From what I can tell from what it said, they were shut down for not filing 10K for 2 years. They have been under investigation for over a year now by SEC for funny works going on (Stealing Oil from Mexico under CNFU Sub, Funny deals involving stock issuance, high officers salary with no income coming in etc etc - Later gets put into a liability account so if they file bankruptcy and sell assest, they can collect on salaries not paid before stock holders get anything). Right now I believe SEC is forcing UPDV to file 10K. Again they were suspended for 10 days only.
