GMAFB...
I posted what looked to be reasonable DD from a respected poster, "Partysasquatch".
Please, get over yourself and stop making personal attacks because someone asks a question.
I'm hoping for a gap down so that I can buy some :)
But hell, I don't think I'll even have funds available until Tuesday :(
I would be beside myself... what game have you been watching?
And let's punch it up in caps... There's a professional tone.
Throw in some crystal balls.. lol wtf?
Fair 'nuff. Good game and good luck.
Patiently with you.
Sorry, I guess I'm getting impatient. read some of my other posts, i'm not such a bad guy.
lol, i bow to your superior cash flow!
Did that letter come out prior to or after the markets closed?
I'm not placing any bets... Yes, I think you "might" be right. Someone made the point about the boxing thing and other third party stuff.. I mean I really just don't see how SLJB could say they are using KPMG and PWC and get away with frauding thousands of investors with out KPMG and PWC being somehow responsible for not puting out a warning.
He probably called the dismal news of today a week ago and was vindicated by today's activities.
Woot! PUMP IT UP!
That sounded like a pretty weak pump.
Riiiight. More bad news and speculation of unverifiable "million dollar" deals.
Oh wait, the CEO said it so it must be troo!!! I mean he talked about crystal balls and everything. If the professionalism alone isn't enough... OH BOLLOCKS!!!
No reason this shouldn't run!
lmao
Thanks
Are AF's coming for CKYS? Can anyone point me to a press release or other reliable source regarding audited financials for CKYS?
TIA
Cool. Just getting testy at some suggestions. It's all good... back to waiting.
Edit:
Apparently someone else was annoyed at the suggestion too... the original rumor post was deleted :)
Well, yeah... that sounds good!
Safe travels to you Allinone.
Trust but verify.
I've put some trust that SLJB will release AF's to VERIFY the numbers they claim. If they say one thing and do another it reduces my trust. Sorry, but that's the way it is.
Before you say, "okay you evil paid basher just sell your shares you really don't own blahbedy blah blah blah...", don't even start... I'm just thinking and saying what any sensible investor would. I'm not getting sick of waiting and I don't intend to sell. However, further push back of verifiable data is not good for me.
Rumors about more mergers that would further delay verifiable trust after SLJB has promised AF's is just annoying. My sympathy for you if you don't get it.
Translation:
I think SLJB will announce another merger of parent companies with BIG $$$ instead of releasing AF's for SLJB.
The short version:
We are waiting for AF's.
Aren't we all?
Interim too...
Pre or post forward split to meet float requirements of uplisting?
hehehe
Okay, so what does the O/S have to be to go on the OTCBB, AMEX, NASDAQ or what ever?
If the float gets to small before SLJB uplists that means they have to forward split, correct? So if the float were half of what it needed to be we might see a 1:2 forward split which would result in all of us longs doubling our position... CORRECT?
So, if the goal were to uplist to NASDAQ we should expect share prices in the $5 range (or $4.. w/e). But the question is... what would the uplist O/S requirement be and what is the REAL O/S for SLJB as it stands now!?!?!
Man, AF's will make my year. AF's and a tight O/S will make my life.
Seeing my share count double (or more) would make me qq with joy.

COLCHESTER - Detroit's Kronk Gym, famous for training champion boxers Thomas Hearns, Evander Holyfield and Lennox Lewis, is coming to sleepy Colchester.
"This quiet town is going to become a kind of famous town once we come here," Boxing Hall of Fame trainer Emanuel Steward said Thursday.
Steward and two of the Kronk fighters carrying their championship belts arrived in a white limousine at the Colchester marina to announce that Kore International plans to build a US$1-million Kronk Gym in the village on Lake Erie.
Kore International is assembling land in the village for a more than $20- million development it describes as quaint and European, said Kore's director general Peter Vucicevich. The company is looking for about 20 acres of land for the gym, which it hopes to open in six months, he said.
There aren't many limos driving down Colchester's main drag, which boasts two restaurants and an Esso gas station. Steward said the Colchester gym would be the first Kronk Gym in Canada and a "major landmark" that could serve as a tranquil training camp for pros.
The original Kronk Gym in the steamy basement of a City of Detroit recreation centre closed in January. Detroit's budget woes and the theft of copper pipes that supplied the gym's water could mean the end of boxing at that site, but Steward said Kore is talking of buying another spot in Detroit for the legendary gym, which has also spawned a gym in Ireland.
Steward said he would come over to the Colchester gym once a week. The gym could have two or three rings and accommodate 30 fighters.
Josh Canty, president of the Border City Boxing Club in Windsor, said the gym would be great for Essex County. Border City boxers already head over to the Dearborn Kronk Gym once a week to spar with fighters.
A Kronk Gym could put Colchester on the map and draw people, said 18-year-old Amanda Pedro, a waitress at Kervin's Restaurant on the road into the village.
Steve Nykiforuk, a 61-year-old Colchester resident since 1979, said it's a great idea as long as the seedier side of life doesn't arrive with the boxers. He said he was surprised by the announcement in a bedroom community he estimated has 600 residents in the winter. "To come here, it's certainly going to change a lot of things."

So this would be considered small business stock since it's not on a major index? Or... I guess I'd have to figure out what section 1202 was. From what I can see it looks like 28%:
Small Business Stock Gains (Section 1202)-- Holding period of More than five years = 28% on the gain not excluded
Relax and let it happen IMO.
You might see a little more buying from the Windsor article but folks are really anticipating AF's. IMO
Cool, that's respectable.
I'd still like a reply to my e-mail that I sent to Egypt KPMG.
I also sent an inquiry from the "Global PWC" site. I got 2 replies that asked me to reply if i had submitted the inquiry in error. It wasn't in error so I guess I'm waiting for a response from them too.
Cool, thanks.
I tend to agree .10 will be supported but it was a little rattling to see .096 visited today.
Only DD regarding KPMG confirmation is that KPMG has not come out with any "fraud alerts"... well, if they even do that. I'm hoping they would.
The Canada KPMG knows nothing, the UK KPMG knows nothing and the only confirmation from Egypt KPMG is that which has come from a member on these boards (Soros, I believe). He claims to have received verbal confirmation over the phone. I tried to e-mail the Egypt KPMG yesterday but have not received anything. I'm not really up for paying for the phone call... I don't really want to call them my self and feel that e-mail is more efficient for all involved. However, I'll call if anyone can show me how to get a free phone call to these folks.
I'm not selling based on any of this. I find the KORE news interesting since they are bound to utilize SLJB for building supplies. However, audited AF's will continue to be the investor's focus. The longer they are delayed the longer negative speculation will accumulate on the matter.
Trust but verify...
Maybe a little... But we are all still waiting for the real news... The collective sighs of relief from AF's will cause tornadoes in the mid-west and typhoons in the pacific
Very nice man. That's what we like to see.
geee, thanks. lol
LOL
Good night folks. I'll sleep just fine tonight.
awaiting AF! the simmering levels are just circumstance of real events.
I expect them to tell me if I'm being the victim of fraud. And yes, if they are anything like Janet, i think they will reply.
TBH, I didn't expect such a defensive tone from you TFN.
Still waiting and hoping for the best. I'm optimistic that this will turn out just fine.
I sent my questions to the KPMG egypt e-mail: egypt@kpmg.com.eg
googled kpmg egypt and found the home page: http://www.kpmg.com.eg/
I just sent my inquiry 5 minutes ago. We shall see...
I also just sent an inquiry at: http://www.kpmg.ca
This is the Canadian KPMG site. SLJB is a Canadian co.
Trust but verify...

P.S.
I sent a request yesterday to the KPMG offices in the UK and they directed me to their int'l site. Here's the correspondence from KPMG that I have so far (the website she included for the int'l site didn't work lol):
Dear xxxx,
Many thanks for your email.
I have researched Sulja Building Supplies (SLJB) and according to their website, they appear to be a Canadian company. I have attached a link to our Global Markets website, and also the address of our office in Toronto who may be able to help you.

Nice picture fabricated entirely of people I don't know on the internet.
No offense intended... but come on.
Ahh, now I see/feel the weight of your intent. Well, I hope SLJB is not a scam. Only time will tell. How long after they started using the FBI as a validator was it that they went under?
I really don't give a damn about your deoderant.
I agree with you about the AF's... They need to come out NOW.
That is a fantastic picture!
