I buy this AM....
The simple fact is buying causes the PPS to go up...Selling makes the price go down...The question is.."which way do you want the PPS to go"...If you think EXROF has nothing more in the tank and can not go higher..Then sell..if you think EXROF can go higher then help out by buying up the shares the boo birds are selling..

My take on this stock is just like the majority of posters on this site..Barring the unexpected my expectations are way up in the clouds..I have 20 percent of my portfolio in this stock. .My plan is the one you have stated..Which is to buy and hold..and increase my position as possible.
The ability to improve the the efficiency of electric motors (read clean energy) in a meaningful and cost effective way is a gift from the gods...Unless there is something the company is with holding...and there is no indication that this is the case...Then the only possible qualification might be the patents...(always the issue)...But even so Exrof is first in line and the market potential waying in on everything that moves at command and includes battery efficiency...The stock could be another Amazon...
Keep in mind this is all very "Green" and even if you are a cynic it can not be a bad thing...
Next step as I see it is listing on the Nasdaq....Management find out who you need and make sure to hire some lobbyists...You are on the side of the angels. But for this kind of prize you are going to have to fight for it..
":>) JL
EXROF....
Great management...Would expect that in the near term they will move to list the stock on NADAQ...That should be good for a couple of points point ..maybe more..
The Nasdaq is the gateway for institutional investors at this juncture...
until then we don't really exist...
PS about Market Makers...As a former market maker before the Best Buy and sell Rules came in you could "walk the stock" because you could control the bid/ask spread...That is no longer possible in most cases..Its all computers and only High Frequency traders who have Direct market conections in close proximity to the exchange computers can move the PPSs..And that does not work for issues like EXROF who don't have direct NASDAQ...There are no Hi Freaks hitting Vancouver.
What kills us is actually small fry traders who are looking to buy at the lowest prices and sell when the PPS goes up a penny or two..I always try to buy stocks at "market" because it makes the stock go up..(yes you can not buy or sell this issue at "Market" only at "limit"...But we "Small Fry" . Can keep in mind that in the absence of "big players" ...If we are long the stock...we should try to trade in a way that moves the stock up if at all possible...Bargain basement shopping does not support the price..
":>) JL
EXROF....
Price movement. Unfortunately price movement does not provide a college education. Stock picking is more like playing the horses and not like poker. The winner will be revealed at the end of the race...and there is no bluffing. So the answer will be revealed it just wont be known until sometime after you put your money down. But the correct answer will be revealed..
So what is the proper method of playing the stock market...IMO the biggest factor boils down to whether you are playing the right side of an asymmetrical bet. Successful gamblers intuitively seek out asymmetrical bets and always play the right side.
Exro is an asymetrical bet.. Low share price... High potential.
All these internet odds by market hucksters. Claiming they got into Amazon when it was two bucks along with fifteen other equally profitable issues..and yet they still need to huck stock picks does support one truism..That is it is easier to bag a 50 bagger if you buy in at a dollar or less than if you buy stocks in the respectable 50$ to 100$ range..
Will Exro be a fifty bagger?? Who knows?? The point is that if you sell your shares because the price drops by 15 cents and you don't want to give back your meagre profits. You are going to be part of that army that goes around telling people how you blew a fortune by not holding. Same is true if you sell your shares because you sold when the stock was up fifty cents...
Profiting from an asymmetric bet like Like Exro...Calls for buy and hold...Which is difficult for most market players..The Great Jesse Livermore said it best..." I never made big money by "trading"..I always made it by sitting..
Good luck all...and don"t give up your Exro to anyone...

Prior to this latest COVID-19 outbreak I had finished reading John Barry's great book entitled "The Great Influenza" which is a encyclopedic treatises on the 1918 Influenza Pandemic. There is a quantum leap between The 1918 pandemic and the Covid-19 pandemic...Barry's book addresses the onset, the vector ( A mutation of the Influenza Virus)...and all issues for containing the pandemic
Even though...You could be fined or even incarcerated for not wearing a mask outside of your home during the 1918-1921. pandemic. There has never been any real proof that masks do much to lower the infection rates, mortality or morbidity of these contagions....Doubt me...Read the book...something that our so called experts have not gone to the trouble or bother of doing..
You can order the book on Amazon... Its a hell of a read...

Excellent Post "Black Rocky"
Europe and China are not "Chicken Feed"....Add to that the likelihood that "Greedy and Hickey" may not have won as much as most think in the USA.. Because TEVA is still the "Big Bossman" and Amarin can throw some bones to TEVA in terms of suppliers...On the legality side Du's generosity with our and Amarin's property it only extends to the high trig indication and TEVA's Generic L...Has an identical label and is the cheaper alternative.
This is somewhat off topic...but I believe Amarin should be testing Vascepa for a possible therapeutic for the COV-19 Virus...Acute inflammation in the lungs and elsewhere is the central pathology in serious cases...It is not out of the question that Vascepa might even be preventive...Amarin should be looking at the data....
Good luck to all of you...The Market is vast and AMRN is only one entry.
Do yourself a favor and check out EXROF..

Great news....
Good chance the company will be hearing from Tesla..Addtitional validation means Tesla can eliminate one engine in some of their models and that not only cuts manufacturing costs..but will also lower the weight of the vehicle...and that means it burns less electricity for the same energy expenditure..
If all cars are to be electric in the not too distant future..Hard to put a price on what this technology is worth.

"White Swans"....
Everybody knows about "Black Swan" events in the stock market. Unexpected and unpredictable events. Financial Tsunamis that disrupt the market.
Stop and consider there are also unpredictable events which can and do super charge the market and create unimaginable wealth..These "White Swan" events are usually technical inventions or innovations..Going all the way back to the control of fire...and proceed along the lines of the wheel..to steam engines..internal combustion...the telegraph..airplanes..telephones.
Control of electricity..the internet...
And now we are focused on climate control and protecting the atmosphere from possible overheating of the planet by pollutants. Moving from internal combustion to electric motors is a logical way to control this possible problem before it moves into a stage we can no longer control. But to meet market realities we must be able to deliver electrical energy for a price which that is less than fossil fuel engines. Otherwise the market will not fully embrace electric motors..(the Market is limited in foresight)..
EXROF (if it is not some type of hoax)...Has a possibility to be a "White Swan" event...By improving the efficacy of electric motors and batteries...Removes the final barrier to "clean energy" in transportation. This would not only make every early investor in EXROF very wealthy...It would be great for the planet..
So using regular market factors in investing in this stock..Such as earnings..IS NOT GERMANE...Its just... does it work? or... doesn't it?

Hello...
Though the stock traded a million shares earlier..None trading now..just put a limit order for 1000 shares at 1.69 (the PPS was stuck at 1.67 and 12% down. I got my order filled and the PPS went PPS to 1.69 (down 9 %)..
Shows there is very little if any overhead resistance.. Every body give it a try...
":>) JL
Nasty day in the market...
EXRO is not a featured soloist...Just a singer in the chorus..
There are two generic ways you can get screwed in the market. Your company can screw up or the market can screw up. If the company screws up (and 12% down is a screw up)..Then it is time to to sell your remaining shares and move on..12% down market neutral is fatal...12% down on a market melt down means Hope you have some loose change because there's some bargain shares to be had..
Potencia news should be coming soon..The news has to be earth shattering unless the company is is a hoax.
If you have money time to buy.....
":>) JL
Gator....
So many ducks lined up in order on this issue...
.Whatever helps electric motors...Helps the world...Whether you are a climate control, save the planet guy or not...There is no argument that lowering carbon emissions is a bad thing..
Coil control also improves generators and that means more efficient battery charging to add to less motor energy draw from the batteries..
Fact is electric motors are going to be the evolutionary descendants of gasoline and diesel engines...as gas engines were the descendance of the horse...Electric motors are not only faster and more economical. They are more reliable and typically have have half lives, five to ten times longer than internal combustion engines..
Exrof has already told us. The technology is scalable...That means if it works on a electric bicycle. It will work on an aircraft carrier.
This is amazing and from what I can glean from the company info is these efficiencies are real..and not just confined to micro fractions of the engine performance cycle...
Amazing thing here is how few people understand this...
":>) JL
Agree....Anything that can increase the efficiency of electric motors by 20%...Has got to be one of the most valuable assets in this "move to electric" world...Not only can it make motors more efficient it can make generators more efficient and that means Wind and Water power..This is technology which is Very Green...The move from organic based fuel to non organic is one of the biggest paradigm shifts in the world and it probably might even save the planet from being un inhabitable...
I can't even imagine how important this is as an idea much less a stock..
I think there should be a Nobel Prize here...

Fortunate enough to buy in at 14 cents...Lots of shares...
I have been in the stock market for over 45 years...This stock reminds me so much of I-OMEGA...I was living in Boston at the time (an MIT grad) going to Med school..This was back when real computers were owned only by major institutions and the filled enormous rooms and had the huge cylinders which rotated.
PCs were just comimg into use and all used DOS..and had no graphics. The computer geeks knew I-Omega had a thing called a Zip drive (which I never understood) but the geeks knew it was important (an add on)..The stock went from pennies to fifty bucks...in a couple of months..I owned a very small position as I got in when the stock was over thirty..The guys who got in it at a dollar or so made a ton of money...Frankly I see Exro as a bigger deal than I-Omega...I was lucky my son is an electrical engineer and he heard about before they got the hot CEO...and I got in at 14 cents...
You got to understand that Elon Musk has to know about this and it is material to his electric cars..Put simply some Tesla's have two motors and Exro's tech can eliminate one of the motors which effects production cost and decreases useless weight...Trucks and ships are going to use this technology...Makes batteries last longer by improving electric engine efficiency..Look at the all star players that are joining Exro. Management...

Zen...Face it...Life is one big sequence of gambling...The better you are as a gambler...The better your life is going to be..
You need to see what is going on...Right now a lot of retail market players are looking at the current situation and thinking..This is crazy..The major guys like Bob Craft are not morons...The retailers imagine these big shareholders are privy to some bad news and that is why the were selling shares for $52.00 when it was trading for $62.00..
This is an example of poor analysis..If Kraft and the others knew there were big problems ahead..Announcing they were selling 16mil shares at $52 makes no sense...Why wouldn't they keep their mouth shut and sell it at $62...The stock was on a tear...I have traded the market for 60 years and I have never seen a secondary which included shareholders selling in conjunction with the company as part of the deal...
My own interpretation is that the leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB) have always been hypocritical (going back to Pete Rose) about gambling and are worried about the integrity of the game. While knowing that a large portion of the American sports population likes to bet on the games (the public) not the players; and that gambling increases the number of of viewers..But the leagues are, and have been very strict on gambling and probably very concerned about franchise owners being major holders of stocks in a online casino that features sports betting..AND This is why we are seeing owners like Kraft and Jones are selling stock. Because they were told this was "Not good for the league"...AND not because Kraft knew there was a real problem...They sold because the league told them to...

Always appreciate your posts..insights and information. As you know I am an MD with a strong scientific background (MIT) in engineering...I also have a son who has a degree in Electrical E...But there is quite a bit I don't understand and would appreciate your help..
For a year. I have been following (and investing) in INSG..I do understand that 5G uses shorter wave length which is can carry more information per unit (is faster)...But is constricted by the fact the wave length has a shorter range and is more sensitive to interference...
I do not seem to find anyone (with the exception of SQNS) which seem to share some similarity to Inseego.
With all the hype surrounding 5G I am mystified by INSG price action which varies between hold and sell. And does not conform to my idea of a company that holds an important component to a game changing technology like 5G..How do explain that?..(I'm not trying to be a dick)...
Also Seeking Alpha came out with a pretty nasty hit piece last week..That all but stated INSG was mis-representing its situation. Saying basically that the company's hot spots could be duplicated by a cel phone..My son to some degree discredited the SA article..but I am still concerned about the price stagnation...Do you think "better days" are coming soon...At one point INSG was my biggest p;osition...But I have sold most of my shares simply because I do not understand the price issue...

The TRUTH...
While me and the rest of the board spend hours nit picking about Judge Du' And the appellate court. How they screwed up, mis read the facts, and ignored Amarin's hard work and determination...We have all missed the point.
The reality is Amarin was never going to get this drug..Never in a million years...Any of you who listened to the Trump-Biden debates...There was a sequence where Biden says he will do everything he can to cut down the prices of prescription drugs...This is not too surprising. What followed was less surprising. Here Trump...A free Enterprise man to the hilt..Says..."I am all for cutting the prices on prescription drugs..I am going to cut them down till they are as cheap as water."..
Prescription drugs prices (read Vascepa) are a hot button issue..and an issue that they can determine elections..The general public and the politicians do not care what the cost or effort goes into developing or marketing the drug...Drug companies are perceived as greedy insensitive corporations that are vultures and leeches who profit off the misfortune of the sick. The promise to cut drug prices has a very strong appeal..It also does not help that Amarin was and remains a Great Britton-Irish company. We stock holders look at Amarin as the hero who developed the drug...But politicians and their constituents look at the Generics as the hero's who cut the cost of drugs and Amarin as greedy..
No doubt in my mind that every step along the way was dictated by political realities..Du never had to worry about being reversed..She knew what she had to do..And she did not have to get everything right because the next step was going to support her because they had told her what to do..and she was just following orders...
There will be consequences...I don't expect too many BPs are going to be developing prescription drugs for important indications..Amarin will be a lesson for the future.. Politicians are the ultimate "Be Here Now" types..None of them dwell on consequences...
There is a lesson here...Many things can be right in the market..But many things can not wipe out...One thing that is wrong...The important part of investing is not considering all the benefits..It's figuring out what could go wrong and how likely that is..
Maybe Amarin can get their price down to the point they can make money and the generics can't..Du did opine that the Generics could only have MARINE...But since this is about drug prices it is a virtual certainty the generics will get the R-I indication also..So far we have only Europe and non American markets..Revenues could be very considerable...

":>) JL
jas...
Thanks for the correction...My son..who has a more legal mind than I..says Amarin's suit of the generics was predicated on the generics filing a FDA Paragraph IV which is a patent challenge regarding the Marine indication..
IMO...Because of the expense and time involved in the FDA marketing process
Patent challenges should be restricted to a time period not exceeding three month after the PTO makes a determination that the patent is valid. That prevents Generics from waiting until the entire FDA process is completed and gives the company the option of dropping the FDA process..
This prevents the nauseating scenario where a company lays out all the time and money...And now the generics like so many vultures can move in..
Since when did Judge Du...become more expert that the PTO...And raises the question of why the PTO even exists and why our taxes are funding an institution whose opinions mean nothing and some moronic activist judge who made clear flagrant errors in trying to deal with the medical science of the trial...can blow away the PTO's opinion like snot coming from a cold...
In am a graduate of MIT and Harvard Med (I know some of you are tired of hearing it).. And I say Du and the rest of these judges may know the law, What ever that means ...But none of the august wearers of the black robe have sense enough to pour piss out of a boot when it comes to medical science...And these judges are no more qualified to sit in judgement of a case like this.. And these judges have screwed up to the max and done great dammage to the future of medical science in this country...Shame on all you..Posers that's what you are.

The possibility exists...but IMO it is more likely she thinks she is doing her part to cut the cost of prescription drugs in the USA..She is a social activist....In retrospect (and what should of been factored in at the time..is the fact the ninth district was the worst venue anyone could have picked..Hope this was not done to allow Kennedy easier access to the trial.
Being that he lives in San Francisco.
Want to cut the cost of drugs in the USA. Subsidize the drug industry and reign in the FDA...But don't steal from the people who develop the drugs. The downstream effect of this theft of property from a drug developer is going to be slow down in medical research...If Amarin was really smart they would write letter to all the big pharmas and point out that this could happen to any of them...And with the regard the Federal Courts are not going to play fair or honest with their patents...Then none of them are safe as long as generics can sue them...
The government should understand what a wicked web they are weaving...
":>) JL
Continued....
The consequences...These liberal judges imagine they are doing a good thing in the Vascepa issue.. that is they are lowering the cost of prescription drugs by giving VASCEPA to generics who will charge patients less.. The law , the truth and the constitution be damned. The fact Amarin is a foreign company did not help.. In doing so these judges have broken the law by their "Robin Hood" actions and are worse than thieves as they sworn oaths to uphold the law.
The judges here are not wise as they fail recognize their actions in this case will have consequences that far out weigh their theft of Amarin's property. Clinical trials are not cheap..In Amarin's case The trials needed to satisfy the FDA were for the most part close to one billion dollars..
Amarin is not the federal government and the only way they and their share holders can pay for these trials necessary to develop this life saving drug... is by selling the drug..If the government by its legal machinery can step in and award the right to the drug to generics who have not spent as much as a dollar to develop Vascepa...Then woe to the future of medical science in the USA..If the government wants to lower drug costs (to its poor citizens)then the government should subsidize the cost of drugs...The government should not use its power to bully poor drug companies and steal their property using dubious legal technicalities, factual inaccuracies and outright lies. And then morph to a Kangaroo court in DC. Where the appellate judges were too bored even to listen to Amarin arguments. This was not an impartial hearing..The judges didn't even pretend it was.. It was a farce...
I am a USA. citizen, A Vietnam War veteran awarded the Bronze Star medal. My father was a West Pointer who is buried in Arlington National cemetery...He died in Honshu Japan and was on MacArthur's staff..
I am saddened and sickened to see my country being turned from its great ideals into a pack of thieves using the power of the judicial to steal individual's property..Based on lies and ignorance. I spit on you lying judges..,What has America become???
":>) JL
An Idea....
My experience with judges...(including Amarin) is they are arrogant and authoritarian. I have sat with them medical tribunals and they always considered themselves more knowledgeable on medical issue than I was..even though I was the MD.. And I knew how stupid they were.
Thinking this over my first response was to enlist the aid of FDA (probably too bureaucratic...The AHA...a possibility (they were there for the R-I presentation)..or some nationally recognized cardiologist like Bhatt...
The more I thought about it.. the more issues came up...Then I changed my thinking...The real answer is "Sixty Minutes"....I don't think "Sixty minutes" is going to take this on all by itself...But if we (including the Company) could get together a team including Patent experts, lawyers, Cardiologists and Experts on the FDA...We could sell the idea that the courts have given away (stolen) Amarin's property by false statements and trivialities...Which the court lacked the expertise and knowledge to understand were neither accurate nor relevant...The important thing is explain to Sixty minutes that this travesty is likely to have a chilling effect on future advances in medical science.. When future biotech companies have to decide to put up hundred of millions of dollars and years and years going through the costly FDA marketing. If a bunch of uneducated and naïve federal judges can give the fruits of their labor away to generics who use clever and fallacious arguments on judges who lack the education and experience to know they are being Bamboozled.
I think Sixty Minutes would go for this if they did not have to do the heavy lifting...I think they would love a segment that shows a case where the Federal Courts are being taken for a ride..And the ramifications are very serious when you consider the possible effects of future medical science...
Who doesn't hate judges ???

Excellent post...
Quote.."We could also add extra emphasis on the motivation behind the Generics decision to see the case to it's conclusion. Why, didn't the Generics settle if our case was so strong? Answer, because their attorneys felt early on, that they could use the complexity of the case, a few irrelevant studies, and factually wrong expert testimony, as a means to fool the court. This case wasn't won on factual truths. It was won by the defense's deceptively dishonest lawyering and aided by the defense expert's false testimony."...
This is the most accurate and succinct formulation of the events that transpired. The four judges (Du and the Appeals) that rendered in this matter were no more qualified to judge this than three chimps deciding on the validity of Einstein's Theory of Special Relativity...The judges were arrogant morons...
There is nothing more frightening than ignorance in action...
":>) JL
Raist's post may sound pretty far fetched but does raise questions about how stupid can you get before somebody begins to ask..."Is there something we don't know about" and suggests there might be a method in this "madness". These issues taken alone. Such as the company had balls enough to file a First Amendment claim against the dread FDA...And after winning the lawsuit that nobody thought they win.. Why has the company (JT) suddenly become a timid milksop that has never once exercised his court earned right to the full extent ..Its like nobody at Amarin remembers the judge said "yeah...go for it." Even to these days there are more cautions in the Vascepa ads than there are claims...I know a little about the drug and the ad would make me stop and think before I would try the drug..
Why didn't Amarin hire lobbyists...North said J&J had a whole floor of them..The decision to file in the Ninth was monumental blunder..Forget Du most of the other Ninth judges were her ilk..
Who was the Great lawyer.."Singer"..What a fraud..He started off mumbling and muttering; doing a great JT imitation..complete with every other word "Ahs.. and continually using the phrase "Bled into"..over and over..And Judge Dyke was clearly not interested..Hell I am a retired Surgeon and I doubt I used the phrase "bled into" as many time a year as that lawyer did in ten minutes..Something is clearly not right with the whole picture... It will be interesting to see how this all plays out..I hope Amarin's management understands their fiduciary responsibility to its share holders and is not planning some self serving caper..

This sounds like more left wing BS...A democratic scare play to try to get Trump...All mutations in viruses are not necessarily more lethal..in fact most mutations like those in Ebola render the vector more benign..That is not only good for humanity. It is good for the virus as killing off all of your hosts is suicide..
The most noteworthy example when the mutation did result in a more lethal vector was the 1918 Influenza pandemic and that was a hundred times more lethal than this Covid virus. I do not like the fact that politicians are screwing with the market and I believe rags like the Washington Post should be prosecuted for this kind of rabble rousing that tanks the market.

Hey Slim...
I am not a big fan of Mondor's and I don't think he is doing much when it comes raising the PPS and today is a classic example..This company is in the right sector and is blessed with the great fortune to have at least one of the vital pieces of the 5G puzzle. You don't need to be Lord Nelson to steer this ship..
So why is he doing playing round with convertible notes. Do some research on the subject and you will quickly learn these are an open invitation to Hedge Funds to come in and play around with your stock. They offer interest payments that we could be using for more constructive purposes..and they serve as an incentive to the hedge funds to short the common stock to keep the investment "market neutral" and collect risk free money.ie the note payments.. We see classic example today when the PPS ran up to $11.50 and was immediately shorted back down to the low elevens...This is a great market opportunity, but we may never see it unless we get rid of these notes and the greedy hedge funds.
The company does not need convertible notes.. It would be much better simply to float a secondary (the PPS is high enough that the dilution is not going to be toxic...Pay the SOBs off and get our company back.. I wonder why the financial officer quit his job.. Most of you understand how the PPS can be pinned going into an expiration date...Well when you offer convertible.. every day is expiration day...

Your statement that TEVA does not have sales capacity and expertise in marketing is incorrect...TEVA is huge and most of their employees are in sales.. They are very active in Europe and would be enormously beneficial to Amarin...Actually TEVA would be doing most of the heavy lifting...We know at present that the remaining management at Amarin is mainly competent in collecting money for their own personal bank accounts..So TEVA would be a godsend.
You can also "bet the Pharm"...That TEVA is sophisticated. and employs lobbyists and others to look after their interests..Something that JT could never comprehend and that is why we are currently in the life boats while the great ship is sinking in the morning fog...

Raistthemage...
I think Raist has some very good ideas on how we can get out of this "Tiger Trap" and still keep, our skins...Raist like most of the sober contributors on this board is no fan of JT...JT seems...well JT is pretty much just in it for himself...Trying the patent case in the Ninth District was a total blunder and raises questions about Kennedy who lives in San Francisco..putting his own comfort..above the stock holders' interest..
All this is history and we must concentrate on the future...Can Amarin be saved...Can we all get a portion (a big portion) of our losses back..I believe we can...We need a strategy and I like the way Raist is thinking.
The plan would be as follows..We approach TEVA and offer to make them an "authorised Generic"....That means we make Amarin's FDA approved API available to TEVA and essentially go into partnership with them..Amarin still has the suppliers and will be able to provide the same FDA approved Vascepa at a price that Hikma and Reddi will not be able to match..Right now the issue is the R-I indication (the Marine indication is less than ten percent of the Vascepa pie)..And under the terms of Du decision H&R do not have a clear path to the R-I indication...The R-I patents have not been invalidated..
There are several other advantages that the Raistthemage gambit offers..Amarin currently has no face in Europe.. Europe is a big and complicated territory..Amarin has pretty much shown it is not clever enough to navigate big and complicated terrains...TEVA on the other hand has a presence in Europe and knows the territory...Th nice thing about Vascepa is that it is an enormous drug and it is so huge that it can support two families and make them both very rich..Amarin can partner with TEVA and give TEVA a percent of the Vascepa profits for the R-I indication..Terms to be worked out...By partnering with TEVA (an Authorised Generic...in both the USA and Europe..They can essentially essentially make it very difficult for H&R to compete..The drug market always operates off the cheapest alternative..The thing about Vascepa that everyone needs to understand is that Vascepa is a "VOLUME" play..and not a PRICE play..."Fast nickels beat slow dimes"..

Legend...
Good post...I do believe this stock has the greatest potential of any that I know of..I just believe these convertible note are a ball and chain on the PPS..(unless there is something we all do not know about) and that seems unlikely as Verizon has already announced Inseego has a principal role in the 5-G play...Also the company keeps talking about all the new indications that are coming almost daily...We have a float of less than 100 million shares...and that means a secondary issue (of common) at this PPS is not likely to create major problems and the company should be able to rid itself of these loathsome convertible notes...Its not just they are draining capital with the interest payments..The note holders short the stock (the common) to maintain a market neutral position..Meanwhile they (the hedge funds which own the notes)...collect interest at no risk. And we retail stock holders are not even allowed to buy convertible notes because we are not "accredited investors"..
What is Mondor afraid of...We retail stock holders are not going anywhere. We get it..Does he really just want to say he can pick up the phone and talk to Jim Cramer..and the other big boys..

Captain....
There are so many problems with the Amarin-Vascepa case..The expression I believe from watching "Law and Order" is "Depraved Indifference".. This time on the part of congress, the PTO, FDA and the court system...
Straight from MacBeth's mouth.. "that we but teach / Bloody instructions which, being taught, return / To plague th'inventor,”
We can not let this court teaching "Bloody instruction". Apply such a narrow vision of the issue and disregard the the greater evil that will eminate from these fools in black robes..All ignorant of the wheels they begin to spin..These judges, ignorant of the drug improvement (medical science process)..Not just all the money layed out..but the hours and hours of debate by the PTO, the FDA, clinicians so like the work done building a house...And the judges have destroyed the house like children playing with matches...Only the house in this case is the very progress of medical science and the quality of life.
What mischief these arrogant fools have put into motion..Why nobody in his right mind would ever even try to develop the next Vascepa..Never again...
To you the judges I say,,,"You fools, you rocks...you worse than useless things...

Slim...
Yes this is wonderful news and yet the PPS does not move up the way it should, We should be much higher, but we a re not moving..
Diagnosis..."Convertible Note disease"...The convertible notes are for the most part are owned by hedge funds...All these hedge funds do the same thing..They immediately short the common in the amount of the value of the convertible notes they hold. Which guarantees a market neutral strategy in which the hedge fund can then collect the interest on the notes..and not worry about losing on the principle.
We suckers who own the common don't see the the profits we should because the Hedge Funds hedge (shorting the stock)..Keeps the PPS from going up..
Mondor is much more interested in the hedge funds than the shareholders..There is no reason for the convertible notes..We don't have an enormous float..and a forcing conversion and issuing a secondary is not going cause permanent damage..We should be closer to $20 PPS than languishing at this level after these amazing announcements..Mondor does not care about shareholders..he is in bed with the hedge funds..

Montana....
R-I will not be challenged in Europe..R-I is one of the best run CVOT ever..There is no patent challenge in Europe...
Hikma and Reddi have not won the R-I CVOT indication..They no doubt might try to shoe horn their way into the the R-I indication..But one thing Du did say was that if the generics attempt to sell Vascepa for the CVD reduction that they would be guilty of indirect infringement by inducement..That is encouraging physicians to use the generic for the R-I indication..
PS the generics were not happy about that...We shall see where this goes as we have socialist dems who think everyone needs free health care and nobody should make a dollar by forwarding medical science...This of course is simply a ruse to get votes so they can feed off the country. Don't worry about Amarin...You need to worry about America...
