"I just heard on the radio that edibles have to be packaged in child proof packaging and are not to look like candy. So maybe thats the hold up."

The hold up is that USEI does not have the necessary permits and licenses to sell edibles in Washington. USEI needs to file an application, have the required kitchen inspection and then obtain the permit.

USEI has not even filed the paperwork......
