Kevinlt...That seems like an unrealistic expectation based on recent information direct from LRS employees? They stated 3 months ago that LRS was only likely to install 2 more machines in 2018?? The current contract only allows for 8 machines total over time? They currently only have 5 locations to put machines in?

Your post would carry more weight if you could support it with something more recent... from either LRS or ECOS management? Otherwise we will have to assume you just made it up or made a mistake.
