I dont see why Mel would dillute his own holdings unless it was a last resort. The mans pumped too much of his own money into buying millions of shares. My guess is that the financing goes through.

To anyone here owning shares...vote AGAINST the dillutive measures proposed. NO A/S increase, NO R/S.
