I was just surprised to read about someone supposedly talking to the new shell owner and getting different information. I think it's just a rumor designed for cheap shares, imo.

Yeah, someone on the DEXTQ board made a post on another board that someone talked to the new shell owner and the new owner said he might "kind of cancel everything and start over", hinting that the newly reorganized shares traded since Sept 06 would be worthless in effect.

I was under the impression the reorganization already cancelled the old shares out, so how can the new owner cancel the reorganized shares now?

Sounds like a ploy for cheaper shares, imo. But I'm no BK expert.

Yo m395, have you considered averaging down?

So, if "the stock can be immediately freetrading and sold into the float if they so desire" as of Sept 2006, it could translate into a larger actual float than the one currently posted at some point. Heck it's so unbelieveably low right now, there's little doubt in my mind some of this could be happening already. I can't complain when it drives the PPS up though. If restricted shares get dumped into the market and drive the price up, what's the worst that could happen? All the recent filings look by the book. I see peeps posting about the "Q" and such, but the laundry is already done, imo. I wonder what kind of ideas a new board will bring to the table?
