The consequences...These liberal judges imagine they are doing a good thing in the Vascepa issue.. that is they are lowering the cost of prescription drugs by giving VASCEPA to generics who will charge patients less.. The law , the truth and the constitution be damned. The fact Amarin is a foreign company did not help.. In doing so these judges have broken the law by their "Robin Hood" actions and are worse than thieves as they sworn oaths to uphold the law.

The judges here are not wise as they fail recognize their actions in this case will have consequences that far out weigh their theft of Amarin's property. Clinical trials are not cheap..In Amarin's case The trials needed to satisfy the FDA were for the most part close to one billion dollars..

Amarin is not the federal government and the only way they and their share holders can pay for these trials necessary to develop this life saving drug... is by selling the drug..If the government by its legal machinery can step in and award the right to the drug to generics who have not spent as much as a dollar to develop Vascepa...Then woe to the future of medical science in the USA..If the government wants to lower drug costs (to its poor citizens)then the government should subsidize the cost of drugs...The government should not use its power to bully poor drug companies and steal their property using dubious legal technicalities, factual inaccuracies and outright lies. And then morph to a Kangaroo court in DC. Where the appellate judges were too bored even to listen to Amarin arguments. This was not an impartial hearing..The judges didn't even pretend it was.. It was a farce...

I am a USA. citizen, A Vietnam War veteran awarded the Bronze Star medal. My father was a West Pointer who is buried in Arlington National cemetery...He died in Honshu Japan and was on MacArthur's staff..

I am saddened and sickened to see my country being turned from its great ideals into a pack of thieves using the power of the judicial to steal individual's property..Based on lies and ignorance. I spit on you lying judges..,What has America become???
