I would strongly suggest to any shareholder looking to remain relevant to vote NO to any dillution of any kind. If this company is viable, it will find a way other than to dillute its shareholders.

I don't know...maybe refinance non-toxically? Seems like the way to go for me.

I refuse to vote to effectively kill my investment. NO R/S, NO A/S increase. Make them make due.

I dont see why Mel would dillute his own holdings unless it was a last resort. The mans pumped too much of his own money into buying millions of shares. My guess is that the financing goes through.

Sold this morning at 2.40 for a 50% gain.

Well, a decent day here today! I still hold onto my 13k shares. Not sure what to expect tomorrow given the choppy close. I feel that we should enjoy some more uptrend.

I think this may be one of those plays that you ignore for 2-4 days before you look at it again and sell for a gains exceeding 50% from the low.

I actually got in at 1.64 yesterday. I work for the company.
So even if the shares go down further, stock losses will be the least of my worries. LOL!

I think that this will be a buy-on-bad-news type of situation here, unless earnings are absolutely horrendous combined with a poor outlook.

I read the last filing and it showed that the company has been issuing shares to various parties like crazy. It totally turned me off.

I had thought that this was a cashflow positive company. If you read the last filing, you would see the following statement.

As of August 28, 2008, the issuer had 521,085,873 outstanding shares of Common Stock.

It doesn't matter to me who holds the shares, it just matters that they're out there in one form or another.

I feel lucky to have made my money back on this one. I had an average of around 0.95, so I'll gladly take my $4,000 in profits after being down over $15,000 at one point.

The major pisser to me was that I had 18,000 shares of WM that I had bought at 2.23 and I sold them at 2.54. That really made my weekend suck.

Sold my 50k shares at 1.03 this morning. Frustrating to see after the pre-market action.

I will have my finger on the trigger today if I feel the price is right. I still own 19k+ that never got sold. The 155k that were bought at .02 were my shares being sold. Just for the record, I do not bidwhack. Ever.
