Who mentioned anything about acquisitions? Unless I missed something in the PR today. To me it plainly states that they are Recapping to attempt to uplist and report. In Laymen's, they need more room in float to dillute.

I came in thinking that I would lose money so although disappointed I can't blame anyone but myself. You guys have been great and I should hope to come accross you folks again.

See what drives me crazy is that this company is making money, they have a great concept, and they have a little niche in the healthcare field. What I cant put together is the reasoning behind the shareprice tumbling year after year.
