Might get a run up today. Should be interesting after Friday which had almost 4-1/2 times the 10 day avg volume.
Yes, check out the Ibox. Im the Mod and have all the info including company history, product and link to company website up to date. Another stock that looks set to become a 10 bagger is VSTR. Both are real sleepers and I have been loading up at very low share price on both.
What do think of 350K for volume Friday? Huge increase eh? I told ya I thought the bottom was near. Now lets see some price gains. No news yet but it is in the making. I would bet something serious as far as PR in March.
SMEV had a huge increase in volume Friday. Looks like serious 10 bag potential. Can buy around .05 now. Float only 24 million.
Just went public in January. After years of R & D they are ready to do some serious numbers. Global distribution in place for unique product. Already turning a profit. I think it is a real sleeper and some folks are starting to discover it. Still only 37 boardmarks. It you want a winner, check it out!
Assuming your Q is directed to GF, why would he need to speak to PVD? His goal as he sees it seems to be to refute Mr. Van Dyke's claims. From the PR's he certainly knows what those are. You have to admit the guy is good at what he does. He is not however giving us info he has found to support Van Dyke's claims.
He says nothing checked out at all but his own findings contradict that. He confirmed 3 of the 4 schools that PVD said he attended. He never came back with the results of the county supervisor query that was pending so we might assume that that too checked out. If Lance is indeed PVD's partner and is in Australia then can it not be concluded that IAHL has an office there since that is where Lance resides?
The findings as to the patent are not too damming either. It is obvious that if they do not have one that there has been much activity in getting one and that they could have one or more if the fees are paid at the very least.
Also, it should be taken into account that these days research using the internet is a snap compared to the leg work this would require without it. Taking Mr. PVD'S age into consideration you can assume that much of his career took place in the days prior to AL Gore's invention of the internet and thus is not so easy to ascertain.
Without the kind of record keeping that modern computers afford us it would be next to impossible to learn details going back 30 or more years into the past by just that method alone. Still, you can get answers but at considerably more time and expense.
Well some buying here today. We may have seen the low at .03. Time to load up!
Clear the .065 and next up is .08
And we be bouncing now. I'm gettin a bit dizzy!
Now .055, I think we can get a bounce from .05. Like they say, "even a dead cat will bounce if ya drop it from a high enough place".
What ya talkin bout it's .064 bid. Now we know it take BAD news to make this puppy run, not good news like ya woulda thunk!
Nah, was hoping to buy back at .035 or so. For now I will just have to let GF do his thing. Keep hearing the song.
Heck of a story eh? Kinda hard to believe. Got to hand it to the guy for creativity. Wait, what if he shows us Proof? Better hope this is the end of the series from the Albany Journal!
They are not concerned because they are NOT trying to dump shares. What they do care about is working on growing the company and increasing sales substantially. When that happens the natural result will be an increase in the price of the stock. They completed the transaction of bringing the company public just last month.
If you are familiar with pink sheet stocks then you know that it is a small few that have spent years on R&D and THEN brought thier company public only when it began to make a profit. My DD tells me that this is the case with this company. SMEV has not issued any fluff PR's so that shareholders can make a quick buck and then flip for a profit and move on to the next stock of the day. If that is what you are seeking then I suggest looking elsewhere. The choices are many with the pinkies.
The majority of the shares are held by long term investors and not flippers. The share price should increase dramatically when solid news is released. Why would the company fret about the price when they have done nothing to promote the shares in the 4 weeks since becoming public?
In the darth of solid PR's and the r/s it would be expected that the price would fall though I did not expect it to drop to the current level. My first buy was at .40 per share and I have averaged down to .15. one more buy and I can reduce to .075 or lower at far less than I got all of my shares to date.
You are correct that an established company should be concerned if their price tumbled like this one has but the fall was not thier doing IMO. Trust me, after 4 weeks out they should be concerned with doing business and not the share price. Im not trying to pump this thing, just get us some answers. If anyone else wants to help then do so and share your findings if you care to.
After looking into your question regarding a scam I believe that FAVE did in fact issue the 8.5 billion shares. The form 10Q you mentioned was issued in July of 2001 but FAVE was around well into 2007. The 10Q is a quarterly filing so it would seem that your source of info, pinksheets.com simply did not update the info. Pinksheets.com make no guarantees as to the quality of their info. I spoke with Allen Licht, Managing Director today. He indicated that all is fine with the company and that they are not concerned with the direction of the stock price at this time as they have not and will not issue any PR's for the sole purpose of raising the price. He said they have not sold or traded any company shares since taking ownership of the Shell that was 5th Ave Channel and stressed that there has been no impropriety on their part. I did learn that Jim Pugh, the previous CEO of FAVE is a director and consultant with SMEV.
Although he did take the time to speak with me directly, he would like any questions to be directed thru audiostocks.com. They do answer their phones at the Miami office of SMEV. Mr. Licht said that they are working hard to make this product a success and have not told anyone to buy it or sell it. Also, he mentioned that the float is very low and did not say but kind of insinuated that this was probably the reason for the dismal stock price we are seeing.
I am not happy with the stock price myself but am purchasing more stock at these low levels to cost average down once again. I do not blame anyone to who has bailed. The price would indicate a company in distress but I do not see that in the DD I have done. Still, I have not ascertained where the 8.5 billion shares came from but will advise when I know.
Float on VSTR is 32 Million per microcaptrading.com
50,000 @ .016 good start, need more volume. Whack that ask.
I see it is a pay info site. Is it worth the $$$? Do they have any comments about VSTR?
Could be but the supply at the previous offer had just been exhausted and the stock has begun an uptrend. Where can I get time and sales from previous days trading?
Anything to the MM trading signals above with the number of shares indicating what they want? To whom would they be sending a signal?
Anyone looking at VSTR? Appears to be breaking out.
Are you talking about microcaptrading.com?
Exactly, Most all of the o/s is likely held by large long term investors. Not much supply, Im sure that is why it will move on small volume like we saw Friday. Wish I could get the number of the float.
Not sure what the float is. I requested the updated share structure and they sent the info I just updated at the top of the page but missing the float. I will ask for it again.
VSTR: Just broke thru 50 day MA up over 45% on Friday!

CEO on of the founders of Amway.
Thanks, Im doing the same right now. Just posted on Tech analysis. Im thinking like you. Only 37 boardmarks now. Should gain lots of attention. I think we could easily punch thru .05 and beyond. Gained 45% on just 163K shares.
VSTR: Just broke thru 50 day MA up over 45% on Friday!
Just curious but where did you hear about VSTR? We need to get the word out. I think there is a good chance it will gain more this week. The 45% gain on Friday will get it on the top gainers list. With luck we will gain some board marks and new money will flow in so us early birds will make big $$$ on our shares.
Yes it is .025. It is on the first chart above on the red line. Here is another chart link to watch it and some other indicators.

Reason is the low float and very low market cap coupled with the reverse merger which gave us new management. The new CEO is well qualified to take this company forward. They also have some new products with exclusive marketing agreements and we are expecting news soon.
I think there might be a RAT somewhere at the Thrush plant. Anyone else smell what I do? This place has become a war zone. Guess the winner will be the one with the most rats. Investors get your traps ready!
Where can we get a copy of the articles? Are they online? What is this about a loadmaster? Somebody else mentioned that in a post but did not say what it was. What is it and how did you hear about it?
Well they did increase the OS by 5 million shares.
My guess is that they raised it pay the lawyers. At .07 each that would pay for about 1000 hours of work at the rate of $350 per hour. That would be 12-1/2 weeks for the two that the CEO says he (we) are paying.
If this Thrush thing flops perhaps next this outfit will morph into one of those suborbital rocket flights like Virgin Galactic. I hear they are selling seats fast and at $200k a pop we might make a buck. We may even be able to use those aircraft kits to make the body of the rockets. Of course rockets would most likely kill the STOL capabilities of our vessel
Where did you get those numbers from? I can't help notice that the peanut gallery thins out a bit when they start to smell the stench of______________, well I guess you can fill in the blank.
Wow, nice day. No news at all and we blow past the 50 day MA. I can't wait to see what happens when some positive news comes out! I doubt we can get past the 200 day without a little help but heck it just might happen. Somebody must see something coming. And the gain on only 163,000 shares. Just think what a million could do.
Good call, I think we could still hit .055 today with just a bit more bad news. Oh, did you hear that our test pilot quit?
She got a better offer from the Clinton campaign! I think she is Bill's personal pilot now. Not sure what she does for Hillary.
Van Dyke must be paying those lawyers with shares of IAHL. I would say at their rate that must be running around 5000 shares per hour. Thats at .07 sh and $350 per. Crap, wish my dad had paid for me to go to law school, I could have been knee deep in IAHL shares!
But was not the article in the paper?
Is the below post not correct?
