Dude,
"USEI when you usei puts out positive news your gonna post over and over again how good it is? Am I understanding you correctly?"
USEI has put out 'positive' press releases, they have pushed out lots of 'positive' press releases. But, the problem is these releases are full of unfulfilled promises, lies, untruths and misleading statements.
USEI needs to release meaningful news, such as sales data...expected timelines.... but, they refuse to do this.
Dude,
"I just heard on the radio that edibles have to be packaged in child proof packaging and are not to look like candy. So maybe thats the hold up."
The hold up is that USEI does not have the necessary permits and licenses to sell edibles in Washington. USEI needs to file an application, have the required kitchen inspection and then obtain the permit.
USEI has not even filed the paperwork......
Dude,
"So the pps looks to be holding despite dumping on the bid. What do you think this means?"
What is holding? The stock is down 78% in the past few months...and 98% from the high. I don't think this qualifies as 'holding'. This is a massive slide..............
Dude,
"Dude, please post something new....my god"
In order to post something new, USEI must do something new. When they repeat same same actions, i.e. misleading investors, running scams, pump and dump......how can my comments be anything different. They repeat the same misdeeds over and over....so what else can I possibly say?
Dude,
"The plan to make money is selling edibles which are not legal for them to sell anywhere."
Edibles have been legal in Colorado and USEI claims to have a presence and office space in Colorado.....including a kitchen, but blames 'residency requirements' on their inability to do business there. In a new industry in which just about every company is a newly formed entity, this makes no sense.
Edibles will be legal in Washington on Monday, but USEI has not submitted the paperwork in order to sell these items.
Dude,
" I can appreciate the low key of any products that are still illegal. Once legal on Monday, I would expect all recreational marijuana players to be more open and public about products and plans."
The State of Washington has been accepting applications from those wishing to sell edibles. USEI could have submitted an application, had the necessary kitchen inspection and could have been in a position to sell on Monday.
They have not done this. There has been no reason for anyone to be low key as the State has been accepting applications from those wishing to to business.
Dude,
"Im just not real happy how Tony has presented everything.
At least put labels on the stuff and submit the application to sell in the state."
Perhaps this was never his intention. Perhaps, his plan was to profit off of the pump and dump.
Dude,
"Nice buying eod yesterday. Sector starting to heat up. Nice opportunity here"
what are you talking about? The stock did not move yesterday...so how is this the start of the heat up?
So the stock doesn't move and has not moved for a long time, and you feel this is the start of the 'heat up'? I thought stocks, which are heating up, actually move upwards.
Dude,
"I feel like you have posted this before... Lol."
Perhaps I have posted something similar before. Not sure why you 'lol'...the stock is in the toilet and management is not telling the truth, and actually misleading investors.
What is your opinion on the lack of progress, management's misleading statements, no edibles in Colorado, no permits filed for Washington?
Dude,
"Is there some type of issue buying in? In all due respect at least bashers are fairly consistent in their message. As far as driving the price down if that was their mission its already accomplished."
Bashers did not drive down the price. The continuous stream of broken promises by management drove down the price.
Unfortunately, 'bashers' do not have the ability to drive down any stock 98% from its high and 77% in the past three months. Bashers, with their mere words, are not that powerful.....
Dude,
"Seems as if the bashers are panic'ing to convince people to sell. I would say this could be a sign they know time is short before they can by in as low as possible. Weeks not months IMHO"
Do you honestly believe this? USEI is down 98% from it's high, and down 77% in just the past three months.
I do not think 'bashers' need to convince people to sell. Everyday USEI is on sale, with today's sale price at a greater discount than yesterday's sale price.
I really do not understand how the legions of USEI supporters can defend a management team that has consistently not told the truth and broken promises. The latest untruth concerns the Washington edibles. USEI promised their current 25 product edible lineup, produced by 3 bakers, will be ready for when Washington goes legal. They further promised doing business will be easy, in this State, as they have had a presence there since 2005.
However, they failed to disclose the company does not have the required permits and licenses to sell edibles in the State, nor have the applied for permission to sell edibles in the State. So, how can they be ready to get their products to the market...when they never applied for the necessary permits?
Why aren't they selling edibles in Colorado? They blame 'residency' requirements. In a new industry in which most of the companies were formed and incorporated in the past 6-12 months, this does not make sense...as every company is essentially a newly created entity.
There will not be any more PR....nothing. Just as with Singular 96 and other deals, management will simply fade away. I think you have heard the last of management, until they reemerge next year in a totally new industry.
Dudes, there will be no more PR, no more 'promises', no more news from management....nothing.
Dude,
"we need a PR!"
A PR to say what? Management already promised everything. Their latest promise, to have edibles ready for Washington....specifically their 25 product lineup, produced by 3 bakers, is a total lie. USEI has not even applied for the necessary permits and licenses.
What type of PR are you hope for? What else can management promise you? They already promised a retail store, cultivation, dispensary, edible production, oils, butters, extracts...they have promised every facet of this business. Now, there is nothing more to promise.....all promises have been used up.
Dudes,
What is next for USEI?
The stock is in a steady decline and down 98% from it's high of 0.02.
So what happens next? Where does the company go from here?
Let's be real, management lied about the edibles. He firmly stated edibles were ready for Washington. How could edibles be ready....when USEI never applied for the necessary permits and licenses?
Dude,
"We still have Tony trying to open a retail store and the grow opp with ER*B"
I do not think so. ERBB stated, on their Twitter page, that the relationship details with USEI will be IF the relationship is consummated. Thus, there is no working relationship at the moment...nothing.
Tony stated he will not have a difficult time doing business in Washington because he has had presence there since 2005. Furthermore, he stated he has 3 bakers and a lineup of 25 edible products ready for Washington.
He somehow never mentioned that he never applied for the necessary licenses. Tony misled people into thinking he would be doing business on day 1...which is obviously not the case. The more I think about it, the more I believe those edibles, at the vendor show, were snacks purchased at a nearby 7-11.
Dude,
when is this company to release earnings or revenue data?
I find it interesting that this company is supposedly doing great business, but the stock price is trading at a fraction of a penny.
Is this company for real, or is it a pump and dump scam?
Dude,
Did USEI show 'real' edibles at this past weekend's trade show.
"There will be no edibles available. People who want to make brownies, cookies or other pot-infused treats must have their kitchens inspected by the state. Of the two tested so far, one failed — it didn't even have a hand-washing sink. The report on the other hasn't been completed."
Thus, there is no way USEI could have made real edibles as they do not have the necessary permits or licenses.
Something is not right here. I wonder if USEI stopped off at a local convenience store and purchased some goldfish crackers and other snacks, some paper plates, and faked having real edibles.
Dude,
"Looks like I must be the village idiot around here with 5 million shares and a serious deficit to boot! But I'm not about to be swayed for I believe this is going to work, given more time. Businesses aren't created overnight and this situation is not going to prove otherwise, no matter how impatient we become."
More time?
Colorado is booming right now....what is USEI's problem? Why aren't their edible products for sale in Colorado?
Why are so many companies able to execute and make money, but USEI has done nothing, except sell vape pens (and withhold any sales data)?
Dude,
"Chart is looking good for a bounce up."
Everyday, the chart is looking good for a bounce up. Actually, as the stock continues to slide, every day is a better buying opportunity than the day before...and everyday, the stock looks more likely to bounce, then the day before.
Just wait until tomorrow, USEI will be more of a screaming buy and the chart will look much better for a bounce up.
Dude,
"USEI bidders say its time to move UP"
What USEI bidders? The stock isn't moving and is down 98% from the high. Where are these bidders?
Dude,
"USEI how, long have you been invested here you seem pretty discouraged?"
The stock is down 98% from the high. I would think everyone should be disappointed.
Furthermore, there is no movement in the stock price today. This past weekend's show failed to ignite interest in the stock. The debut of the edibles failed to ignite excitement in the stock.
By all accounts, this is a failure. The stock is going back to 0.0001.
USEI could not execute in Colorado. While business was booming, in the State, USEI stock was sliding 98%.
Dude,
"USEI get ready folks!"
Get ready for what? You have been getting ready for a while now...while the stock dropped 98% from the high.
What are you getting ready for?
Dude,
When is ADCS due to release earnings or actual revenue numbers? They currently (allegedly) service over 100 dispensaries and clinics now, so why isn't this stock moving?
I read good things about this company, but the stock is so so low...and there must be a reason for this.
There must be warning signs on this company that is causing money to stay away...what are these warning signs, any opinions?
Dude,
"Agree. Legal this week. Get ready. ..."
Colorado has been legal for a while now, and USEI has failed to execute.
The stock has dropped steadily from 0.02 to 0.0003...that's a drop of 98%! This is a huge drop!
Headline after headline states Colorado is making huge taxes from mj and business is booming....but where is USEI?
You think Washington opening up will boost the stock? The stock is down 98% from the high, because the company is failing to execute.
Dude,
"USEI great post Lucky dog agree 100%"
His post makes no sense. He is stating that Washington retail stores will be open for business on July 7....and will be selling products, just not USEI products.
So why can't USEI products be available for sale, along side everyone else?
Dude,
"Just because we all want USEI edibles to be on sale when the first retail stores open on possibly July 7th, I believe that is just wishful thinking"
Why is this wishful thinking? How are other companies able to get their edibles to the market, but USEI will not be able to do so?
USEI management stated they have had a presence in Washington since 2005, thus doing business in this State will be relatively easy. So why will other companies be selling their products on July 7, but USEI will not?
Dude,
Is ADCS in a competitive industry with many participants...or are they part of a few companies offering payment solutions?
Why is the stock price so low, if they are a 'cash cow' according to many people on this board.
Dude,
"Did he say he would have edibles or "product" ? He is displaying product."
Actually, he stated that USEI has edibles...and they have developed an extensive line of edible products...and Washington will be the focus for these edible products. So where are these products? Why aren't they on display, or pictures of the products aren't on display?
"We have developed over 25 edible market ready products and have 3 bakers ready who have developed products for USEI. In the coming weeks we intend to have a significant presence in the state of Washington, where we have legal residency since 2005"
This is a trade show, where vendors showcase their products....so where are the edible products?
Dude,
"It shows that he is going to sell vapes without the assistance of lollipop vapor. Thanks for teaching us Lollipop vapor - now we don't have to share the profits! Everything is in place for the pens, we have our logo on them.. to the moon next week."
USEI is not going to the moon on the sale of vape pens. Vape pens can be easily and cheaply purchases from lots of places. What happened to the edibles?
Other companies already have their edible products selling in Washington, where is USEI and the 25 edible product lineup?
Dude,
I thought USEI had one or two more pumps left, before they disappeared and reemerged next year in a totally new industry.
I thought this weekend's vendor show will be time at which the edibles, or 'proof' of the edibles will be on display. Management said:
"We have developed over 25 edible market ready products and have 3 bakers ready who have developed products for USEI. In the coming weeks we intend to have a significant presence in the state of Washington, where we have legal residency since 2005"
So, why are there no edibles, or pictures of edibles, on display at this Washington trade show?
Dude,
"Here’s a new twist to the food truck fad: A converted school bus featuring marijuana-infused sandwiches and other treats is set to open for business in Washington state this weekend."
USEI needs to get rolling on their edibles. They failed in Colorado, let's hope they do not fail in Washington too.
Other companies seem to have no problems getting their edibles ready for the marketplace....so what is the problem with USEI?
Dude,
"your statement is ridiculous. They are doing fine, edibles coming eventually - not necessary today. Let's see what happens next week."
My statement makes sense. USEI promised edibles back in April, actually they stated edibles will be in the marketplace in April. USEI recently stated it has a 25 edible product lineup ready for Washington.
So, it makes sense their edibles should be on display at this Seattle vendor fair. If there are no edibles on display, that means USEI does not have any and they lied....the stock will sink.
Dude,
He did say 'product'. Many people assumed he meant edibles because in a recent press release he did say USEI has a 25 edible product line up with 3 bakers who are ready to produce on a large scale. He stated Washington will be the targeted for the edibles.
So, to his credit, he only said 'product' and edibles was only an assumption, or a hope.
Dudes,
Anyone at the Seattle vendor fair? USEI is allocated 30 mins to present, both Saturday and Sunday.
What did they have to say? Did they show any edibles?
Dude,
Just vapes? No edibles?
With no edibles, this stock is done.
Dude,
I can't find it. Can you provide a link?
Dude,
Why will ADCS fly soon? Did they sign a new deal? Is news coming out?
Question, is this company currently generating any revenue?
Dudes,
From USEi Twitter page:
"We are heading there this week with our team... will be displaying products"
Anyone going to the Seattle Vendor Fair this weekend? I am very interested to know what products will be on display.
This is an important weekend. If USEI fails to impress with the products, the stock will crash and never recover.
If the product lineup, assuming it even exists, is impressive....the stock will fly next week.
Any predictions on what will happen?
Dude,
Why is this stock stuck in the gutter?
They seem to have a very useful suite of products and services, and not much competition as only a few companies are offering payment services to dispensaries. Plus, they are presently generating revenue.
So why hasn't this stock managed to move? Why so low?
Dude,
"That's what everyone should be asking themselves...."Why isn't there even one picture of products?"
Not one picture of USEI products exists. That should be every investors red flag.
Something fishy is going on here. No pictures of product, no sales revenues, etc. "
I agree with you, this is fishy. I have been asking myself these very same questions. This weekend should prove interesting...will USEI show up with products, neatly wrapped in the Real McCoy packaging.....or on Monday, will we hear yet another excuse as to why this did not happen.
Earlier this week, USEI did Tweet products will be on display, but no details were provided.
Dudes,
The big vendor conference is only a day away and USEI has been mysteriously silent all week, except for the Twitter post that products will be on display.
Let's have a little competition....and predictions for Monday?
Will this stock soar, once the world see a wide range of edible and other products? Or will this stock sink, because USEI will disappoint and have little or no products on display?
Will shareholders be rich, or poor....or will the stock not move much?
What do you think?
