Founder you know what I think, since UPDV was delisted by SEC on April 14, 2010, I think the MGT Share holders traded their stock of UPDV for HTOG shares, thereby making HTOG the parent company of UPDV (This is just SPEC.). However if this did happen, I believe MGT may have made a big mistake, because this should have been offered to everyone. If they didn't just do a trade and had HTOG buy the stock from them, again then it's a mistake because it should have been offered to everyone. If they didn't buy any stock from MGT but siply purchased stock on open market, thenI would like to know how if SEC stock listing it on 04/14/2010?

If it's true on any spec that I made then we have a very good case against MGT.
