Hey Salmon_Slammer

You sound like you know something the rest of us don't. How about letting us in on it. Because to be quite frank, I'm more worried about that the SEC will take away HTOG resgistration for none filing of 10K forms than what you seem to know. As you said "you own 22 M share prior to 5 Star deal". That still didn't stop them from non filing. So if you know something, how about letting the rest of us know.
