Dude,

"The plan to make money is selling edibles which are not legal for them to sell anywhere."

Edibles have been legal in Colorado and USEI claims to have a presence and office space in Colorado.....including a kitchen, but blames 'residency requirements' on their inability to do business there. In a new industry in which just about every company is a newly formed entity, this makes no sense.

Edibles will be legal in Washington on Monday, but USEI has not submitted the paperwork in order to sell these items.
