC revolks their registration as well.
Please print the phone number you called
Soke to Sec. of State in NV. UPDV has not filed with them either for past two years also. NV will also be pulling their registration in near future.
Does anyone know if there are any law suits against MGT and UPDV?
Salmon;
If your group take over, what will you guys do concerning UPDV and their stock? What about us lonely guys who can't afford anymore stock? If you guys take over, I would like to see you people rule that all share issued after UPDV took over (Including Five Star) as null and void. Sue UPDV and their MGT for Stock Fraud.
I'll be 100% behind you.
I just called SEC, they said 1) It's up to MGT to File or 2) MGT can decide to start a new company with UPDV assets with or without keeping it's share holders? This doesn't sound right to me. I called and left a message for TIM (772)-370-3116 to get back to me. I think everyone else should also. Is anyone starting a law suit out against UPDV and MGT. I would like to be included.
SEC also told me to get intouche with "Attorney Generals Office of Nevada" (Where UPDV is incorporated. I called and left a message with and investigator (Mr. Borland 775-684-5708) to get back to me. I recommend everyone else also call. Lets get them on our side and force them to take the matter up for us stock holders.
Last I know UPDV still owned oil fields in Texas and elsewhere.
ow that UPDV registration was revoked, what happens to us? Does anyone know?
Yea: Just called my stock broker, UPDV registration was revoked yesterday. I have a feeling HTOG is next!
Called my stock broker:
SEC removed there registration for non filing of 10Q and 10K.
This means stock can't be traded until thibgs are settled with SEC. Anybody want to start a class action suit against UPDV?
Concerning Registration:
Look for SEC to revoke UPDV Registration Soon. See Below. on second one look for June 9th, 2010. SEC put UPDV on notice!

Hey Salmon_Slammer
How does what you know affect UPDV?
Hey Salmon_Slammer
You sound like you know something the rest of us don't. How about letting us in on it. Because to be quite frank, I'm more worried about that the SEC will take away HTOG resgistration for none filing of 10K forms than what you seem to know. As you said "you own 22 M share prior to 5 Star deal". That still didn't stop them from non filing. So if you know something, how about letting the rest of us know.
What reversal?
I don't see why your waiting for. Let loose your legal team now, lets get rid of UPDV, Five Star, SNFU, Aztec and all of their cronnies. With all of HTOG land and leases, and that much fewer shares outthere, HTOG can be another Conoco in the future.
TB: If Bruce doesn't start filing 10K form soon then SEC can remove the registration. See Below
In SEC vs Beisinger Indus. Corp., 552 F.2d 15, 18 (1st Cir. 1977) (Quoting legeislative history); accord e-Smart Techs, Inc, 57 S.E.C. 964, 968-69 (2004). I got my info while looking at a Telecommunication Company (GLBT).
SEC Quoted the above and removed all of GLBT Registrations (They had 8 seperate entities involved and all were removed).
If you do speak to Bruce, then tell him about this! Maybe he'll file.
SEC can remove UPDV registration for not filing.

Is this UPDV intent? Need more info. Does anyone have a name and phone number of anyone at UPDV? Please post it, I want to try reaching them.
I read up on GLBT and find no connection. But I did find disterbing news. If they continue not file 10K forms with SEC then registration can be remored.

Is this what UPDV is doing? We need more info.
Does anyone have a name I can contact at UPDV and phone number? Please post it!
Most likely another insider!
Hopefully SEC will disallow all of those stock they issued and leave the real shareholders with their. Then hopefully SEC would sell all of these companies for a fair price per share. If you eliminate all those illigal shares, maybe someone will buy it up at $1.00 per share. After all that quite a bit of land HTOG has.
omeone should notify Bruce about the Chineese. Other than that, I think he is in his own world, thinking of grandure!
OK: Who contacts them?
The last I heard of Aztec was earlier this year the landlord of the president of the company was evicting the president for non payment of rent. She said tht the president of the company was not paid his salary for over one year (I assume thats was he told her).
What would be also of interest is how many shares are owned by both current and former officers (Plus their family members).
I've had this stock for several years now, never posted on this board before. I thought it was a dud. Now it's showing life. Does anyone know why? Any recent news? Or is someone running up the price just to sell it off?
Stock was suspended trading for 10 days only. I believe it's an attempt by SEC to force them to file 10K. If they don't then I believe SEC will take them over sell the assests then there will be a fight in court over who gets the money.
HTOG is a sub of UPDV, but HTOG was not under official investigation by SEC, even though they were told of the playing around of stock by UPDV. However HTOG also did not file any 10K for 2 years. Maybe they will file now.
From what I can tell from what it said, they were shut down for not filing 10K for 2 years. They have been under investigation for over a year now by SEC for funny works going on (Stealing Oil from Mexico under CNFU Sub, Funny deals involving stock issuance, high officers salary with no income coming in etc etc - Later gets put into a liability account so if they file bankruptcy and sell assest, they can collect on salaries not paid before stock holders get anything). Right now I believe SEC is forcing UPDV to file 10K. Again they were suspended for 10 days only.

Please elaborate what you said about SEC shutting this scam down.
You didn't leave any forwarding info to look at.
TB why did you give us 10K for INDG? As far as I could tell it has nothing to do with PPTL
Lets not forget that UPDV is under SEC Investigation. Does anyone have Hartland Phone Number? and Who's in charge there? I'll call and ask questions. Does anyone have SEC contact name and phone number? I believe it was posted about a year ago?
If your theory is right, then he will continue to issue more shares (to himself, family members or friends) so that if they do sell, we would get maybe one cent per every thousand shares. How many shares are outstanding now? I'm guessing 1.8 billion shares.
Here something. Former President of CNFU (the third entity of UPDV conglomerate will plead guilty for stealing oil from Mexico last year. See below (I will copy and paste articale).
Fifth Texas oil company president charged in Pemex thefts

The president of a now-defunct Texas oil company that sold stolen petroleum from Mexico’s state-run oil monopoly is expected to plead guilty to conspiracy charges next month, according to court records.
Tim Brink, the former head of Houston-based Continental Fuels, is the latest South Texas oilman to face charges in a probe that has implicated at least four other businesses.
Federal prosecutors allege Brink knew the more than 26 tankers’ worth of natural gas condensate his company purchased from middlemen in the Rio Grande Valley from 2008 to 2009 had been illegally tapped from pipelines run by Petróleos Mexicanos.
Continental Fuels then sold the pilfered petrol to larger companies operating across the United States, including the German chemical giant BASF, said U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents. Condensate is a precursor to petroleum products.
For years, criminals south of the border have siphoned off thousands of gallons from government-run pipelines, using highly sophisticated techniques such as tunneling under existing pipes and building their own shadow lines. In 2008 alone, Petróleos Mexicanos — better known as Pemex — found nearly 400 illegal connections in rural states like Tamaulipas, Veracruz and Nuevo León.
Tamaulipas state police arrested nine men in Reynosa last year on suspicion of transporting stolen condensate across the border with help from the Zetas, a Miguel Alemán-based drug cartel that has recently expanded into other criminal rackets.
And within months, U.S. federal investigators zeroed in on those buying the $46 million in stolen product. The probe led them to several South Texas middlemen selling to Brink’s company.
According to court documents, men like 29-year-old Jonathan Dappen, of the McAllen-based Petro Salum, brokered transactions with Continental Fuels to bring the stolen condensate across the border on tanker trucks and then deliver it to the Port of Brownsville.
Dappen pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges last year along with two other business owners — Arnold Maldonado, president of Edinburg-based Y Oil and Gas, and Steven Pechenick, president of the San Antonio-based Valley Fuels Ltd., which also has offices in McAllen.
Pechenick said during his re-arraignment hearing that he was immediately suspicious when he was approached by a Mexican import-export company looking to sell condensate to a U.S. buyer. As a government-managed commodity, oil and natural gas products are traditionally sold through more regulated means.
“At the time, I was aware how things were done in Mexico,” he said. “I suspected that the material was stolen, yet I went ahead and facilitated the sale of this material to Continental.”
Once the condensate was brought to Brownsville, Continental would allow it to accumulate before shipping it on barges to larger oil businesses, including Oklahoma-based Murphy Energy and BASF, the largest chemical company in the world. From January to March 2009, Brink’s company is believed to have made as much as $200,000 in profit off those sales, court records indicate.
Companies like BASF and Murphy may not have been aware they were dealing with stolen product, prosecutors have said. But in addition to Brink, at least one other executive — Donald Schroeder, president of Houston-based Trammo Petroleum — has admitted to knowing the condensate was stolen.
He agreed to reimburse the Mexican government $2.4 million in August as part of an accord with prosecutors.
Brink faces one count of conspiracy to receive and sell stolen goods and is scheduled for a re-arraignment hearing May 14. His attorney did not return calls for comment this week.
Should he plead guilty, he would face up to five years in prison and $250,000 in fines along with Dappen, Maldonado, Pechenick and Schroeder, all of whom are set for sentencing later this year.
