I think he also bought some NPWZ notes using Utah entities in the last couple years.
Fife has at least a dozen entities that he uses to hide his personal
association with his entities other than Tonaquint and Chicago Venture Partners. They are hard it identify, because that is why he has them...mostly to avoid filing beneficial ownership satements when he is about to go over 5%...he just sells a new note to the same company under a different entity to hide his involvement. I recall Bonanza goldfields (BONZ) had an amazing list of the various Utah entities in their filings a few years ago?
He is doing s debt swap right now with ECOS on some notes they defaulted on for 9.6 billion shares of equity LOL. They put in to increase the A/S to 25 billion but it's gone on hold because of SEC questions about thisr last 10-K filed for 2016.
Why did you ask?
Anyone have any info on a promoter named Wallstreet Whispers? or who might be behind what appears to be a fake rumor? The real company for the ECOS ticker is ECOLOCAP SOLUTIONS, not ECOLAB SOLUTIONS?

WOW! They are one of only 2917 approved for sale in in California.
Better break out the bubbly!
"If they wanted in this would definitely go to dollar land IMO."
If WM wanted in, they would not give little ECOS 40% of their by-product sales LOL. Remember, ECOS does not own the technology. More wishfool thinking IMO.
All you had to do was post the link to today's 8-k in your original post, like someone else just did, and it would have saved everyone all this confusion. Plans evidently have changed in just the last several months. That is a good thing for investors if it's true IMO.
Better luck with ECO$. At least they have a real product LOL.
Last I heard LRS is Kwack's 'customer'. Isn't the customer always right LOL.
So you have nothing to support your false statements?
Well said...and I think you are absolutely right about all the R/M talk. If LRS was considering or had intentions of doing a R/M with ECOS, they certainly did not structure last December's agreements with that in mind. And they have very competent attorneys.
JMO
Thanks...it's nice to know some people on the board respect that right. LRS and ECOS management will make all the decisions anyway, so any micro-management here is just a self-directed exercise for posters, with no impact on actual outcome.
GLTY and JMO
"he's not posting nonsense"
That is your OPINION of his OPINION.
My OPINION is just the opposite.
The purpose of this forum is to share opinions, pro and con, regarding the merits of investing in ECOLOCAP SOLUTIONS INC. DS's OPINIONS are not FACTS as he continues to imply IMO.
The ECOS 8-K published Wednesday was a FACT. SEC filings are the only source for FACTS, and are totally ignored by most penny players.
Thanks for posting that!
Don't expect to see any changes until the SEC signs off on a corrected 10-K...the T/A can't issue any more shares until that happens.
GLTY and JMO
"After they purchase 8 they will own 40% plus the 16% for warrants at that point they will control ECOS."
That is wrong...there were 3 separate agreements in the Dec 19 8-k. You continue to confuse the ECOS/LRS agreement to form the JV (which contained the warrants) with the terms of the private ECOS/BIO-ART LLC agreement? Please ask your investment advisor or accountant to explain each of the 3 agreements to you.
Any idea who the new board GURU might be?
"from the date of this Agreement (the "Controlling Interest Date"), LRS shall have the option, in its sole discretion, for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days after the Controlling Interest Date, to purchase additional Equity Securities from the Company to increase LRS' Percentage Ownership to fifty-one percent (51%) (a "Controlling Interest"). The purchase price for such Equity Securities shall be the Fair Market Value as of the date the option is excercised."
That only applies to the JV agreement, not ECOLOCAP SOLUTIONS IMC.
If you don't understand the deal, please don't post.
Good one! My face hurts from laughing at that idea.
Geeesh!! That is the management team for ECOS/BIO-ART LLC, the private Delaware partnership. It has nothing at all to do with the management of ECOLOCAP (the public company) or it's BOARD OF DIRECTORS. LOL
"Here you go guys fix this little mistake and carry on"
The 8-k today only highlighted a specific problem. It didn't comment on how 'little' or 'big' it was. However, the amount of the derivative liability mentioned is larger that the note Tonaquint is being paid 9.6 billion shares for. You can call it whatever you wish and so will the market.
"LRS has members on the board, and it states after a board review not a letter from the SEC."
Wrong again! Dont see any LRS people on the ECOLOCAP SOLUTIONS BOD LOL
As of May 31, 2017, we had four directors. We have adopted those standards for independence contained in the Nasdaq Marketplaces Rules, Rule 4350(d) and Rule 4200(a)(15). Messrs. Kwak, Siegel, Kwak and St-Pierre are not independent.
Please present a list of the board of Directors of ECOLOCAP SOLUTIONS INC. (ECOS)
LOL...this should be interesting!
"This certainly must because LSR reviewed ECOS financials and found the error."
Most likely the SEC reviewed the 10-K submitted 7/25 and sent ECOS a letter. LRS has no accountability for ECOS financial filings?
"mega money"
That seems like an unrealistic expectation based on current information? It would probably carry more weight if it could be supported by something from the company?
GLTY and JMO
Surprise!
Looks like it could take more time to get current?
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1290506/000100201417000197/ecos8k-09252017.htm
Definitely many things for investors to 'ponder' here LOL.
"You said ECOLOCAP had nothing to do with LRS so if they don't then why would they move next to them. I wish you could make your mind up either they do or they don't."
I have endlessly discussed the details of the ECOS/BIO-Art LLC contracts set up by ECOS and LRS on this board. Please don't try to lay off the fact that you may not have read, nor don't yet understand the contractual obligations under contract. What you 'imagine' I have said is a long way from reality. Attacking the truth will not help your cause here.
GLTY and JMO
"So they move next to LRS with a half acre lot yeah something is cooking here. ECOS"
LOL ...they signed a contract with LRS which included the responsibility for all of the sales and distribution of by-product from the LRS digester. Did you think they could accomplish all that from one empty desk at the Barrington location?? That statement from the last 10K was as of DEC 30 2016 and referred to the old location.
GLTY and JMO
LOL the original pre 14 was 5/25 2017, the latest yesterday was revision #4. SEC wanted to see an audited 10-K?
Things to ponder, and ponder we must.
"I was making a joke when I originally posted it. You people need to lighten up and quit taking stuff so seriously."
How does one determine from a post that someone may be joking or making stuff up??
"As of July 10, 2017 , we had one hundred and ten stockholders of record."
Misleading and worthless information...it does not include individual investors who have their brokers holding their stock 'in street name'??
Example...Etrade could have 150 clients with ECOS stock in their accounts (being held in street name) and since Etrade controls all the certs, it is only counted as one 'stockholder of record'. The 110 is just the total number of 'entities' holding ECOS stock certificates.
"I also think that until we get visibility on how much ecos made on the first machine there is no catalyst. My best guess is they made between $50k-$100k on that machine."
DG...100% of ECOS's portion of the mark-up on the first 8 machines stays in ECOS/BIO-Art LLC as their capital contribution to the JV, per the agreement.
"Next name change & flleeee!! Lol."
Yep, and he will soon have his new lab in India all set up to 'putter' in, and only have to promote shares to foreign investors, since all the US investors will be wiped out and will just tuck-tail and go away quietly (as they usually do) and not cause him any further grief LOL.
Hope you realize that the the most likely trading for this stock could soon be on the Grey Market? If you've never had the experience, it's not fun, as all trading is matched trades only...no MMs, tough to get 10c on the dollar. Better to get out with a small loss than a tombstone. Experienced traders know that...so there will not likely ever be a 'run' here. SIML is not a 'real' business.

Then I assume the claim on this board that it was in an ECOS filing was erroneous? I did find some info on ECOS's previous attorney back in 2014-15 though. That attorney doesn't list ECOS as a client any longer? I think I posted most of that info a while back. Just curious who the replacement was?
enjoy your weekend
Until you prove otherwise, Shelist is the only attorney name I find mentioned in any ECOS filing...EOD.
Thanks for the nice chat!
"Omg Kenny, didnt you read the fillings?"
Dutch...are you saying you think LRS's corporate attorney (Much Shelist, PC) is the same as ECOS's corporate attorney??
They are the only attorneys I can find mentioned in any recent, and relevant, ECOS filings?
Please clarify!

Dutch... Please point out where one is listed in a filing? That would be very helpful. DS was unable to supply a name or point us to a specific filing?
Why do you think ECOS management has never taken the 5 minutes it would take to update the OTCMarkets web site with their corporate information? Listed companies are supposed to do that themselves?
TIA
"Good thing they have good lawyers.."
ECOS does not even list a corporate attorney on OTCMarkets? Do you have a name for their current attorneys?
Are you confusing this POS stock with LRS again?? LRS is not involved with ECOS's SEC filings or regulations?? LRS does have excellent lawyers though.
JMO
"and those that tell them what to do"
and the regulators who are also watching every move those people make LOL.
