Triad Innovations recently made a filing of a new list of corporate officers on Jan 3, 2007 to the Nevada Secretary of State which most likely means that a new entity will be handling the TINN shell thru a reverse merger imho

Mark Smith, who also handled FCNK shell that ran from subpenny to 3.70 last year on reverse merger announcement, used to be the President of the company
