We are talking about informing investors... not posting full products to Edgars. No one is saying show us half the story. All anyone is saying is show something that lends more credibility and put a stop to the "perceived" price manipulation...
And I also know some posters that you respect have suggested posting a letter of intent signed by the auditors... or at least I thought you respected greenspirit.. but WTHDIK?
Are you completely against the company putting out something that would ease long term investors minds?
All I'm saying is that what we are seeing now is a soap opera that is throwing the PPS up and down and all around. IMO it's irresponsible.
This is just my opinion. I'm not overly emotional about this and am prepared to wait this out. But it doesn't change the fact that this looks shady.
You didn't get "that" impression? You mean the impression that he has AF's in his hand? He does have them in hand and he has sole responsibility at this point for keeping us informed. At this point the only reason for the broad swings in PPS is because of our "pinky" status and the fact that Petar is witholding information. I'm sure there may be some reason he can't post a single page of the AF in order to show validity... but I just can't see one that is valid... I can think of some sorry excuses and that's all anyone on this board can do. At this point I really think it's all about letting the PPS do whatever so that people can flip or do w/e.
I don't care lol... just waiting and being annoyed at what I'm seeing.
Petar says:
Hello All… I am writing here to tell you all that I now have in my possession the audited financial statement. I am reviewing the document now, and will release all the information through appropriate channels (including this site) as soon as I am done…Thank you again for your patience.

"I didn't get that impression from the PR. He said some translation errors needed to be corrected, which I can understand, and since this was basically a holiday week for many they have been unable to make those changes. It seems more likely to me that the changes will be made after the holidays and we'll see the AFs sometime next week.EOM."
Well, the CEO has AF's in-hand. So, IMO... we should see something verifiable posted THIS week on the Sulja website even if it is not the entire audited financial report but just the page where you see obvious verification that KPMG or PWC left a finger print.
If that doesn't happen it's pretty obvious the manipulation is in Petar's lap.
GLTA :)
I agree, post one page... show something that will establish trust.
AF's, continued revenues, improved profits... and TIME. Check back in a year.
CEO keeping us informed. Good PR, thanks for posting it.
He's either lying or telling the truth. I think he's telling the truth.
It would be nice if he could scan in just one page of the audit and post it on the Sulja site just to shut some folks up.
Does the market close at 4 or 4:30?
With people typically having trigger sell prices for "safety" it just makes sense that someone out there will take advantage of that fact to accumulate at desirable prices.
How do you distinguish the buys from the sells?
Life is good for those that are patient :)
Did you catch where the lead Civi Engineering guy (Ali) was from? When they were talking about his background they showed him in front of some building that said "Toronto"... I think he's from Canada. Maybe more canadian connections there... who knows hehe. Okay, i googled it:
Megabuilders: Fantasy Islands
Off the coast of Dubai in the Gulf of Arabia, two mega-builders are pulling off one of the most ambitious feats of marine engineering the world has ever seen. In this episode, witness the creation of the world's largest man-made islands - three artificial islands built in the shape of a palm tree - which will be the home to a luxurious future city of 100,000 people. When building an island, where do you even begin?
Canadian immigrant, Ali Mansour and New Zealander, David Smith have teamed up under the direction of Dubai's property development company, Nakheel, to create this exclusive playland for the world's wealthy elite. This episode follows the marine engineers as they manage a fleet of monster dredger ships and a convoy of mega-trucks moving 14 million tons of rocks to create the world's longest breakwater. These enterprising engineers are designing the 50-km2 islands to withstand earthquakes and they've built the breakwater to help protect the emerging islands against rough seas and erosion. If successful, their work will be instrumental as the tiny emirate re-invents itself as a tourist mecca for the super-rich.
Wow! It's dueling flippers! All we need is the banjo music.
I'm broke as a joke so I'll be observing :)
Cool, It's on now in Alaska :)
I'm watching them dig up island material.. rock/gravel/sand.
pretty cool
I'm in Alaska and there is a show called "mega builders" i think?? is that the right program?
Yep, seemed pretty corny.
I've got all the time in the world. I'm enjoying these days of anticipation. 2007 is looking to be a very good year for me, financially.
Like sands through the hour glass... so are the days of our lives.
No word today is sorta lame. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
Should be juicy :)
Yeah... and isn't it "rumored" they have a property over there worth $650M??? What will that property be worth in a year... two years... ten years!?!?!!?
LONG BABY!
Yeah, okay...
I'm being realistic... no one here know's what will happen in the next year.
Stay tuned sports fans.
LOL WHAT EVAH!
"puny" LMAO
AFK to ROTFLMAO
Ummmm.. yeaahh riiiigghhttt... The price fluctuated all over the place before and after any $350M cement deals were mentioned. The only BIG news is verifiable trust: AF's.
Get real IMO.
Yes, it's the end of the world as we know it.
I feel fine.
Do you trust everything the DIFX posts on the internet? LOL
If NASDAQ has an exception to the 3 year rule maybe the DIFX does too.
AF's make this go up if they are anything like unaudited numbers which did not include any huge cement deals. AF's add huge credibility. Form 10, OTC BB... It's all good.
1/3 of the lost cement deal has been made up and other deals are coming.
Like TX says... Relax, it's fine.
TruthChecker,
You post all these claims but you don't include links and you don't define your claims with any empirical backing. Make some posts with links or list references that can be easily verified if you want anyone to take you seriously.
The rest of us have done our DD and are satisfied to watch this success story unfold.
If you PM me I'll more than likely just delete your messages after realizing that it is more nonsensical "blah blah blah, trust me even though I don't give facts" blather. So, don't waste your time. More importantly, don't waste mine!
Enjoy your Sunday.
I'm a blue collar type and let me tell you... the hardest thing about this lately is not telling the people at work how much money i made... IN ONE DAY...
ROTFLMFAO!!!
Damn shame... I think her left eye is just a tad lower than her right eye. Lack of symmetry is so devistating :(
Sure is quiet here...
But that's okay with me :)
Wow, the message board on the new Sulja site is nothing but a bickering match and people just being rude to everyone. They need to just shut it down or only allow replies to messages from "admin" aka Petar. Make it like a 3 post max per day per user... Do something... Sheesh!
What a bunch of a-holes in this world.
This is about the same time that it started working again last night.
More and more it seems like one of two things: 1. "Someone" wants the PPS to go down so "someone" can get more cheap shares... or 2. We'll know for sure tomorrow!
Whatever the case, I'll be holding for another year.
GLTA
Check back in a year and see where it has moved.
GLTU
My first impression from Mr. Plant was not that they were manipulating anything or trying to control share price. That's just my opinion. You could be right but who knows.
The impression I got is that the company is ran by motivated techies that are excited to be pioneering some hot new gadgets. Mr. Plant self-identified himself as a "geek" during the interview.
I agree that there is a perceieved sense of growth potential. Jim Plant identified this more than once (I think) during the interview. He described the technology that cyberkey is involved in as something that has many applications.
One more thing... CKYS is not the only company to be distributing the biometric drives. I found at least two other sources for biometric drives. So far, CKYS had the cheaper price but one of the other competitors actually had a 2GB version available where CKYS only had the 1 GB in stock (and claims of 8GB versions being available).
My 2-cents.
GLTA
I'm in! I like what I see and plan to be in for a year or more.
I may even buy one of those biometric thumb drives if they make it in a 4GB or 8GB. Their site says they do make them but the last time I checked they weren't in stock.
GLTA!
