They are not concerned because they are NOT trying to dump shares. What they do care about is working on growing the company and increasing sales substantially. When that happens the natural result will be an increase in the price of the stock. They completed the transaction of bringing the company public just last month.

If you are familiar with pink sheet stocks then you know that it is a small few that have spent years on R&D and THEN brought thier company public only when it began to make a profit. My DD tells me that this is the case with this company. SMEV has not issued any fluff PR's so that shareholders can make a quick buck and then flip for a profit and move on to the next stock of the day. If that is what you are seeking then I suggest looking elsewhere. The choices are many with the pinkies.

The majority of the shares are held by long term investors and not flippers. The share price should increase dramatically when solid news is released. Why would the company fret about the price when they have done nothing to promote the shares in the 4 weeks since becoming public?
In the darth of solid PR's and the r/s it would be expected that the price would fall though I did not expect it to drop to the current level. My first buy was at .40 per share and I have averaged down to .15. one more buy and I can reduce to .075 or lower at far less than I got all of my shares to date.

You are correct that an established company should be concerned if their price tumbled like this one has but the fall was not thier doing IMO. Trust me, after 4 weeks out they should be concerned with doing business and not the share price. Im not trying to pump this thing, just get us some answers. If anyone else wants to help then do so and share your findings if you care to.
