Hey Slim...

I am not a big fan of Mondor's and I don't think he is doing much when it comes raising the PPS and today is a classic example..This company is in the right sector and is blessed with the great fortune to have at least one of the vital pieces of the 5G puzzle. You don't need to be Lord Nelson to steer this ship..

So why is he doing playing round with convertible notes. Do some research on the subject and you will quickly learn these are an open invitation to Hedge Funds to come in and play around with your stock. They offer interest payments that we could be using for more constructive purposes..and they serve as an incentive to the hedge funds to short the common stock to keep the investment "market neutral" and collect risk free money.ie the note payments.. We see classic example today when the PPS ran up to $11.50 and was immediately shorted back down to the low elevens...This is a great market opportunity, but we may never see it unless we get rid of these notes and the greedy hedge funds.

The company does not need convertible notes.. It would be much better simply to float a secondary (the PPS is high enough that the dilution is not going to be toxic...Pay the SOBs off and get our company back.. I wonder why the financial officer quit his job.. Most of you understand how the PPS can be pinned going into an expiration date...Well when you offer convertible.. every day is expiration day...
